Let me start by saying i am a huge fan of twin peaks; however, every time a new location opens up, it takes them at least a month to get situated and operating successfully. This location followed that same trend with slow service, long wait times, and cold food. I arrived on a Friday night (2 weeks after opening) with a 45 minute wait, not a big deal since it was busy and a hot new restaurant but I can't help but to think that was as a result of the slow kitchen taking an hour to bring out food. This is a sports bar so I usually don't mind waiting as long as I have an ice cold beer (which is 10/10 at Twin Peaks) and a game but when the food comes out, it better be hot. This was not the case, all of our food was cold, almost like it was sitting for 30 minutes. Shocking given how long we had to wait. They re-fired the dishes but even then, still cold. At that point, we were so hungry and just dealt with it. Flavor is always good and when I heated my wings up the next day, even better. I will be back after they iron out some of their issues but I think Twin Peaks may need to begin soft launching to at least get their kitchen staff prepared for the busy nights before opening. The service is very very slow, whole meal took about 2 hours. The nachos were soggy and could definitely use more toppings. Do not order the birra tacos, they were horribly soggy, unfortunately because the taste was good. The bacon was the highlight and the manager (who was basically our server all night) was very nice and did his best to keep things moving. read more

Let me start by saying this place is a complete joke, and the management is the root of the problem. The male managers at this location treat the female staff like garbage -- completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and out of pocket. It's beyond uncomfortable to witness, and I can't imagine what it's like working under that kind of toxic energy every day. They walk around barking orders, talking down to the girls like they're beneath them, showing zero respect or basic human decency. It's not just unprofessional -- it's disgusting. It's clear they think they can talk to people however they want just because they wear a title. Newsflash: a title doesn't make you a real leader. To make matters worse, the food is never on time. You'll wait 30-45 minutes for cold fries and half-assed service -- not because the girls aren't working hard, but because the managers don't know how to run the floor or support their team. They're too busy acting like they're running a frat house. If corporate doesn't step in and do something about the management at this location, they're going to lose good staff, loyal customers, and all credibility. And I'm not playing -- if this continues, I'll be showing up in person and it won't be for the wings. I'm done letting people in power think they can treat others like trash and get away with it. 1st time visiting, but had no idea of it's theme. I was heading to another restaurant and saw what was new to me Twin Peaks, so I doubled back. The them was a pleasant surprise for sure, but the food was also a pleasant surprise. Both on quality and price! My only feedback, is that no one (waitresses) at the bar where I ate, offered to make right the wings I had that didn't taste great. I took 1 bite, said I didn't like them, and the collective impression was "oh well, you ordered them". Not I big deal but the last star would have been given if they went above and beyond. This place just opened two weeks ago in Brandon Florida- so they were packed cause everyone wants to try it- so there was a 45 minute wait. Once seated we were greeted by our server- Ashlyn- she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu- and what was available. We ordered the Green Chili Chicken soup- they were out- disappointed. So we ordered the for appetizers or "bites" the spicy Thai Pork ribs and the Double Stacked Brisket Nachos. The Ribs were out- again disappointed- it's only 7 pm on a Friday night- the cook should be planning better. The nachos were good however the chips were a little too thin so you will have to eat with a fork cause they are brittle- but that doesn't affect the taste. We ordered the Chicken Street Corn Salad- sounds good and it was delicious!! So good!! And finally the Wings- we ordered half spicy chili Thai and half hot as fk - served with fries and celery. The wings tasted Delicious- but they were undercooked. Again the cook should be better. All in all we enjoyed the dinner- Ashlyn was very attentive and available. I Come here every week and have always had a great experience. Tonight was not a good one and I will not be returning for awhile. I came around 6:50 pm Saturday 3/7. It was busy ufc night. All I did was go inside to ask for the wait time and there was 2 hostesses at the front. A girl with glasses and wavy hair and another alternative a short black haired girl. She was extremely rude. What began as a complaint about poor, undercooked, and nasty to the core food quality has devolved into verbal abuse from a manager, a complete refusal of service recovery, and corporate silence. On May 13, 2026, I ordered takeout. On May 14, 2026, I called the store to speak with the manager on duty to request a resolution and to return the unfinished order. Instead of assistance, the manager cursed me out, dismissed my complaint, and stated it was "BS" and refused to help. The manager then repeated that he was not providing anything to me. I contacted Twin Peaks Corporate HR and spoke with Alyssa Brown who ask to listen in on a separate ongoing call with the same manager on duty who acknowledged in the presence of Alyssa Brown, that he indeed refused me service, a resolution, a refund and that he called the concern "B.S". Subsequently, Corey Gent of Twin Peaks (contacted me from 863-315-8663) offered to assist but refused to provide his name or the manager in question name. His refusal prevents our office from taking reasonable steps to avoid future interactions with the same hostile manager if they decide to condone his behavior and keep him on the team. This is not the first, second, or third failure at this same Brandon location. It's time for this location to take accountability and DO WHAT'S RIGHT!
