I mean, after all, it is a food truck. What would you expect from a food truck? Mediocre food at convenience prices? In this case you would be WRONG. Granted there is still a convenience factor to the pricing but when you are out where there are food trucks you don't expect value pricing. The food, however, is exceptional. I wasn't going to have any but my wife got a small pepperoni and could only finish about 3/4ths of it. I had the rest and must say that I was sorry I didn't snag more. This pie is WAY better than your favorite Dominos, Papa John's, Mr, Jim's, etc. Everyone at the brewery that day that had the pizza raved about its flavor. So if you ever happen to run across the ForLoveofPizza.com food truck you should really consider giving it a try.

BUT it's not. It's very average. The cheese was a basic sliced thing that didn't really melt with the bread and the pork. Although there was a nice sweet flavor from the pork it wasn't enough to compensate for the lack of cheese. And I overpaid for something I could have done myself. The baked beans are not bad, but not out of the ordinary but these sad ribs meant some piggy died in vein and this makes me sad. They may have other stuff that is better, but honestly these ribs were in no shape to be given to a customer. You are better off not selling something inedible and maybe getting that customer back another day than giving something that even to the eye is clearly past it's edible lifecycle.
