Brown Sugar Milk Tea with pudding

Love the brown sugar milk tea with pudding. Service was great and fast. Limited parking but street parking is available. Place is clean and great to hang with friends.

Still one of my favorite go to spots for a snack and drinks. Ordering online is kind of a must if you want to avoid the wait. There seems to be always a wait here because of the amount of orders so I highly recommend that. Service here is decent at best, it's always busy so staff is busy working rather than handing out orders. Sometimes you'll have to ask for your drink to avoid the drinks being sat on the counter for too long. Since their parking lot is essentially non existent with very little space, you can resort to parking in the parking lot next door, plenty of spots over there. Never had the chance to try their "create your own drink" but in time, I shall try that. I've always trended towards their "most popular drinks" board which is always on point. They have updated their cup design to cuter ones, and are picture worthy regardless of the drink you get. I highly recommend the brown sugar milk tea and the Uji Matcha Latte. As a huge fan of egg waffle puffs, I had to try Twinkle Tea's options. The original is already pretty tasty, it's on the sweeter side of the puffs but each bite is full of flavor. You have the choice to add ice cream scoops and various fruits on it which I recommend but it does make it extra sweet.

My son introduced me to this spot. Everything was really good. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, greeted us upon entry. Small dining area but it appeared to be more of a take out establishment. Lots of people picking up online orders. We'll definitely be back.

I had Twinkle Tea cater my wedding, and we ordered 300 12oz cups. I chose Twinkle Tea because it's a local mom-and-pop shop I've known about since high school, and I've seen on social media that they cater many events. They offer smaller cup sizes, which were perfect for our wedding guests, plus a wide variety of drinks and toppings to mix and match. We selected three different drinks and toppings, customizing the sugar level for each one. Amy, who coordinated with us, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and helped finalize our order smoothly. At the wedding, the drinks were a huge hit. They were gone within half an hour of serving! We're very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely order from Twinkle Tea again for future events.

It's been a while since my last visit to Twinkle Tea. There's two kiosk machines for you to place your order. Always love their happy hour drinks! I always get HK iced milk tea and lemon iced tea. Also ordered Strawberry Matcha and Red Dragon Fruit Smoothie to try. The design on the cups are so cute. It's my first time trying the Red Dragon Fruit Smoothie. I like it! Mild and not too sweet. Small parking lot. If you can't find parking there's street parking.

Edison is always ready to help us! My mom loves him because he tries and willingly want to learn Chinese. Lol. Such a wonderful young gentleman and his energy is outstanding! My mom's favorite drink place. Love to stop in in between a meal when feeling hungry so can grab a snack and a drink. They have lots of options to choose for. I do love their Curry fish balls but it's too spicy for me! I crave it and always all spiced up with runny rose and burning tongue from the spice level and unfortunately it's pre made, and they cannot adjust the heat level. It's alright, I'll just get 2 lemon tea next to me while I'll eat it. Worth the spicy torture (I'm a light weight) lol! Also love their HK style mochi waffles and chicken nuggets! If you go there, say hi to Edison for me and my Canto mom!!

Finally tried this place. Always hunting for good tea and they didn't disappoint. Good portions and well presented. Perfect ratio of tea and fruit. Not overwhelming with caffeine. My go to drink is their twinkle fruit tea. Never disappoints. I've never been to their location but order often via delivery apps. I'm a satisfied customer.

This place is the one stop shop. They have so many different drinks and they also have snacks!! there's not really any seating for you to hang out I will tell you when I come here just for their blending tea/ lm slush.. I've never had anything like this anywhere else and it is so good here.

Stopped by on Friday, 08/08/25 again with my boyfriend (another spontaneous decision to meet up for boba after a long week)! Ordered the following: - 1 vanilla ice cream = $1 - 1 twinkle coffee brown sugar, 75% sugar, extra ice, whole milk = $4.95 / added boba which was an additional $0.75 - 1 fried chicken nugget with BBQ sauce = $4 - 3 matcha ice cream ($2 each) = $6 - 1 fluffy uji matcha, 35% sugar, less ice = $4.95 / added agar boba which was an additional $0.75 as well as unsweetened oat milk which was an additional $1 - 1 matcha egg puffs = $6.99 - 1 red bean eff puffs = $6.99 SUBTOTAL = $45.08 TAX = $4.72 TOTAL = $49.80 Sooo good as always. *** PSA: Their one=scoop matcha is now $2 (used to be $1). ***

Came back again since I was running around all day and the food was actually good. Spam with the cup of noodles and broth was filling it had crunchy garlic on top and the egg was cooked well. It also came with a little packet of chili oil. Chubby guy with the face mask who worked the night before was very courteous. So def recommend this place again.

There's a small lot to park but it's usually not a problem. There's very limited seating so you're likely taking your drink to-go. Otherwise, the chill atmosphere can be a great place to study. They have two kiosks! The service has always been quick but can be impacted during a rush. I've tried a few drinks here. They've all been tasty. The blueberry smoothie was great. I tried the matcha banana smoothie this time at 75% sweet. It was pretty good! I'm even considering full sweetness mext time. The strawberry lemonade definitely could've been less sweet for me personally. There's still loads of drinks I want to try and some food.

twinkle tea has been the local spot for over 10 years for me. it's nostalgic, quality is good and they never miss! I also love that they sell a huge assortment of snacks, so if you're feeling peckish and thirsty, it's a one stop shop. I typically get the taiwanese fried chicken but this time wanted some fried tofu. They have a dry chili seasoning but give you the option of two sauces without any additional cost (which is amazing in this economy). Their fried tofu is like a blank canvas, done very simply so choose their house sauce or your fav go-to. I haven't been around to try more of their items, but I love supporting local businesses. They do get busy around after-school times but the wait is not too bad.

We tried the kimchi bacon with salted egg, pistacchio Dubai chocolate, plain, and a couple of cream puffs. All the croissants were deliciously crunchy flaky, my favorite is the pistacchio Dubai chocolate but the kimchi was also very creative. All the cream puffs were also great but personally croissants are harder to perfect for me so this is the spot for that. I also had a pistacchio cream latte that was delicious as well. The pricing is on the higher side compared to other pastries but if you're used to getting croissants elsewhere like at Delight (Pasadena), Bread Lounge (DTLA), Friends & Family (Los Feliz) then this is on par. With the care that goes into making the pastries here, they are justified to charge this type of pricing.

Browned seemed to start it's popularity via the choux but expanding its wings into croissants as well. The choux was quite petite so it's perfect that you had to order in minimum set of 4, also meaning able to try different flavors as they offered plenty. We tried Earl Grey, Maple Pecan with Chocolate coating, Hojicha with Black Sesame, and Taro with Salted Egg Yolk. They were all so peculiar and luscious in their own way and you'd be pleased by the full stuffing. If I had to pick my top 2 I would go to the last 2 and the Taro Salted Egg was even not to skip IMO. Perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors in one bite. Both the Hojicha and earl grey served very solid tea flavors with bit hint of bitterness. They did regular drop for the choux for pre order, but if you prefer looking at the showcase then making choices just like me, worry not as ordering was pretty swift and no long line.

They provide self-serve water outside of the store in the case that there is a long wait. Fortunately, this has never been the case when I have visited. The employees were also super helpful and very well-versed with their menu. They knew exactly what drink paired well with what jelly. All the drinks are true to the taste profile as described on the website. The Popcorn Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Tapiochi is one of the most popular items and it was indeed very buttery. It had a very unique taste profile, but definitely not for me. I personally really really really enjoyed the Misty Oolong MT which had a light-roasted, malty flavor with subtle buttery highlights. It paired perfectly with the osmanthus jelly. The best drink Torotea has to offer by far!
