The chicken was old. It was dry and it tasted like dirty refrigerator. Could we have talked to manager? Sure. But 2 meals out of 2 were bust we didn't want to deal with it. And given we'd sent our fist meal back we figured if a manager was interested in our experience they would have come out right away.
