I had no idea Ulta had a hair salon until my sister-in-law told me about it. It's been a very long time since I got a cut. After reading reviews and saw that certain hairstylists had good reviews, I took a chance. Rudy did an amazing job! I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. Prices are pretty fair, no more than 60, so definitely less than 100 bucks. A haircut, wash, and blow dry was $50ish bucks, and I say that, because I honestly forgot the exact price. The staff here are unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately this is the closest Ulta to me and I have to visit this location often. On various occasions, I have walked in and not been acknowledged. The staff are not approachable and are more interested in carrying their own conversations than helping out. They don't even make the contact and make it seem like you're inconveniencing them by asking for help. Today I came in to make two returns, both purchases made online. I brought the unused, unopened items (all still wrapped in the bubble wrap they came in) with the original receipts. The associate that helped me was inspecting each item very slowly and struggling to open each item while asking me if any of them were used. She was taking them out of the original packaging and asking if they were used. Once she processed the return it was about $108 which she needed a supervisor to approve. The supervisor came over, didn't acknowledge me, gave her the approval and walked away. The associate proceeded to ask me to swipe the Ulta credit card used to make the online purchases. I told her I didn't have the physical card with me and that they were purchased online. Even when I shop in store, they always pressure you to use your Ulta card to get the points and I always tell them I don't have the physical card and they're quick to ask for my ID so they can look it up. The associate called a manager but they never came. She declined my transaction, didn't even offer store credit. It was a terrible experience. read more

Overall, no complaints! I came into this store a few times and found what I needed. They even have the drive up option so you can place an order online & drive to the store to pick up (they will bring to you). The only thing is that parking can be tight depending what time you go. read more

I would not recommend getting your ears pierced here. I wanted simple earlobe piercings and they came out off-centered and crooked. FYI they used a piercing gun. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, however, the person who pierced me was asking questions to other staff as if they were not trained for the task. The next morning I noticed that one of the backings was missing and when playing back the video I took when getting pierced, I noticed that the gun did not properly secure the jewelry and popped out. I had to go back to get it replaced. After a few weeks, I could not stand the crookedness of the piercings and let them close. Waste of money, in my opinion. read more

I always struggle to find a perfume that responds well with my skin and doesn't fade quickly and she took the time so show me a lot of different perfumes and when I finally picked one had to go search for one in the back for me! This location is extremely unprofessional. I booked a hair service. I showed up on time (because customers are expected to). But the person who attended me notified me the hairdresser was running 30 min behind. I asked for anyone who was available since I had a special event that day and I was trying to stay on schedule. They let me know other people were running late and if they don't show up in 15 min I would be attended. It's so frustrating because why not help the customers who actually show up on time??! 15 mins pass & I was told that one of the clients was running late and was still showing up. Salon: I came here to get my hair done. The service was great, staff was friendly, and the salon was clean. I loved my experience here but mostly I loved how my hair came out!! It was exactly was I asked for! After explaining to my fabulous hair stylist Guillermo what I was going for he did just that! He was very thorough throughout the process and even recommended products for hair maintenance which I really appreciate! Horrible service. Trying to give this store a chance but, third time is a charm! I went in earlier to pick up an online order standing in the wrong line, the line to check-out with two 2 people were standing in front of me. There were 3 cashiers taking FOREVER to ring up their customer. No sense of urgency, fine, they're there until clock out time and can care less about those waiting. But when the cashier in turquoise hair was done assisting his client he literally went over to someone else behind the counter and had a personal conversation in which we had no interest in listening to. I literally walked out and left. I Can back the same night and went to the pick up counter and was out the door in a few minutes. This is how it should behave been the first time. Person at the counter then tells me 2 out of my 3 items were out of stock, no apology just they are not available. I came back here because in the past I remember getting great customer service. So I thought that maybe make up service would be great as well. But, I experienced the Worst makeup service I have ever received. I mentioned to the "makeup artist " that I could not use certain products on my face, yet she decided to go along with her preference. When she was almost done she handed me a mirror and I wanted to cry out of how bad the makeup application turned out. I let her know that several parts of my face looked "cake-y" ( even when I do my own make up it never looks bad) . I don't have acne, nor bumps on my face that would make the makeup in my face look that bad; as mentioned to her, I did warn her I couldn't use certain products on my face. She told me that even if I washed my Face I would still have to pay full price. I was upset that I had to pay. I got more upset at the offended expression I got from the person at the register for not wanting to leave a tip. I went home and fixed my own makeup. I went to what I thought would be a professional, but never again. ULTA has the worst service when it comes to makeup application. I am an influencer and I went to this location where I purchased a foundation by Too Face and a employee had told me that I should try on the Makeup in the car and not leave to check to see if I have the correct color. I will be sure to never order from this store again. I missed adding some items to my online order, that were not available for pick up, so I figured I would just have everything shipped. I called to cancel the online order and they advise they do not take cancellations over the phone. You have to go into the store and show proof with a valid ID or just wait the 5 days for it to automatically cancel. They could not cancel the order over the phone even though I have had orders cancelled over the phone before. Spoke with the Manager and she said it could not be done for security and fraud purposes. The store was the absolute worst Ulta I've ever been to! First, there is not a lot of parking, the spots are always full and the lot has lots of trash in it. Walking into the store it was super busy and hectic, and no employees were around to help, and when I did go up and ask someone at the Ulta Beauty salon, it was a white lady with Blue hair. She was so unbelievably rude and would not direct me to where a hairstyling product I was looking for. I had to find everything on my own and just look around the store and their layout is horrible and there is no signage that can be seen where things are located. The lines were super long and wrapped around the back of the store, people and customers in the store are very rude and constantly bumping into me while I'm trying to do my shopping and look at a product, it was way too crowded, and between the unbelievably rude staff, I will never return here again!! read more

I came in today there were literally 5 other people in the store and still the same rude, unhelpful attitudes. No one ever asks if you need assistance with anything, you have to hunt them down yourself. They're also always low on stock of Clinique foundations, EVERY TIME. I didn't know checking in the back meant opening a drawer on the side. You'd think I learn from the time before not go to here. I love Ulta, but the customer service is TERRIBLE, as from the moment I walked in I was stared at, seems like they thought I was going to steal something from there store. Not only did I feel uncomfortable, my mom felt uncomfortable for applying for credit with her passport that wasn't from the US.
