I only give them 5 stars because of the dynamic duo which is Amanda and Lola. I come there 2 to 3 times a week after the gym. They are the best, hands down! When they see me coming in, they remember my drinks and when I set down I get it without asking. Unlike others, they take very good care of the bar Patriots. Every time I come in and see them I get a smile on my face and it stays on my face until I leave. These girls give fast service to all and make sure we are happy! If they are not behind the bar, I already know I'll get bad service and will wait for a while to get a beer and my order will be screwed up. Most behind the bar will be elsewhere talking to their own friends but not them. They stick to the bar and take good care of us. Please keep them at the bar every day.Please!!? read more

I'll start with the fact that Quantay was awesome, this man checked on our table many times. He cleaned it up and checked to see if there was anything we needed. I appreciate his service. Kandace, on the other hand, barely checked to see how things were going, less times than the previous mentioned gentleman. The time it took just to get a drink was unthinkable. The food was pretty good though, even though not a soul checked to see how it was. A manager brought the food and different people brought drinks. My husband and I visit this Twin Peaks location every time that we are in Corpus (at least 4 times a year). The service is usually pretty good and the beer is always ice cold. The food is average for bar food although their grilled wings are by far the best item on the menu and damn good for bar food. I was actually looking forward to finally writing a review for this location since most of my experiences have been positive. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for this visit and it's mostly to blame on one particular server. We dropped by a little before 11:30pm on 5/26/18 and upon entering, there was a large group of people leaving so my husband and I stood off to the side right by the hostess stand to allow room for the people leaving to pass. As we were patiently waiting for the large group to pass, a female server came barreling through from behind (damn near trampling me) and forced my husband and I to move into the crowd. She was extremely rude about it and didn't even bother to say excuse me prior to approaching me or apologize afterwards. I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant and don't appreciate someone treating me like that. A simple "excuse me" as she approached would have sufficed. In the process of forcing me out of the way, either the plate or the actual food touched my right elbow and burned me. It actually did leave a mark (which I didn't notice until the next morning) which is completely unacceptable. Another server heading in our direction with the flow of the crowd that we were waiting on (I think that her name may have been Cassandra) did in fact witness the situation and offered an immediate sincere apology for the other server's actions since it was clearly uncalled for and just plain rude. My husband and I actually contemplated just leaving after the rude encounter but we didn't want one person's actions to ruin our night so we decided to stay. We sat ourselves at the bar and were promptly greeted by a very friendly server. I ordered an iced tea and my husband ordered a couple of beers. We also shared an order of the chips and queso. The beers were perfectly ice cold as usual. The chips and queso were good although the cheese was a bit runny and could have been hotter. We probably should have just went with the grilled wings since those are always a solid choice. Oh well, we will know for next time! The service at the bar was excellent. We had two different servers that helped us out. We never had to ask for a refill or anything since they were good about checking up on us. Honestly, if it wasn't for the initial negative experience, I would have given this place a better rating. One bad server can really ruin things for customers. I don't think that we will return again as long as that particular server is employed here. She needs to be addressed by management, this situation could have been a lot worse resulting in a potential lawsuit. read more

Still here at the Peak and had to write a review about the steak I just ate. This is the first in house review I've ever done but it was so good I couldn't wait til later.I was so mad that they took the rib-eye off the menu a few weeks ago cause who wants to eat the lowly rib sirloin right? Well I've now had it three times and I ain't done yet!! It is so good and it's 10 oz! It's the best bar steak I ever had sirloin or not.! I'm a cook so I understand about temp and seasoning. Believe me, it was right all three times! (That's saying a lot right there)!! Tried to go twice. First time I wanted to watch an Aggie football game. The bartender told me "We don't have that channel", and immediately turned away and went to her regulars. By the way, the channel I wanted was SEC channel during football season. You would think a sports bar would show it. Hooters had the channel. The second time the couldn't seat me even though I am one person. I guess because of Covid. I won't be going back. If the bartenders were as Hot as they think they are it may be worth it. We usually order from this location and never have any issues, but tonight the staff was very rude. My husband ordered over the phone and asked for sweet Thai chili instead of "spicy Thai chili" wings, and she acted like she didn't know what he was referring to. Then rudely hung up. To add insult to injury, they forgot the fries in our order. My husband didn't want to call back and ask for the fries we paid for. This place has us spoiled with the Super Cold Beers! This is our to go place for Happy Hour. The young ladies are always nice and friendly (but during shift change it's hard to get a beer)! The food is always hot and good. The Pot Roast is the best and so are the Nachos. We called ahead and we were advised first come first serve, my cousin got to this location and was advised that half the party had to be present so that he could be seated. When we arrived they told us there was no tables and wait would be about 20-30 minutes. We then find out that there is a single man sitting at a table for 6. So why did that man get that table when my cousin was told otherwise. This has been the worst experience at twin peaks ever........ twin peaks CC HAS LOST A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER. Me and my family got there maybe like at 8-9pm ish at 11:30pm everyone else got there food while my daughter was very hungry and had to watch everyone eat in front of her (keep In mind that my son had Order the same exact thing and had gotten it before her) then at 12:00am my daughter was bearly getting her food, and by that time she had already lost her appetite. First time attending twin peaks and luckily we got Hanna as our waitress! She was beyond amazing and at all times was available when we needed her. Her work ethic is incredible, will be sure to come back and ask for Hanna! Never once did i have an empty drink or had a need that was not met. Had their avocado smash burger with the vegetarian burger substitution. It comes with fries, and I had asked for them crispy. The burger was good, but a little heavy on lettuce. The fries were done perfectly. The Truly mixed berry was on tap and delicious. Friendly staff. read more

Have been here 3 times now and each time the food has been excellent but my last time the service was excellent, the other 2 times is was good but this time far exceeded the previous times. The server's name was Jessica! If you go ask for her section you will be happy. I've had their smoked wings, boneless wings, thai Chile rib appetizer, and the buffalo chicken salad all were good. I came in to eat with my buddy the other day. Kandace was our server. Right off the bat she kept touching her face under her mask when taking our order which is really unsanitary. When we are about halfway through our meal, Kandace comes up to us and starts talking about a book that I guess that she has published on Amazon? She kept talking about her book for like 5 minutes to us and me and my friend are just sitting there like why is this girl telling us this? Just let us enjoy our meal! At the end of her speech she asks us both to write her a 5 star review on the book on Amazon for her. We said okay but we didn't. After she asked us she just stood there staring at us for like a full minute I guess because she wanted us to write the reviews right in front of her so she just stood there awkwardly staring at us. Then she finally leaves. About ten minutes later she walks back up to us and asks us did we write the reviews yet, we said no. Another 5 minutes and she asks us again. At that point I ask her can we speak to the manager to which she rolls her eyes and walks away. The manager never came and she never brought us the boxes we asked for to take our food home so we ended up just putting our money on the table to pay and then leave. It was such a disappointing experience. We didn't come here to be harrassed into leaving good reviews on your book. That's why it doesn't have any. Stop begging your guests!
