Mom and my daughter had the Biscuits and Gravy with added chicken. My wife had the Spicy Seoul Benny, my son the Twisted burger and I had the Chicken and Waffles. Yum, yum! Based on another reviewers recommendation, we called while on the way to be added to the waitlist. Was told to expect a 30 minute wait. Once we arrived we waited less than 10. Our server was Giselle. Super nice, attentive and helpful. She made sure our table was well taken care of. The place is nice. I'd say best suited for parties of four or less, but accommodations can be made as needed. My friend was looking up brunch spots in the area and this one popped up, so we figured we'd give it a try. Safe to say I will definitely be back, especially for the mimosa tower! The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and everything came out really fast. I loved the Eggs Benedict I ordered, especially the cheddar biscuit it came with. Sooo good! I came here yesterday (Wednesday afternoon) with my friend to catch up and have some brunch! Since we met up during a weekday, parking wasn't too bad as I found street parking right in front. Although it says its 2 hour parking, it wasn't metered which I thought it originally was. There is also a lot a few blocks away but that lot had either 2 hour or 12 hour parking. The decor is very pretty inside and felt welcomed once we stepped in. We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive/friendly throughout our stay. There were already a decent amount of customers dining when my friend and I arrived around 11AM. I ordered the Florentine Benny and their Rainbow Cookie Latte (from their March Specials Menu). I thought the amaretto in the latte was alcoholic but our waitress assured me it was not. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it! The Florentine Benny was also delicious as was the signature home fries that came with it. The noise level inside was pretty average and I loved that I was able to catch up with my friend without having to yell over loud music or something along those lines. Twisted Fork was recommended to me by my sister and her friends and they're tough critics, so I knew I had to try it! Since Twisted Fork is first come, first served, there's usually a waitlist. Luckily, the wait wasn't as long as I expected, about 25 minutes and they text you when your table is ready, which is super convenient. It looks small when you first walk in, but it's actually a decent sized restaurant. It has a bit of a diner vibe, but in the cutest way with florals on the walls and charming decor throughout. Everyone was so friendly, and our waitress was attentive and welcoming. Now for the food... SO delicious! We ordered the eggs Benedict and steak and eggs from the regular menu, both were a solid 10/10. It's crowded, so be prepared to wait, went to the bar to order our lattes while we wait AND we winded up getting lucky because there was a group getting up from the bar so we got seats!!! Hands down the best brunch spot I have ever had in Long Island. Walked in on a busy Sunday morning and was surprised that we were seated right away, got lucky! Ordered the French toast fondue and it was cooked so delicious that I would order it over and over again. Shared the steak & eggs, cooked juicy & was impressed that it was skirt steak. My friend got the pork belly sandwich and she loved it so much she said it melted in her mouth and wasn't too spicy. I got the chicken & waffles and it was a staple for brunch. Chicken was 7/10 but the waffles was a 10/10. It's on the corner of Bedford & Grand, across the street from what used to be Citibank, and looked dark from the outside, but was open. We sat in a window booth and the morning sunlight was more than sufficient for us and the photo of their delicious banana pudding pancakes. My wife ordered their "off menu" "Daily Dose," two eggs, sliced bacon, what looked like an oat bread toast, and sliced tomato instead of home fries. We both had coffee, which I thought was just okay, but which my wife liked a lot. After I finished half of my banana pudding, our waitress read my mind and brought me an aluminum and plastic take-out container, saying "no one finishes the banana pudding pancakes." Weekdays when school is in session it's a lot easier to get a table and it was nice to chill and not feel rushed. Their coffee is really well done. Such a bold and smooth flavor. The iced latte is well made and the latte samplers were a big hit. I ordered the cheddar and bacon waffle. It was beyond delicious. A lovely crispy, tender waffle with the perfect amount of cheese and bacon. It's served with a chipotle maple syrup and butter which was excellent. My favorite appetizer so far has been their Lemon Ricotta Donuts, they disappeared off the menu for a while and made a come back so Im really happy about that. I also tried their iced coffee flights, which were fantastic, and I ended up ordering them on a few different visits. The service is usually okay, but there were a few times when I had to get up to grab more coffee. One thing to note is that they don't accept large parties, which was a bit of a bummer when I tried to have a family brunch with my parents and in-laws. We had to separate into different tables, which wasn't ideal. I'd recommend Twisted Fork Brunch Co. for their tasty food and unique twist of food. Been here a few times and had a few different dishes. All the food is always good. The staff is always nice. It gets packed even during the week, so you may have to wait, but it'll be worth the wait. I really enjoy a good shrimp and grits dish. All I have to say is that for a Long Island establishment, it was like having shrimp and grits down south. I can definitely compare it to this place , The Olde Pink House , in Savannah , Georgia. That place is considered to have some of the best Shrimp and Grits, so it says a lot for Twisted Fork. My waitress was really nice and made some good recommendations. The chicken Caesar Salad was good but, not a good portion for the price. The Twisted Chicken Avocado Toast is really good, not your average avocado toast with balsamic drizzle, yummy. The shrimp n grits was different with arugula and bits of a tomato which was very tasty, I asked for extra tomato. Chicken n waffle is nothing special. Too bad they close early afternoon. (You just let them know how many liters you want)! I don't know why I ordered a regular hot coffee when they offer coffee flights! I literally saw a few float by me, minutes after I ordered. For entrees my buddy and I opted for one item from the Twisted Fork favorites and one item from the Twisted Fork Signature dishes. It was really hard to decide. Sunday brunch at Twisted Fork! Their wait list feature was great because we were able to join before we even left the house. The decor here is such a vibe. I especially loved the flower wall and the "forkin good" sign. I had a hard time choosing my food and drink because everything sounded SO appetizing! Our waitress was very sweet and the service was great, despite how busy it was. We tried the berry lemon mimosa, rainbow cookie latte, and chai tea latte. All sooo delicious and not too sweet! I like it when restaurants seem divided into different sections, which this was. We were seated right away in a large table, which we always like. The menu looked really good, but I've got to say the food was meh. The creativity of the meals sounded better than they tasted. I got the Pretzel sticks filled with bacon, egg, and a ton of melted American Cheese. Again, looks and sounds better than it tasted. Hubby got a Benedict with a super runny egg as he requested. It came with a side of mixed roasted potatoes, which was my favorite part of the whole meal. His regular Hollandaise and their avocado Hollandaise were horrible - liquidy and broken. Very disappointed, but hot sauce can always save a meal. Staff was great and our requests, like hot sauce, were brought right away. Cheryl was our server and she was awesome. Would I go again? I've been here two times and still don't get the hype- I'm not a health nut so I usually don't pay attention to this but most of their food is just pure gluttony. If I go out to eat I'm not looking for something super healthy but I also don't want something that I know is gonna send me right back to bed for the rest of the day. I think some more simple options would do them good. Another thing that put me off this place is they have something called a "sharing charge" They don't try and hide it, its right on the menu but I had never heard of it and I thought it was really strange.
