Had2 ask for everything, asked for drink refill, got my own napkins as my server was at my king table chatting with some dudes never once checking on me etc etc etc. FAIL!! Woah. So we came here because they hosted draft parties for the upcoming season. When we got there the hostess was sweet, she pointed us in the right direction. But our waitress?! She was EXTREMELY rude, literally rolled her eyes each time we placed an order and honestly you can call me biased but everyone in our group thought the same thing! Best visit I had by far coming to this location. This time I did not have to wait at the host stand for someone to come and sit me at a table. Sat down, enjoyed the Signature House blonde beer. We were sat promptly (without any regard to what we'd like), and our server was responsive with our drink order. We ordered the double stacked nachos with everything but cheese on the side and it seems as though she was happy to accommodate our difficult order. Another chain restaurant, and it was fine. I stopped by with some coworkers on a weekday before New Years and honestly, I don't know if I have ever had service SO SLOW before. It was not even super busy with plenty of staff. Who knows, maybe an off day. The boneless wings were good, but nothing to write home about. I did think the pricing was a little high for everything. Being a transplant from Cali I stopped in when I first moved in about 7 months ago and saw that it was a cool themed sports bar restaurant where the girls wear lumberjack flannels and short short which they look great in btw!!! I had frequented TK out in Cali a lot and they had their own take on themed restaurants where the ladies there wore plaid skirts and they were super chill and easy to talk to, so much so that I built rapport with them during lunch time at first and then after hours as I became more of a regular there. As luck would have it, when I moved to TX I was wanting the same type of fun easy going environment with good food and cool chicks and Found It!!! Not only is the food good but they have their own brewery In House and they serve it super cold and you could literally taste the freshness from every manly gulp you take!!! The food is always fresh and made to order and I have so far tried some of their signature burgers which fill you up to the brim! The Steak salads are delicious and you don't get the feeling you over ate like may be the case if your drinking beer and Wolfing down a burger... I have accompanied the salad with a soup as well and even that was mmm good!!! I don't know why I would doubt their freshness or flavor when everything else has been fire!!! The Main Reason I keep coming back here though is the Service!!! I have the choice of where to eat and being in sales and on the road a lot myself I could easily go anywhere and try new foods and I do on occasion don't get me wrong... but since the first day that I stepped foot in here the ladies have always greeted me with a smile and they all look genuinely happy to see me and happy to help! I have noticed that it is the case with all their patrons too and I'm good with that! It means that they care!!! Let me tell you that all staff there have been cool from the busboy to the manager but the following women are worthy of every positive feedback and merit out there! It was like every other twin peaks with the exception of all the mounted animal trophies that reminded me of hofbrau. Mozzarella sticks were basic. I liked that they were bite size. Garlic mashed potatoes with cheese are good. Loved that they left the skin for texture. Friends liked the chicken quesadillas and the beyond burger. After a long while I went to TP today . Building looks very dirty and need power wash . Bar attendees were friendly but not able to refresh drinks for a while and it's not busy either . Ford quality was down the drain . I ordered Ceaser salad and chilli bowl. Ceaser was soggy and looks like it was sitting at the kitchen for a while . Chilli was tasteless and so bad that I left it without eating . Alyssa was very nice and did it charge for chilli . I ate the Ceaser as I was very hungry. Beer was very good but end up only having one drink as bar attender never asked me for refresh . Overall not a great experience. The food quality and service are not there as before . I've been coming to Twin Peaks for over 5 years now and the staff and girls are always impressive. Two that stand out the most (because of the lunchtime schedule) are India and Kedra. We come in sometimes 3 to 8 people and they are so acquainted with us, they know our drinks and can almost know what we are having for lunch. The rapport and and the friendly environment has kept us coming and bringing in more coworkers. I can say "thank you" but that isn't enough. Like the setup of this place. A log cabin type house with the bar In the middle and tons of tvs along the bar, and booths and throughout the restaurant. Food is good can't complain, the only thing I was a bit uncomfortable about was how young the girls looked. They look barely 15 and wore lace underwear and some a string panty and bra. I'm not opposed to these type of places each their own however most have a uniform, this one seemed as if the girls were allowed to pretty much come naked with pasties. For this type of atmosphere I usually go to strip clubs. Went to this Twin Peaks with a party of about 15 people. The service was subpar and the sever wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. The food is decent if you get the right thing. I ordered the spicy Thai chili wings and they were pretty good. Food did not take long to come out. The main reason we came is for the drink specials. Twin peaks has select liquors on special all day every day as well as a reverse happy hour. This would be a great place to go to watch football games etc. The TVs are a nice size and they also have games that you can play in the corner. Very average experience overall. read more
