There were various excuses such as "oh I'll get it to you next week" next week comes around and no order. We reach out again, more excuses "our power went out so we've been dealing with that". They said they'd get it to us next week. Again, next week and nothing. It's now July, we placed this order for Mother's Day delivery back in May. Reached out again and they said they'd get it to us by June 15.....no surprise, no orders received. No shipping details provided either. At this point we just want our money back and that is also proving to be an arduous task. Buyer beware.
