Great Food, Great Atmosphere First time here and all I have to say is Twin Peaks is a great place to watch sporting events and spend time wiyh family/friends and they have more TVs then I have ever seen in a sports bar, the atmosphere and vibe is amazing. Twin Peaks offers a very well rounded menu, with lots of options for everyone. On this visit we shared the Philly cheese steak, cheese burger, fries, wings, onion rings, and of course ice cold IPA's. I don't recall ever having a beer as cold as the beers being served at Twin Peaks, absolutely perfect. In addition, to the icy cold beers, the food at Twin Peaks is probably the best in Westgate area when it comes to sportsbars/restaurants. Everyting was fresh, flavorful, and served pipping hot and the onion rings and wings were some of the best I've had in a long time. The servers are accomdating without being intrusive, the managers were always making sure everyone was satisfied with their dining expeirence . Great food, service, and prices. The hostess that helped us did her best and was great, but overworked taking care of the entire section by herself. Restaurant had several empty tables. We had a large group (party of 9) on a Friday night. It was a busy day in westgate for a car show and many of the restaurants we went to could not accommodate us without waiting a very long time. Twin Peaks was able to quickly seat us, the place was very busy but it was such a fun atmosphere. We had a lovely table outside. Our server Alyssa handled our party well, kept our drinks full and was very attentive, she was fun and playful. Our food was so wonderful, I can highly recommend the fried pickles, mozzarella bites, Moms Pot Roast, the bacon chicken sandwich, they cooked my cousins steak perfectly- everyone was happy with what they ordered. You have to live a place that asks you if you want your chicken Fried or grilled, obviously the food is not frozen and that is so nice, especially when you have dietary restrictions. The manager Sam was extremely attentive, he checked on us many times, I could see him interacting with other tables. He was even happy to help us when we unexpectedly had a could more people join are already large party. He and the other servers were all helping running drinks and food. Mine did not say a word when I pointed out she had forgotten to charge me for my tea, just took the check, added the extra charge and disappeared. The only truly prompt part of the service was dropping off my check- far before I received my food! Had to flag someone else down to finally pay. Long wait time on food that was delivered lukewarm (they were not slammed.) I think it's pretty basic to consistently communicate with and acknowledge customers, quite a few restaurants these days seem to not see how critical basic touch points are. I have been to this location a few times over the past few months, recently on 8/13, with some co-workers and friends and I must say, the food is good and the drinks are refreshing and strong enough to help ease you after a long day at work. My groups sever's name was Alyssa P. and she was an absolute delight. She was always helpful, courteous, and professional. She was super friendly, smiling, and has a infectious personality. She even helped navigate the menu and made the wonderful recommendation of the blackened chicken ranch sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was absolutely delightful and I will most definitely request her to serve my group next time we meet up. Alyssa P. was arguably the only server that seemed to take pride of her job. I hate to have to give them a 1 star because I really liked this place the last time. But after waiting for an hour and a half for a table for our party of 10 they leave me no choice. First off the girls that work the Hostess station don't have a clue to what their job entails. We told them we were okay if we had to be split up into two separate tables so the wait would t be as long. But no they can't even figure out how to do that. We saw that the outside had 2 tables open up and we said we would take them and they said ok and it took us another 15 minutes to actually clean the tables so we can be seated. Our waitress was super friendly but somehow we ended up with our appetizers and no plates and no silverware and are our waitress disappeared for 15 minutes so eating our appetizers was impossible ( pulled pork French fries). When they brought us our food of course they brought the wrong sandwiches for 4 of us and that took another 15 minutes to have them bring out the correct sandwich's. Oh yeah I almost forgot we had to have them bring us a fresh appetizer because the first one ended up being cold and soggy since we had no silverware. At least my burger was good and the beer hit the spot. They were able to seat 5 of us right away although they were busy as expected on a Saturday and right before the Red and White Practice at State Farm Stadium. Our orders were promptly taken as well as our drinks delivered to the table. Except for my wife's vodka tonic. We had to ask for them on the 2 that she had ordered. Are food came out quickly. My friend and i both liked our Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches. They were a good size and had good flavor. My friends wife liked her Turkey Avocado Smash sandwich but my cousin didn't like the Blackened Fish Tacos. He said the fish was good but the sauce was to much. That's subjective though. They both brought me a beer and said "oh you must have double ordered". Today, I went back to try their Naked Wings with Traditional Sauce and a beer of my waitress's choice. I also had a bit of a shock when I walked in. Instead of the traditional Lumberjack outfit, all the gals were wearing tennis shoes, shorts (cut off jeans) and a variety of skimpy tops (halter, sport and bikini/bra). Ashley, my waitress, was very nice. And, we actually talked a bit about off restaurant topics. Not only did she come up to my table wearing... a smile ;-) , she checked in 2x. Plus, I flagged her down twice, she didn't hesitate to come and see what I wanted. She chose the Man Drop Dead Red beer for me. And, while it had more of a bite than I'm used to, being ice cold, it went well with the wings, and celery sticks. Now, between the Breaded Wings, and the Naked Wings, I'd have to say that the Breaded Wings are better. But, only by a 1/2 Star. Since I've only eaten here 2x, I still got a way to go. But so far, the staff has been very pleasant, the beer VERY COLD 8-) and the food very good. So, yeah. I'll be back for sure. But, to be honest, I don't see the rationale for parents bringing their kids (especially the little ones) to any sports bar. Let alone one like this. read more

We had to wait to be seated even though there were multiple open tables. Maybe they were under staffed? Service was slow and our waitress was completely clueless. I don't know if she was new, but if so she should have had a shadow or trainer with her. She's working in a beer serving restaurant and had no idea what the beers were. We ordered dark beers and she brought us pacifico!! Not even close. She repeated our order so there's no excuse for bringing something completely opposite of what we ordered. We ordered our food and the wings were great, tasty, crispy, great sauces. The burger was super greasy, but had all the accompaniments and his fries. Overall, ok , but not a great experience.
