First time at Twin Peaks. I went with my teenage son to scope out the food and ambience. When we arrived, we were not greeted well by the extremely short brunette female hostess. The hostess came to the front stood in front of me and my son proceeded to ignore us (look down at an iPad apparatus with seating chart), until an older lady acknowledge we were there. The short hostess could of at least acknowledge us and said "hello." The older lady (I'm assuming it was the manager) was very nice and accommodating (thank you!). concerning our original waitress (I don't remember her name), she was the best (very nice and attentive). Our original waitress left and was replaced with Brianna (she was also good :). Waitresses are an A+. I give Twin Peaks' ambiance an A+ for hosting an NFL football game. Concerning the foot, my son had the Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich which he stated it was the best he had. Wow , the Service here has really gone downhill. Went for lunch for a fun vibrant meal, and instead got chastised by the hostess for moving tables because our table was so unbalanced the drinks were spilling over. We ended up moving to the open seating bar , where apparently its customers to just be rude to the customer and treating you like you are doing them a favor simply by being a customer. We've been to Twin Peaks before, but not this location . All the same decor, food etc, but parking seemed to be the biggest difference. We came today for an early dinner and parking was a mess. After a few loops around the lot we managed to snag one. The lot is shared with Tanger Outlets and Olive Garden. Once inside we were seated right away, but with a new shift starting soon it took a while to get some service. No big deal as we were told at seating. Someone took our drink order in the mean time. We ordered bone in wings, chicken fried chicken, burger and a chicken ranch sandwich. Everything came out pretty quick and all was delicious. I'd never had the chicken sandwich before and it was so good. I'd definitely order it again. The chicken fried chicken could have definitely had some more gravy for the potatoes etc, but again still great flavor. Service was ok, but we weren't checked on for most of the meal and could've used some drink refills. Vibe is great. Lots of tvs and suck to keep entertained. read more

Saw an ad for the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich here while I was out in AZ for last week. So had to stop in and give it a try. I'm here on a very busy night as an event is happening at the near by state farm stadium. So service is a little slow to say the least, but that's just part of coming here on this particular day. The atmosphere is pretty great. Alot of beautiful scenery. The menu is pretty extensive. The sad part is if you look at the amount of dipping sauce compared to the amount of wings. I have been here a couple of times and beers are always good and food has been great as well. Recently my brother and I decided to try their wings because I can't believe we've never seen that they serve wings. I always go boneless and garlic Parmesan and my brother goes with the traditional wings. He ordered some flavor that I thought was going to be spicy (I don't do spicy) but for the hell of it, I tried and honestly I was surprised on how good it was. To start, we have been here many times and it is always great food with decent service. Now this last time we went was horrible on the service side. Our waitress was just rude and barely came to our table the entire time. She rolled her eyes when we asked for separate checks (3 groups), took 20 mins from dropping off drinks to ask for our orders and was no where to be seen at all. Once she came back we ordered appetizers and dinner but no apps came out ahead of time and when asked she said she couldn't put them first before our dinner (which makes no sense) and we didn't want our app anymore. The manager did come over to explain he would take the app off and apologize. He asked what could be done and we mentioned that maybe she's just having a bad day but don't take that out on our table and he said he would coach her to that. She never came back to check in on food or refills and while we were scanning for her for a while we tried to get the managers attention but he was busy talking to a group of girls at the bar and then went in the back. We then finally saw our waitress talking to a gentleman at the bar ( we assumed she was waiting on him) but then she SAT down next to him and was touching his arm and laughing and gabbing for a good 10 mins before my 13 yr old niece got upset and went to find the manager. The manager pulled the waitress to the back and then she came to our table where we asked for checks to get the heck out of there. It sucks because the food is great but that kind of service being allowed was just a nightmare especially when you're there to celebrate a birthday. Don't think we will going back for a long time. Was pretty disappointed with the service at Twin Peaks. When I ordered the starter trio (guac, salsa and queso) and 2 orders of side fries. The pick up time was 7:40pm. Upon arrival I was advised my food was not ready and there was no eta. I got my food 40 minutes later. Got home to eat and the fries were cold (seasoned well though) and the salsa had a piece of shredded chicken in it which was a problem because my son is vegetarian. We didn't wait long for our drinks or food. The martinis were made well! The server cautioned me about the California Street Corn Salad being spicy. It sure was! To me, this would be another place like a Hooters, Tilted Kilt and so forth; and I do not frequent those types of places. So this is just another casual sports bar restaurant type place with scantly clad women and their "twin peaks" being exposed. We don't have any of these where I'm from but Twin Peaks is a national chain with locations all over the United States. This one is one of several they have in the greater Phoenix area. It's a pretty large place with various seating (bar, outdoor patio, table tops and some tables/booths. The main bar area features over 10 nicely sized TV's with other TV's spread around the restaurant as well. I think there were two bars at this place. Interior is modern lodge-y/cabin like with wood features and various décor of deer heads, antler chandeliers and animal skins. Food is your typical items with some various appetizers, salads, soups, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, some various entrees (ribs, fish, steak etc), different sides (fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, etc) and dessert. A friend lives near by and comes in often and for his sake of liking the place we went over a week ago when I was in town. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and they had some promotion going on with the girls being extra scantly clothed. Friend and I sat at the bar where we were able to pick out some seats fairly quickly. The bar had three girls working it and service was ok. They make drinks for the whole restaurant too so service will not always be there; it's just something the restaurant industry does so you'll have to live with it. They provided good service when able and they were kind and fun to talk to. Friend and I did some drinks, an appetizer and some entrees. Beers come in two sizes: a almost childish looking 11oz and a 22 oz. Beer was nice and cold with cold mugs (love it when places do this). Peaks Sampler fried pickles · buffalo tenders · hand-cut mozzarella bites · marinara · ranch · blue cheese dressing. Good mix of some various things. Loved the hand-cut mozzarella bites and the fried pickles were awesome, tenders were good sized. The Smokestack - pulled pork, cheddar, red onions, pickled jalapenos, tomato, pickles, cilantro, smoky sweet BBQ sauce, chipotle mayo. Served with fries. Not really memorable but a good burger. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce and I liked the idea of the pickled jalapenos. Good fries! Street Tacos - Corn tortillas filled with a choice of in-house smoked brisket, chicken, or pulled pork. Served with pico de gallo, diced onion, cilantro, fire roasted salsa, habanero sauce, tortilla chips, lime wedge, and a grilled jalapeño. Friend crushed these and enjoyed them. read more

Super disappointed with this restaurant. Would not recommend. We sat at the bar. Savanna was great. Once shift change came, it went downhill. We closed out our bill, so the shift received their tip. We ordered our food with the previous shift before we knew it was going to be shift change. The next shift delivered our food. First appetizer was the billionaire bacon and it was cold. We let the bartender who delivered it know it was cold. She said it's meant to be cold and if we wanted it hot we needed to ask for it. Bacon/Pork cold? She took it back and they warmed up the same plate. Hate to complain in the first place, so we didn't say anything. Not sure if being a married couple on date night was an issue. We spent around $200 with a 20% tip. We were not looking for a free meal just good experience at a new restaurant. 8/13/25 This was our first time to eat at a Twin Peaks. We got seated and the hostess said we were to scan the bar code on the table for the menu or she could bring paper menus. We asked for the physical menus. She brought one. Ugh! A couple minutes later she brought us another one. Perfect! The waitress took our drink order and when she delivered those, she asked if we were ready to order and if I could giver her a card. Card? I didn't know if regulars had a punch card. I asked what kind of card. She said credit card. I told her no. I always pay cash. She said they needed it before she could place the order. I told her we will just leave. I've never heard of this before. They don't trust me to pay but want me to trust them with my credit card sitting somewhere in the restaurant. She said we could stay without giving the card to her, but it was just policy. I ordered the Texas Philly Cheesesteak. It was real good, but my fries were cool and soggy. My wife has a chicken sandwich and said it was real good and her fries were crispy. We may visit a Twin Peaks again, but not this one. read more

Great Food, Great Atmosphere First time here and all I have to say is Twin Peaks is a great place to watch sporting events and spend time wiyh family/friends and they have more TVs then I have ever seen in a sports bar, the atmosphere and vibe is amazing. Twin Peaks offers a very well rounded menu, with lots of options for everyone. On this visit we shared the Philly cheese steak, cheese burger, fries, wings, onion rings, and of course ice cold IPA's. I don't recall ever having a beer as cold as the beers being served at Twin Peaks, absolutely perfect. In addition, to the icy cold beers, the food at Twin Peaks is probably the best in Westgate area when it comes to sportsbars/restaurants. Everyting was fresh, flavorful, and served pipping hot and the onion rings and wings were some of the best I've had in a long time. The servers are accomdating without being intrusive, the managers were always making sure everyone was satisfied with their dining expeirence . Great food, service, and prices.
