Mom and my daughter had the Biscuits and Gravy with added chicken. My wife had the Spicy Seoul Benny, my son the Twisted burger and I had the Chicken and Waffles. Yum, yum! Based on another reviewers recommendation, we called while on the way to be added to the waitlist. Was told to expect a 30 minute wait. Once we arrived we waited less than 10. Our server was Giselle. Super nice, attentive and helpful. She made sure our table was well taken care of. The place is nice. I'd say best suited for parties of four or less, but accommodations can be made as needed. Their menu is genuinely exciting, especially for a breakfast lover like me. I was torn between the biscuits and gravy and the eggs Benedict, but I almost always end up choosing eggs Benny when it's available, so I went with the fried chicken eggs Benedict. My husband ordered the tater tot waffles with scallion, sausage gravy, and sunny-side-up eggs, which also allowed me to try a bit of the gravy, something I really enjoyed. The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, with a kind of nostalgic, old-school diner feel, almost like a more polished version of Cracker Barrel. The staff had that classic diner professionalism too...experienced, efficient, and clearly very used to doing what they do well. My only real complaints were minor. I couldn't really taste the cheddar biscuits, and I didn't love the pickles on the eggs Benedict. I also would have preferred a bit more hollandaise. I know I could have asked for extra, but I just didn't bother in the moment. That said, I saw so many other dishes passing by that looked great, and there are plenty of things I'd still like to try. I recently went for Brunch and was happy with everything. My two friends had gotten iced coffee from across the street, and the hostess offered to keep their drinks with her, so they didn't have to throw them out. I came here yesterday (Wednesday afternoon) with my friend to catch up and have some brunch! Since we met up during a weekday, parking wasn't too bad as I found street parking right in front. Although it says its 2 hour parking, it wasn't metered which I thought it originally was. There is also a lot a few blocks away but that lot had either 2 hour or 12 hour parking. The decor is very pretty inside and felt welcomed once we stepped in. We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive/friendly throughout our stay. There were already a decent amount of customers dining when my friend and I arrived around 11AM. I ordered the Florentine Benny and their Rainbow Cookie Latte (from their March Specials Menu). I thought the amaretto in the latte was alcoholic but our waitress assured me it was not. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it! The Florentine Benny was also delicious as was the signature home fries that came with it. The noise level inside was pretty average and I loved that I was able to catch up with my friend without having to yell over loud music or something along those lines. Luckily, the wait wasn't as long as I expected, about 25 minutes and they text you when your table is ready, which is super convenient. It looks small when you first walk in, but it's actually a decent sized restaurant. It has a bit of a diner vibe, but in the cutest way with florals on the walls and charming decor throughout. Everyone was so friendly, and our waitress was attentive and welcoming. Now for the food... SO delicious! We ordered the eggs Benedict and steak and eggs from the regular menu, both were a solid 10/10. We also tried the French toast from their February specials menu, and when I tell you they were huge and fluffy... wow. Absolutely delicious. It's crowded, so be prepared to wait, went to the bar to order our lattes while we wait AND we winded up getting lucky because there was a group getting up from the bar so we got seats!!! The first time I visited Twisted Fork, I didn't love it, however I enjoyed it so much more the second time around. Weekdays when school is in session it's a lot easier to get a table and it was nice to chill and not feel rushed. Their coffee is really well done. Such a bold and smooth flavor. The iced latte is well made and the latte samplers were a big hit. I ordered the cheddar and bacon waffle. It was beyond delicious. A lovely crispy, tender waffle with the perfect amount of cheese and bacon. It's served with a chipotle maple syrup and butter which was excellent. Hands down the best brunch spot I have ever had in Long Island. Walked in on a busy Sunday morning and was surprised that we were seated right away, got lucky! My friend got the pork belly sandwich and she loved it so much she said it melted in her mouth and wasn't too spicy. I got the chicken & waffles and it was a staple for brunch. My favorite appetizer so far has been their Lemon Ricotta Donuts, they disappeared off the menu for a while and made a come back so Im really happy about that. I also tried their iced coffee flights, which were fantastic, and I ended up ordering them on a few different visits. The service is usually okay, but there were a few times when I had to get up to grab more coffee. One thing to note is that they don't accept large parties, which was a bit of a bummer when I tried to have a family brunch with my parents and in-laws. We had to separate into different tables, which wasn't ideal. I'd recommend Twisted Fork Brunch Co. for their tasty food and unique twist of food. First impression - last time we were here it was a sort of drab diner. It's on the corner of Bedford & Grand, across the street from what used to be Citibank, and looked dark from the outside, but was open. We sat in a window booth and the morning sunlight was more than sufficient for us and the photo of their delicious banana pudding pancakes. My wife ordered their "off menu" "Daily Dose," two eggs, sliced bacon, what looked like an oat bread toast, and sliced tomato instead of home fries. We both had coffee, which I thought was just okay, but which my wife liked a lot. After I finished half of my banana pudding, our waitress read my mind and brought me an aluminum and plastic take-out container, saying "no one finishes the banana pudding pancakes." Been here a few times and had a few different dishes. All the food is always good. The staff is always nice. It gets packed even during the week, so you may have to wait, but it'll be worth the wait. I really enjoy a good shrimp and grits dish. All I have to say is that for a Long Island establishment, it was like having shrimp and grits down south. I can definitely compare it to this place , The Olde Pink House , in Savannah , Georgia. That place is considered to have some of the best Shrimp and Grits, so it says a lot for Twisted Fork. For entrees my buddy and I opted for one item from the Twisted Fork favorites and one item from the Twisted Fork Signature dishes. It was really hard to decide. I love the breakfast all day concept so this was a great discovery. Benedict Florentine and Pancake Tacos were our choices. Both were delicious and totally satisfying. The pancake was the shell in this case. Very filling. The syrup was warm and very good. I enjoyed the cheese and scallions on it as well. Fries are served in a side container. Keeps everything neat. The Benedict Florentine had a surprise base. It wasn't an English muffin, instead it was a corn or potato base. Loved that it was light and flavorful. I would come here more often if I lived closer. The food was extremely underwhelming I hope the chef steps his game up because the presentation is on point. Waffle sliders were bland and not crispy. Pork belly was chewy needs to be a little more caramelized to bring out the true flavors and stay away from the torched corn it smelled like chemicals someone is definitely misusing the torch either lighting the torch over the food or putting the torch to close when applying. My waitress was really nice and made some good recommendations. The chicken Caesar Salad was good but, not a good portion for the price. The Twisted Chicken Avocado Toast is really good, not your average avocado toast with balsamic drizzle, yummy. The shrimp n grits was different with arugula and bits of a tomato which was very tasty, I asked for extra tomato. Chicken n waffle is nothing special. Too bad they close early afternoon. I especially loved the flower wall and the "forkin good" sign. I had a hard time choosing my food and drink because everything sounded SO appetizing! It came with a side of mixed roasted potatoes, which was my favorite part of the whole meal. His regular Hollandaise and their avocado Hollandaise were horrible - liquidy and broken. We went with the meat lovers omelette and steak hash. We both enjoyed our entrees. For drinks we shared a coffee flight. We chose the 4 flavors of mocha, s'mores, creme brûlée and cinnamon bun. I'm a big fan of menus that go beyond the obvious, and this is in a different orbit than most of the breakfast eateries on the island. This morning I had the friend chicken bennie. The avocado sauce over the poached egg was the selling point, and it exceeded expectations. I'm fussy about diced potatoes, but these were moist and delicious. Parking can be a challenge.
