My friends and I just left this restaurant, and wanted to leave a 5 star review due to the service we got. Marsha was our server and she could not of taken better care of us! Once we sat down she immediately had waters for us and any asked if we wanted any other drinks! She also made sure to mention the promotion going on today about the burger, fries, and beer for $11, in case we wanted it. Most servers do not indicate what promotions are going on. Marsha also proposed her favorite appetizers in case we wanted to try any. Very fast service and she never left us without a smile on her face. She was a very pretty girl too, on the inside and out! We came on Saturday 10/7 to watch the CU Neb game. Met up with two of our friends. When we walked in, we saw our friends over on a high top table by the bar. They preceeded to tell us they had been sitting by the bar for a good 15 mins with no service. We finally got someone to come to the table only to tell us we needed to move because we were somehow blocking the walkway for people to get by and was told a fire hazard. Okay, no problem, so we moved right behind that table by the restrooms. Sat another 15 mins finally someone came to wait on us. Her personality would probably rank a zero in my book. It was like it was an inconvenience to be waited on. Once we got beers and food, she disappeared and couldn't find her to get more beers ordered. Finally had someone else take our beer order but had to go up to the front to get someone to help. We also asked 2 times to change the tvs to the game. For you guys out there, make sure you let your girlfriends know that you're going to Twin Peaks - they might get jealous! That aside, the atmosphere is pretty great. It's your typical sports bar feel. The waitresses are friendly and check on you. The food is okay. I'm a bit disappointed in their chicken tenders, they're pretty tasty but you get like four little fingers of chicken. I want big meaty pieces of chicken when I'm watching a UFC fight! Kevin, the manager, handles every situation in the most professional way possible. Every time I've had an issue,I've been taken care of. A while back I met 3 other friends for Dinner. The food and service were very good but to my surprise; when I checked my credit card statement our waitress charged an Uber Tab on my credit card to the amount of $9.99, the theft took place on September 20th. I had no idea that Twin Peaks paid their waitresses so little that their employees needed to resort to theft. My first time ever at a Twin Peaks was a month ago. My brother and friends came in and asked if one of the tvs could be changed to AEW on Wednesday. The waitress said no problem and asked the manager. No problem at all. So we were back the next Wednesday and then another Wednesday 2 weeks later. You will see us 2-3 times a month easy. The service is spectacular and I cannot say enough about the food. Then there is the Happy hour prices. Phenomenal. This may be my favorite place to go out. We will be back again and again, next Wednesday for sure!!!! Keep up the great work. Oh and when the place gets slammed around 7pm the managers work their butts off helping the servers. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because i was completely blown away by something that would make any bar/restaurant manager cringe. While sitting at the bar, a server needed new cherries for their station. Totally get it, but when she open the cherries with her mouth instead of finding a different option i was blown away. I Have been coming here for years now! Have always loved this location but recently they have really not been the best. I always go for the Beer and get some wings on the side. Grilled and smoked to be specific. Unfortunately these last 3 times iv gone every single time they have served me raw wings. On 2 of those ocasiones the manger did come and apologize for the wings being raw and brought out new ones but on the the last occasion the manger tried to tell me that was normal. Lol! I just happened to be with 3 of my friends 2 of them being chefs. Lets just say we had a good laugh. Finally this last time i went for my birthday. Drove an hour out to their location from home to put in my reservation for a table since you have to do it in person and cant over the phone. I waited about an hour for my table and my group of 10 to show up and as soon as i showed up back in to get it after they called me the girl tells me the manager gave my table away because it was fight night or some bs. That was the fourth strike at that point me and my friends have decided were done with peaks! All and all kind of almost hurts to write this bad review for a place i love going but it had to be said. Only reason im not giving it a one star is because the girls have done amazing job at waitressing. Came here at the recommendation of my hotel front desk while I waited for my room to be ready. The atmosphere is very chill, and the bar has plenty of TVs to watch. The food is classic American sandwiches, burgers, and apps. The waitresses are very nice and attentive, and overall the experience and service was great!
