As I was leaving and pushing in my barstool, a waiter dropped a can and some silverware near my feet. I told him not to worry about it, nothing got on me -- and the manager, who was nearby chatting with another regular, chimed in with a dismissive "no harm, no foul." Not exactly the tone you want from someone managing customer relationships. The food is fine, but the way this manager handled two small, easily fixable moments left a bad taste.
