Our favorites were the massages and the pedicures. My husband never had a pedicure before and the last, and only, one I had was not an enjoyable experience. So, when we got it done here, it was very enjoyable and relaxing. The gals were all amazing and nice. The only downside was the red light treatment. Didn't really get much out of it and seems like it is something you would need to go back for multiple times to get the full benefits out of it. We could have done the foot detox but it wasn't something we were interested in so we did the red light. They also sell certain skin products as well and have monthly specials, so make sure you check those out on their website as well with their list of services they provide (it's quite extensive)! We very much enjoyed this place and will definitely be back. My husband even wants to do another pedicure!

Both beds that I was on were heated, so those felt incredible. It was my first time here, so I had to complete a few paperwork before I met my masseuse and esthetician. It was very straightforward. The front desk lady was also really nice. At the end, I was super relaxed and wanted to sleep there!

We had scheduled two head spa appointments for 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed confused and couldn't find our bookings. She mentioned they typically don't schedule two head spa sessions at the same time due to staffing--something that should have been addressed when we booked. We were eventually brought back to the treatment rooms about five minutes late. I got on the table, only for my therapist to discover there was no power in part of the room. For the next 10 minutes, she was coming in and out trying to reset the breaker. Not exactly a relaxing start. When the treatment finally began, it only got worse. I've had head spa treatments before and found them incredibly soothing--this was anything but. Water kept splashing on my face, the massage was more like random heavy rubbing than any skilled technique, and the products used on my scalp were ice cold. When I mentioned the cold temperature, the therapist casually suggested they "might need a bottle warmer." The water temperature was also all over the place--burning hot one minute, cold the next--and despite voicing my discomfort several times, nothing improved. To top it all off, the therapist played spa music from her phone, but I could hear a text notification come through during the treatment, which completely killed any remaining sense of tranquility. The session also ended early, yet I was still charged full price. When I brought up these issues--power problem, inconsistent water temperature, cold products --I was met with a blank stare. No apology, no concern, just indifference. It felt like customer service and professional training were entirely lacking. Bottom line: I will not be returning and do not recommend this business to anyone. What was supposed to be a special, relaxing day with a friend ended up being a stressful waste of time and money.

Rutger was my masseuse, he is amazing! He found tense areas that I hadn't realized were there and stretched/massaged them. He also explained to me what areas to maintain and self-treat as I'm training for my first marathon. Courtney gave me the most incredible facial! Since I turned 35 last weekend, I felt obliged to opt for the anti-aging facial.I was so relaxed! She also recommended a chemical peel (I was nervous, as I've never done one before!) and I'm so happy she did. The toner she used did nothing and she still wanted to charge me $135 for a partial foil which I was told would start at $94 for her specifically. I would have appreciated being told she couldn't achieve what I requested instead of her butchering my hair! She blowed it dry and let me walk out like this, didn't touch it with a flat iron or curling iron. I have naturally curly hair and she knew this also. No refund. Was told I could come back to get it fixed but honestly wouldn't trust anyone in that salon after this experience.

(She is Elite / Senior Level.) The stylist who I first used here moved in 2025 and I decided to stay with this well run, "everyone is welcome" salon location and become Nicole's client because I saw her work "walking" in other clients during my time there and also because she had been doing a stellar job for me in keeping my brows in good shape since 2023 and so I knew how delightful she was to work with. It was a very good choice. EVERYONE IS WELCOME: For we women who have our Social Security Eligibility birthday in our rearview it is my experience that it is often so that we get treated as second class citizens in salons. I appreciate that Nicole makes me feel as important as younger clients and I've seen her patience and skill in practice for all ages. As related note, not all the stylists in the salon cut men's hair, my previous stylist here didn't as example, but Nicole does and my husband has been her client since 2023. APPOINTMENT PROCESS: I appreciate that appointments are made with the salon, that is one isn't calling or texting the stylist directly, and the calendars are well managed. It may take a few weeks to have an opening for your first appointment, but then they are easy to schedule at planned intervals. Appointment reminders are sent by text but if you need to call the salon there is a number to use to do that. SPARKLING CLEAN & WELL MANAGED: The owner is on premises much of the time, and she also does some of the scheduling, so attention is paid her to have things as they should be. Professionally run. AVEDA PRODUCTS: Sold in the salon. PARKING: A private lot for convenience. ACCESSIBILITY: There is accessible, aka ADA, parking in the lot. Clear floor space inside that usable by a person in a wheelchair (as one woman who entered after me for my last cut was after having an accident) to get to and from stylist's chair and shampoo area. I have had multiple sclerosis since my college years so I pay attention to accessibility and I very much appreciate that Nicole is comfortable working with a person with disability. LOCATION & TRAFFIC HEADS UP: On State Street conveniently located for me just minutes east of Eagle, I think this location is technically Garden City although the address says Boise and if so it is far west side of Boise. Beware of traffic making a left turn out of the lot onto State Street if you're crossing traffic headed west. It is fast moving at this uncontrolled entry onto State.

The service person was sooooo grumpy and belligerent. She was mad that I didn't want the $60 pedi and didn't want polish, just wanted my toenails buffed. She did a terrible job and her effort was completely lack luster. She did not take care of my cuticles and they look terrible after a $40 pedi. My mani was so so also. I would not recommend.

I was gifted a Spa classic package from my husband for Mother's Day. He set appointment up for me as my sister in law because she was also gifted from her husband the same package. We went together on a Saturday after Mother's Day. They were really busy witch was fine. But I kept feeling RUSHED and not feeling relaxed. So that was a negative for my first time experience. Note to self, try to us the bathroom before they call you back to get your message. I had to us the bathroom when I got back to the room. I went and I noticed the time I used to go to the women's room they used as my massage time. She started at 1:15 and ended at 1:50 I was supposed to get a 50 minute massage and only got 35 minute massage. So I just sweat it under the rug. Then next was my signature manicure that was part of my package and since my husband made my appointment he didn't know I wanted a full set of acrylic. So I asked if I can get an acrylic instead. They said no because of the time I'm schedule for. I'm explaining this to you is because they are all about time and you need to be very pacific with them when making your appointment. So when I was getting my manicure I asked for gel. That's not included in my package it's an extra $10 I was fine with that. My manicure package came with a hand massage. But because I added gel I was told I couldn't get it because of time it took away from getting gel. If I was told that in the beginning when I asked for gel. I wouldn't have gotten the get. So not only did I pay for the hand massage I didn't get. I paid for gel meaning they got paid for both but didn't get the hand massage. I was so bummed. I've noticed they don't communicate right. So before going and booking your appointment ask questions and be really Pacific with them. I also didn't get a leg massage that was included with my deluxe pedicure. I was so disappointed. My sister in law go her hand massage and she also had gel polish. She also got her leg massage. We paid the same amount $210 from our husband and didn't get same service. I am really impressed by the care I received at Two Rivers Salon & Spa. I went in for an Oxygen Facial with aesthetician Kamie after neglecting my skin for so long and the results are more than I expected. I was already impressed by Two Rivers as I see Kamie regularly for lash extensions. Not to mention, the spa is gorgeous with its clean, natural and artistic esthetic. Kamie walked me through each step of my facial. She explained the ingredients in each product, how the ingredients were working for my skin, and why my skin was in the current rough state. Once the facial was over, my skin felt so smooth and appeared hydrated and clean, free of oil build up and clogged pores. The best facial I've ever had hands down! I was so happy with how my skin looked and felt after and it was also absolutely blissful during! I definitely feel like I learned a lot about my skin and how to combat the aging process! Massage states 60 minutes (though performed well) was on the table at 1020 and in the relaxation room at 11. Facial excellent. Store is looking a bit dirty. The baseboards and small particles on the floors does not represent well of a proclaimed high end spa. Restroom and dressing area floors had hair everywhere. Is there no one assigned to keep things clean regularly? The limescale on the steam room disturbing. One can only imagine the bacteria growing within. Not an ideal location for a relaxing SPA day. Loud, immature and lazy staff dragging things around on the floor instead of picking them up. Really?Just some of the annoyances. I will not be coming back for pedi or manicure services again. Nail polish was clumpy an uneven. Though I mentioned maybe a new bottle, tech continued with a poor quality manicure. No amount of gloss could disguise the paint job. Pedicure was simple at best. My first time at Two Rivers and i have to say i'm impressed, from the first step in to the door, it's a breath of fresh air, I was apprehensive due to the fact i would go to mass hair cutting places and this was a special treat for my Daughter and I. The friendly staff greeted us with smiles and we were treated as if we were long time customers, Karlee Rensvold was our barber/ stylist she took us both back and started with my Daughter she cut and styled her hair perfect, she was thrilled and Karlee listened to what our wants are and what products would work for us. my hair was super long i went for a short style and got fun funky and easy. Karlee made our mother daughter day special would recommend Two Rivers. looking forward to going again. we ended up buying the products recommended for us and i went home to see if i could find them online, i did however its a better price at Two Rivers so i'm glad i picked up what i needed there. read more

I live in California, but my parents moved to Eagle Idaho last year. My mom has been here many times and loves it. So for Christmas this year I decided to get my mom a gift card for Two River Spa. Within about ten minutes of making the purchase I recieved an email from a woman who works there asking if there was anything she could do as far as registering the gift to someone and how to package it. Her name is Jessica B. I emailed her back immediately with specifications and she returned my email letting me know it was taken care of. Jessica B. Thank you so much for all of your help. My review is for massage only. They offer MUCH more. They are one of the few places in town that do couples massage (same room as your significant other, with two LMTs). Gotta give a shout out to Brookney Fair. She does an amazing job. Call ahead and request her...you won't be disappointed. Ample parking and located right smack in the middle of everything. Close to Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna, and located in Eagle. They offer gift certificates. The place is professionally run, and very clean and tidy. Prices are a bit higher than most, but quality comes at a price. Two Rivers Spa is worth the drive...make an appointment today! read more

I LOVE coming into Two Rivers Spa. I have been getting services consistently for over 4 years. Reception is always welcoming and gets me checked in as I walk in the door-Roni, the spa manager always greets me or comes and finds me to say hello if he misses me at check-in. I went to Two Rivers to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding day. While I was 32 weeks pregnant, I thought I'd just feel like a pregnant girl on my wedding day, I didn't think I would feel special. I get my pedicures and gel manicures done with Ashley. Her pedi massage feels amazing. My color never chips or fades and I get them a month apart! Her gel manicures are so precise and clean. They never lift up until I'm close to needing a new mani. She gets the color so close to the edges of my cuticles so they look good forever! Love her. read more

My husband and I went in for the first time for Swedish massages and we were lucky enough to have Mayra and Poy as our masseuses. They did an amazing job. The nails are very strong, I've broken and chipped a couple at my own fault and he always welcomes me in to fix them at no charge. The pedicures are great. Everything is very clean and sanitary. I do a pedicure every 3-4 weeks and my toes have rarely chipped. Not sure why there are comments about friendliness. Everyone is very nice and friendly but they do not speak great/much English so it's hard for them to have conversations. It doesn't personally bother me at all. Highly recommend.

It was my stepmom's bday and she had never had a pedicure so I was excited to take her. We walked in and after a minute or two, a woman came out of the back and rudely asked us what we wanted. I told her I called about two pedicures and she didn't say anything. She said something in her native language to someone in the back and then a guy came out and walked over to the pedi chairs. I asked him which two we should sit in - no response. He turned the water on in two of the tubs so we assumed that's where we should sit. The man sat in front of my stepmom and the woman sat in front of me. They just started going in on our feet without any discussion on what we were doing. I told them we wanted to get gel pedis and I asked for a menu. The lady filed my toenails and they were severely crooked. I pointed this out 3x and she only continued to file and make them worse. So I politely asked for the file to fix them. At this point, she was shaving them down so much that I didn't have much nail growth to even fix the crookedness. She was so offended that I asked for the file. I am extremely non-confrontational - it makes me so uncomfortable - so asking for the file wasn't easy but I reminded myself of all the bad pedicures I have walked out with in the past because I didn't speak up. As for the guy, he was heavily filing my stepmom's toes and she repeatedly asked him to trim them down first instead. He ignored her completely and she looked at me like "is this normal?" The female tech said something to him in their native language and he ignored her, too. It truly seemed like he didn't speak English at all and didn't really care about the customer's request. Then the female told us that she would trim my stepmom's nails herself at the end of the service. What???? Being that it was my stepmom's birthday, I chose the most expensive package ($75) plus an extra $15 pp for gel. So that's a total of $180 plus tip that I was willing to spend. A woman walked in maybe 5 minutes into our services and asked for a full set mani and a pedi. The guy magically spoke English just fine, enough to tell her yes and to have a seat at a nail table and he would be right with her. I'm sorry? We just sat down for $90 pedicures! You could immediately tell that he was working faster than before and was going to rush my stepmom's service. I wasn't having it. I told the female tech that we actually were only going to do the base pedi package, which was still $55 pp plus tip. Oh boy...she was PISSED. Started huffing and puffing and telling me she already started the service. I told her yes, but we JUST started and were only at the scrub stage (which smells like Lysol btw) and hadn't yet had any of the extras (mud mask, etc) that come with the highest price package. She told me she was using some special organic scrub that apparently doesn't come with the base package. I told her I would be happy to pay extra for the "organic" scrub, which honestly sounded like a bunch of boloney. She kept pushing and telling me she was already giving me the $75 service. A few very awkward moments passed where she was increasingly rough with me and my feet. She said, "ok so we are doing the $75 package" and I looked at her and said "no, we are only doing the base service." She started throwing things in her cart and speaking very angrily in her language to her co-worker. It was the most awkward, uncomfortable service that I have ever paid for in my life, not to mention this was all happening on my stepmom's bday during her very first pedicure ever. They wrapped up our pedis very quickly and walked away. All I could do was apologize to my stepmom and explain that this was far from normal. We walked up to the counter to pay and not a word was said. I paid using the pay station (TIP INCLUDED) and said "thank you" to her. She literally waved her hand at me as if to dismissively say "go away" and she turned and walked away. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME!!!
