I quickly wanted to write this review while the experience was fresh in my mind. Nice restaurant with parking in the back which is a plus in my opinion especially in these neck of the woods. Everything about this restaurant was a win. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and not one complaint regarding the apps or main entrees. We had the oxtail empanada, shrimp fritters, lobster tostonas and Mac and Cheese. For our entrees I got the skirt Steak with black rice and spinach, my sister got the short rib, another got the lamb and another got the pasta, not one complaint on the house. Can't wait to visit their place again.

The Good: food was excellent. We had the oxtail empanadas, shrimp fritters, lobster pasta (slightly salty), fried Cornish hen. Loved everything. Marissa was a wonderful waitress, The music in the restaurant was great and they also had a dj as the evening went on. The bad: it took over 45 mins for our entrees to come out. We also noticed the manager only checked on certain tables, I guess we didn't meet his criteria seeing that he passed us multiple times.

We were a large group (15 people) and they handled us very well. Not only was the service prompt, it was professional and friendly. The space is also quite sexy and moody- nice vibe. Drinks: I had a French 270 that was pretty - pink with the gold flecks but was light on alcohol content. Food: shrimp fitters were so fishy tasting Creole fried rice is touted as a djon djon black rice but was light on the color AND the flavor of djon djon. Tasted like the Asian fried rice you're used to. We were so excited for the oxtail empanadas but they lacked flavor- light on seasoning with a lingering after bite yet the pastry was soft & flaky. I will say the jerk lamb chops while light on the jerk were decent. The branzino was so incredibly bland despite the capers, I was surprised. I squeezed the lemon from my water on it but it truly lacked flavor. Disappointed. The Crispy Cornish Hen had potential but was surprisingly dry. The bread pudding was also dry and tasted like buttered toast. Very little custard and could not taste cinnamon or nutmeg. With consistent flavors this could be a great restaurant.

Beginning to end, my experience was grand. Made a resy for the wrong day. I know, I know. Total brain fart. I got there and the hostess was able to fit me in anyway and I cancelled my resy for the next day. The dining room decor looks good, but still can go up to hit that posh level. Bar area looks great and they have wireless phone chargers. Service was impeccable, the young man was official and on his job. Drinks were flavorfully "weak", and priced high. At $20 a pop, I need some "pop". The food? Hear me out. The food was flavorful and good. Every item I ordered tasted so good and was well prepared. The one thing I desired was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with my bread pudding. Solid restaurant.

Came out to try this place for a ladies night. The ladies had oxtail empanada and were pleased (I'm not a fan of oxtail so I cannot report). We also shared truffle mac n cheese which was 10/10. The whole chicken was good, I wanted a bit more flavor but it was tasty. It helped me reach my protein goals of the day and it was paired with potato and asparagus. Classic combination. Not salty and cooked all the way. From what I gathered from the ladies the steak and scallop meals were flavorful. For drinks we had wine, a pear martini and tequila seltzer. All good no complaints. FYI-This place is pricey and gratuity was included for our party of 3. A special shout out to Our server Felipe who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, had great knowledge of the menu and offered great detail so we were not caught off guard by anything. He informed us of a brunch we can look forward to in the next few months. I would come back and check out the brunch for sure.

Wow. Since I first saw thing place being built a year or two ago, I've been excited for a new place on Post Ave. they did not disappoint. Our waitress Nyah was a sweetheart and so helpful! One of my girl friends has a gluten allergy. Nyah made sure to speak with the chef and confirm available options (since it's not listed on the menu). My friend ordered the Brick Chicken and the chef was kind enough to make a sauce that wasn't roux based. My skirt steak with the chimichurri sauce was so savory that I ate the whole thing, which I never do. The lights were low and the interior is gorgeous! It's the perfect date night or girl's night spot! We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely underrated. Went on New Years Eve last minute. We booked within 2 hours of our reservation. I didn't know what to expect since it was such a last minute reservation. We were so impressed. We were seated right away it was pretty empty (surprisingly) but they were closing early for their New Year's Eve event. We started with the jerk lamb and it was absolutely delicious! Jerk flavor was on point. For entrees, the oxtail lo mein was delicious but I was really looking forward to that oxtail flavor and that was missing a little although the meat was tender and the flavor from the lo mein was fresh and authentic. The star of the entrees was the langosta a la mar. The flavor was just so tasty. When we got the food we thought the servings were a bit small but by the end we were absolutely satisfied. The absolute star of the show was the bread pudding! It was so good. We were still talking about the bread pudding after we got home. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. Lighting was dark and moody perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Would definitely recommend and go again.

We had dinner reservations for a party of 5 on a Saturday evening. The food was delicious & so were our drinks. The ambience is a total vibe; our only complaint was where they sat Us but, other than that it's a cute spot.

I had a wonderful experience here. Andre at the bar was extremely attentive and kind. The restaurant itself is a very elevated atmosphere. The music and decor are very attractive. I had the oxtail empanadas and they exceeded my expectations. The oxtail was well seasoned and the crust was buttery and flaky. Looking forward to coming back.

We celebrated my sister's graduation at Post 270 in Westbury and the restaurant definitely set a beautiful stage for the occasion. The ambiance is very inviting and posh -- modern, elegant, and perfect for a special celebration. I also really appreciated that they created custom menus for my sister. That personal touch made the night feel extra special. Unfortunately, the food was the weakest part of the experience. The appetizers were disappointing. The shrimp fritters were extremely salty -- so much so that no one at the table could finish them. The coconut crusted corn tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The staff was accommodating and offered us a replacement, so we tried the lobster tostones. The lobster was tasty, but the tostones themselves tasted stale. On the brighter side, the signature drinks were excellent -- strong, flavorful, and well-balanced without being overpowering. The entrees were a step up from the appetizers. I ordered the pineapple glazed hen, which was tasty overall, though the jerk seasoning was a bit too dominant. The mac and cheese was nicely done (not overly cheesy or salty), and the rice had the perfect firmness. Overall, I'm giving Post 270 a 3/5. The ambiance, custom touches, and drinks really carried the night, but the appetizers held it back. It's a seven-month-old restaurant, so there's potential, but I probably won't be returning. Still worth checking out if you're in the area and prioritize vibe and drinks over food consistency.

Once we sat down, we asked to switch tables, and they were very accommodating. To start, we ordered the house bread, which was surprisingly one of the best dishes served; the clams; and the tagliolini. The baked clams and house bread are musts in my opinion. I got the chicken parmesan and the pappardelle bolognese for dinner, and they absolutely nailed these dishes. An outstanding job on the chicken parmesan; even the most basic of dishes here are surprising. Then for dessert we ordered the olive oil cake, which came with this frothy cream on top, which was definitely worth saving room for. My only complaint about my experience would be that during one part of the night the waiter did not come to our table for a good 25 minutes, and I had to wave down a different waiter since we were waiting to put in our dinner orders. Overall, though, a wonderful experience and definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Long Island.

The restaurant has an upscale, sophisticated feel while still being warm and inviting. It's aesthetically pleasing, beautifully maintained, and fastidiously clean, which I really appreciated. The ambiance, service, and food all matched the caliber of the space. We started with the House Bread, which was warm, buttery, soft, and absolutely delicious. Definitely one of those "I should stop eating this so I have room for dinner" situations . We also shared the Fritto Misto with calamari, pesce, artichoke, hot peppers, lemon, and fra diavolo. I even found some nice chunks of fried salmon mixed in. Everything was lightly fried rather than heavily battered or greasy, but still packed with flavor. The fra diavolo on the side complemented it perfectly. For our entrées, we both ordered the $58 Spaghetti with Maine lobster, pecorino, fra diavolo, and basil. SO GOOD! The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce had a nice little kick, and there was a generous amount of lobster throughout. I would absolutely order it again. I had the Espresso Martini, which was delicious, and my partner had the lemonade. His only critique was that it was a little tart, but I actually appreciated that. To me, it tasted freshly squeezed rather than overly sweet, watered down, or packed with sugar. Overall, we had no complaints. The Farm Italy gave us a beautiful anniversary dinner from beginning to end. Upscale atmosphere, immaculate space, great service, delicious food, and portions that felt worth it. We were seated immediately in the room toward the back left corner where we were the only table occupying the space. In fact, as the evening progressed, no other diners/groups were seated back there, which was nice. We observed that although it was a Friday evening at prime dinner hour, the restaurant never got too full nor was the bar area buzzing. Again, it was nice that it wasn't so hectic in there, but we noted that as curious for a spot like this, on a Friday evening, and when the weather was pleasant. Starting with a high point: our server was really good. He was a very nice young man who let us know at the end of our meal that it was actually his first day on the job. While we could tell he didn't know everything about the menu - which is totally understandable given him being a new hire - he was kind, personable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent and timely service. As for the venue, it was nice although not upscale and that was just our speed for this evening. We loved having the room to sit comfortably at a setup that could comfortably seat 8. As for the food, it was decent although I wouldn't call anything I tasted fantastic. For apps, we shared 2 orders apiece of calamari, crab cakes, and lamb chops (6 apps total) with the chops being my favorite out of those. The calamari were small and didn't pack a lot of flavor but they were fried well. The marinara sauce that came with it was also fine but not remarkable. The crab cakes were a little mushy for our liking. For my entrée, I ordered the Lobster Rigatoni. There was plenty of lobster on top, the portion was more than solid, and it came out at the right temperature but the flavor again failed to really impress and was somewhere between "fine" to "good". For dessert, I ordered the chocolate lava cake, and I was truly disappointed by that. For starters, there was no gooey "lava" as the name implied, and the edges were dry and seemed overcooked. The flavor again fell a little flat and I didn't bother to finish it even though I am usually a huge fan of chocolate desserts. All in all, we had an enjoyable evening as a crew, but the food could be elevated a bit from a flavor standpoint. I would give the food a little better than a "3" but I think they have enough going for them that amping up the flavors could do wonders for their desirability and drawing more diners.

I canceled the night before, dolled myself up the day of, and decided to take myself out instead. Best decision ever. The joint is dimly lit. But your eyes wind up adjusting. It's got a great vibe. Definitely excellent for a date night. The bartenders here are absolute rockstars. I started with a Painkiller. Even though it's no longer on the menu, they whipped it up for me anyway--and hey, it definitely relieved my pain, lol! Next, I tried a Corpse Reviver just because it had absinthe in it. I miss Main Street so much. And this is one of the reasons why. The Alibi wasn't a thing when I…read morelived here, but I'm glad I'm able to still head to this area and partake in these experiences. Alibi is currently running a Harry Potter pop up, and if you know anything about me, you will know I am a HUGE fan. The Alibi was decorated beautifully and there were two really cute Photo Ops by "Platform 9 3/4" and the Wand Shop. Come here for the drinks! The Hufflepuff was bourbon forward and reminded me of an Old Fashioned which further confirmed that is truly my house. It also came with an edible golden snitch. The server pointed it out before I gave them what I thought to be decor. I popped the chocolate golden snitch in my mouth after being directed to take the wrapping off first. We then did butterbeer shots and I can't even begin to tell you how delish they were...dangerously delicious. Food was had and it wasn't anything to write about but I'll try. Queso dip is made in house, which I respect. Loaded potato wontons were a great idea and were probably the best things on the table. You can't go wrong with pretzel nuggets. Chocolate cake is never a bad idea. I ended my visit with a chocolate frog drink. Very similar to an espresso martini. You know how hot they are right now. It came with a an actual chocolate frog which was nice. Finally one of the staff members came over to help us play Bertie Botts and we all picked a jellybean. I got lemon. Some of us got soap and warwax. So fun! It was so good, we are going to try to snag another rez for trivia. Reservations are for 90 minute seatings. You pay $15 for a ticket but you get a souvenir cup with your ticket. Not mad about this because the cup is actually decent and will be used. Their next pop up will be "Slime Time". Slime is not my thing but maybe you'll see me at the other pop ups.
