The contract you sign when renting the unit mentions no responsibility of the owner for any damage including damage done by rodents so you will be left on your own to deal with your loss. Given the nature of self storage, I didn't factor in the service aspect, but have since been overly impressed. The staff is friendly, responsive and went above and beyond to help me with unloading my car. The storage unit itself is basic, yet temperature controlled and is exactly what I need. The building is clean and the elevators are massive. While the standard hours could be a bit better, I'm very happy with my storage experience at East Bank and would recommend it to a family member.
