Was only worried about flirting with regulars around us and was sitting on their laps. We gave her the benefit of the doubt, but after continuously being ignored with no apology, she was rude and overly provocative and was upset that we didn't play into it. I'm in the industry and I've never made a review.. She was a beautiful woman but I think she may be in the wrong industry. Still tipped 30 percent of course but won't be coming back. I have a medical condition called Tourette's that causes me to have vocal outbursts and was kicked out of the restaurant because of it, even after I paid for my food because I could not control them. not only that, but they were mean about it and accused me of being rude . Some young male Hispanic looking manager, was the guy who confronted me and yelled specifically at me and not my boyfriend. I'm sorry, but no matter what culture you are raised and you do not talk to a woman that way he should've just told my man to keep his girl in check . This is absolutely unacceptable. Server would disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time and when she did appear (which was not that often by the way) she would walk right past us. New customers would be seated and I could see they were frustrated as no server was to be found. When she did show she spent most of her time chatting with a couple of guys instead. House Salad was nice and fresh, but the bacon ranch dressing was killer spicy. Why would you make bacon ranch hot and spicy? I can only hope that somebody slipped when they were adding the hot pepper flakes. My steak was wonderful on its first bite, but tearing the flesh apart was to expose blood red raw meat. A real dropped third strike. I imagined this Place must get good steak. But it is a no on that. Asparagus was nicely grilled, but that can't be a meal saver. And the fries were blanketed with salt. I've been to a Twin Peaks before but not this one. Had a half hour for lunch and was willing to gamble that they could get the job done. They succeeded! I was in at 1:25 and out the door at 1:50. I sat at the bar and ordered an iced tea and the Smoked Cubano. I will tell you that I am a Cubano snob as I lived in South East Florida for awhile. While it didn't quite match the ones in Miami it was very good! In fact, it was probably the best Cubano I've had in Denver. Order it with extra pickles. Large sandwich and I could only muster half. I am not a big french fry fan but the ones that they have are definitely very good. Bella was my server and she was attentive and friendly. The place wasn't overly busy as it was a little late for lunch but everyone had a smile on their face and that promulgated a nice atmosphere even if it was only for a half hour. Let's start with this. Management I hope you see this so you can please train your staff better. I understand it's NYE but it was 7 pm when we came here tonight 12/31/23 and not busy at all. Restaurant closes at 10:30. Here's our order. 1 fireball shot, 1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch shot for my wife. 1 Long Island for me. 1 angry orchard beer. I never got my Long Island. Mozzarella cheese bites. 9.99$ to share. My wife had Mac and cheese and I had wings and fries. Total after tax. 52.39$ here's the best part. The appetizer took 20+ mins maybe even 30 to come out. I even asked if they forgot about it nicely. She never bothered to check. Someone else came and brought it. Never offered refills of water or anything. Towards the end my wife and I were sharing water because our waitress had taken off and we couldn't tell who she was because each server looked the same. The ambiance was pretty bad. Our plates that were on the table were dirty and had crusted on food. Our main course came out 5 mins after app did. Towards the end I asked my server to please take the Long Island off the bill as I never got it I was just told ok sure. No apologies or I'm sorry we can get that right out. Again it was not busy. Sunday. 12/31 7 pm ish. We ended up leaving after 8:30 maybe later but wanted to get done asap since service was lackluster. Food was lukewarm and the portions of appetizers went down. 10$ for like maybe 12 little cheese balls the size of a quarter. When leaving I received the bill of 52.39$ I left 100.39$ this way I would get an even 48$ back. She should've known when she took the $$ what the policy was but oddly enough came back and said we can't take this change. The bar won't allow it. I said well that's strange because I only did it that way so that I would get 48$ even back. She said we always round up to give you extra back anyway. Doesn't make sense. You'd be loosing $$ overtime. Anyway.. got my change. Left 7$ for terrible service. 15% of 52.39$ is about 7.89 or so. Felt like I was being generous even leaving 7$ when I really didn't want to. Came all the way from Florida and visited here because of the good things I heard from locals. I had the pleasure of having Dayana as my server and she was absolutelty amazing. Great customer service, friendly conversation, speedy reaction to table needs, and very knowledgeable of the menu. 10/10 would come again and I highly reccomend requesting Dayana as your server. As for the food, my table ordered a mix of items from Ribs, Wings, and Boneless Wings and everyone enjoy their food as well as taking some to-go and finishing it later. I would recommend the bone-in wings to anyone that enjoys poultry. The restaurant itself was very clean and lots of TV's to watch sports on whether you're sitting at the bar or a table.
