Avoid this place at all costs. The people who run this facility are incompetent and inefficient. It took them over 3 weeks to fix the damage from a small fender bender. They promised it would be done in a week and then kept saying it would be done the next day for the remaining 2 weeks not offering an apology whatsoever. Furthermore their communication was terrible. They never called me once to let me now what was going on with my car, I was the one that always had to call. And to top it all off, when it was finally done the fender didn't line up with the wheel housing so they had to keep it for an additional 2 days to fix it. Was hit and run rear-ended. I made my insurance company accept work here instead of their first suggested shop (due to poor reviews of that first suggested shop). I made the correct choice. Great communication throughout the repair process. The owner himself made the last adjustments to get my repair job completed before drive-off. I recently had two unfortunate incidents where someone hit my car; the first wreck was fairly bad front-end cosmetic damage, while the second was a minor rear-end fender bender. I had a great experience with this shop, and especially Thomas, who handled my insurance claims smoothly and painlessly. I can agree with some of the other reviewers that repair wait times can be lengthy, but it seems like they really do advocate to get the very best replacement parts for your vehicle, and send them back if they contain even a single flaw. So in my eyes, I would rather wait longer for a perfect outcome than have them rush the job. Both times my car came back looking as good as new! They also have an agreement with the local Enterprise to allow customers to leave their rental cars at the US Auto Connection shop instead of having to go back to the rental car location. I brought my car here after I got rear ended and the insurance company referred me here to repair the damage. I am so glad I came here. They did an excellent job. All the guys are super nice and very attentive. Excellent costumer service. James handled my claim for the repair and was very nice. I had to bring my car back since there was a little cap that was not delivered and I mentioned to one of the guys that my back break light was out. He went ahead and help me with it and Changed right away with out a problem. He was super nice as well. I definitely recommend this place for any car body repairs. Thumbs up! read more

Miracle workers! I have an older car with low miles, and had a fender bender on Montrose. I was sure that my insurance would try to total the car, but I didn't care. I told US Auto Connection to fix it anyway. I knew it wouldn't be easy to find parts (because of its age) but US Auto Connection did not give up. I can't tell you how grateful I am. Nice, honest hardworking shop. The paint was not a perfect color match initially. There were rough spots around the edges of the resprayed panels. I suppose you could tell it was repainted from a few feet away, but not more than that. I received the car back with a slight paint odor and a bit of paint dust inside (they truly made a heartfelt attempt to clean up) but it was evident in nooks and corners. I'm not sure if the windows were left down, or door was open, or AC was left running and sucked in outside air, but paint dust and fumes were inside the cabin. There were more issues present when the car was delivered to me, but they took it back and gave me a rental while they resolved the paint issues. Not bad. read more

Once again, US Auto Connection has kept my Honda S2000 as good as new. I had to replace the front bumper cover which I put on years ago (through US Auto Connection). This car rides low and most slanted driveways and parking blocks can cause damage to the front of the car so the front cover is vital--and this plastic cover only lasts so long. They have installed a new cover which involves painting and creative installment so beautifully. They stand by their quotes and work schedules always go beyond my expectations and are wonderful about communicating. What a great team! I've used US Auto Connection before with a previous accident and had outstanding service from Buddy. He gave me a printed estimate beforehand, and he told me he'd call when my parts came in. He followed through with the estimate being accurate and he called. It took about 3 days to fix and he called me as soon as it was ready. It was one of the best experiences I've had car-wise as a woman - sometimes people take advantage of the fact that sometimes we don't have as much knowledge about cars. Because of the outstanding service and timeliness, I decided to use them again to get my under cover radiator support replaced. I wish I hadn't. I had gone in for an original consult and was "helped" by Mike. I told him the part I wanted replaced, he ordered it, and told me he would call when it was in. Last time my parts took about a week and a half, so after not hearing back for two weeks I decided to call and my part had been in. After arranging to have my car dropped off today at 1:30, I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. So I went to run errands. I called at 3 to see the status of my car and it hadn't even been taken back. Frustrated, I asked Mike what time it should be ready, he said "soon". Cool Mike, I didn't know "soon" was an actual time. So I waited another hour, and called again. My car had "been ready". So I went to pick it up, and when I walked into the office I wasn't even greeted. I literally could have been giving the minimum service and would have been thrilled, but Mike is a horrible representation of this company. If you walk in and he is the one who ends up helping, I would recommend asking for someone else- politely. I would like to say Buddy gets all the stars (12/10 would recommend), but because of Mike I cannot give more than 1 star. read more

This is my first choice any time I need to have collision work which has been at least 3 times in my life. The work is top notch and the guys are great! The only issue I have ever had was that there were too many people/customers there in the morning and I wish I could be in and out...that is not necessarily a bad thing, just an inconvenience for me. I took my car here after being hit on my back passenger bumper side. The entire process was unacceptable. I was having to call repeatedly to get the status of my car. After a month of having my car, it was returned in unacceptable conditions. There were scratches on the brand new bumper, the car smelled of mold and mildew because the back carpet was soaked, there were panels missing inside, the rear view camera was not working, and the interior was filthy with dirt and black hand prints all over the seats. I returned my car to be corrected and waited another five days before picking it up. Once I picked up the car, the interior was still filthy. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. It is ridiculous to not have communication by the business without you hounding them and to have a car returned without a thorough inspection. read more

First my service guy Larry is nice and this is not his doing. Car was rear ended a while back. Took it to them to repair because they did nice work f before. While there I had them replace the grill at the front at my own expense. 2 years later grill silver overlay is melting off the grill. They offer a lifetime guarantee supposedly but the owner wants me to pay the 214.00 for a new grill because it came from Acura. Hmm seems to me that you should honor your guarantee and if there are issues with parts take them up with Acura -not try to get me to pay. Oh and it took 4 trips to them before they told me that I was going to have to pay. I told give me my keys and left. I think a guarantee is a guarantee and if they have issues with Acura that is for them to handle as part of their business not put it off on me. read more

Only come here if you want to be ripped off and want unprofessional and untimely service. I took my infinity in for a bumper repair after I've gotten an estimate for over $1000 for the repair. Because the repair was so expensive, I filed an insurance claim. I dropped off the car on a Friday indicating that I would pick it up on Wednesday when I return from an out-of-town trip. The shop indicated it was only a one day repair and that should not be a problem. When I returned from my trip, no repairs had been done. Some weak excuse like a paint pump going down was provided. I was assured I would get it back by Friday. They even offered me a free rental car and assured me that it would be no inconvenience for me to get one. I was told that the rental car could be picked up and dropped off from their shop. Another lie that I wasted my time for. So no rental. On Friday, I still did not get my car back, no explanation except "we are busy and back logged". It took until the following week to get my car back (two weeks for a one day repair). And when I did, the new estimate filed with the insurance was the exact same price as my deductible. The inexplicable difference was never explained to me when I left my vehicle for repairs. Needless to say I felt extremely deceived and disrespected and unconsidered. read more

A friend told me about this shop when I was researching where to have repairs after being rear ended. The insurance claim was with liberty mutual and this happened to be a preferred shop. The insurance company made my appointment. When I arrived the liberty mutual rep Thomas greeted me quickly. He was very professional. Answered all my questions. He also arranged for a rental car that arrived within minutes. Repairs took less time then I was expecting. My car looked brand new when I got it back.
