The waitress is no where to be seen and took 10 minutes to just get her to take a drink order. We are seated close to the bar and a party of three. There appears to be be at least one hostess (on her phone), two bartenders, four maybe five servers. Drinks arrive and obviously coasters are at a premium, so that the condensation can drop all over you and the table. Food arrived luke warm had the driest meatball sub in my life. My friend and I were sat at a high top next to another party. We counted 10 servers walking by us, not saying a word for the first 5 minutes. To my surprise, as soon as I checked in on Yelp, I was awarded a free "Chipotle queso and chips" entree. Nice! The menu was modest, but it had some good options. They have a very nice selection of draft beer as well, and I highly recommend a Dirty Blonde, man size of course. I ordered a philly cheese steak, texas style. Delicious. Worst managment customer service !!!! I visit on Sunday 2/13/23 around 3:30. Open a check with Ashley (bartender) good service, we clase when her Shift ended for $86 consumed. We open a second check with Leah and Coco terrible service, we had 2 drinks only and they charge me for 5 drinks. Sheesh! Ok, that's off my chest, let's talk grub. I ordered wings, smoked then grilled, with spicy garlic sauce. I added fries because it was a whopping $1 extra. The wings were uber-tasty, the smokiness and grilled flavor shined, and the sauce was fantastic. If they had it on sale, I'd buy a gallon of it. But, and it's a big but, these looked like pigeon wings! I ordered 12, assuming I'd never finish them all, but nope. They were puny. Thank goodness I ordered those fries! Ambiance came into peaks on a Thursday afternoon with my friends looking to have a good time, cold beer and good conversation after a long day at the convention center. Host and bartender were super friendly and the food was great! Only issues we had was with this manger Tony,... he came to the bar outside didn't speak say hi nothing to my friends and I. just stood there awkwardly to the side just watching.. now this is something he kept doing thought out the entire time that we were there. Ok so rarely do I give one star but I just couldn't think of a better rating for my experience. I came here to grab some food with some of my friends. We were in Orlando for hurricane relief and wanted to go out and enjoy our night in Orlando. We grabbed a seat and the waitress came and took our drinks. We got our drinks and the waitress disappeared 20 minutes later she took our orders we ordered some appetizers fried pickles, queso and chips, and the billionaire bacon. We ordered our meals at the same time since we had waited so long. We drank our drinks and never saw the waitress. Not once did she come and refill our drinks or apologize for the wait. It wasn't busy to the point that it should have been backed up as long as it took. We got our food an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered and the food was warm at best. The appetizers came out maybe 10 minutes before the food. We asked to speak to the manager and that also took a long time. He finally came to our table maybe 15 minutes after requesting to speak to him. We explained what was going on how our drinks weren't refilled and it took so long to get food. He explained the tickets were backed up and they had "57" orders then asked what we wanted him to do about it. He gave us a discount for the food.
