Why didn't I get a phone call asking me if I wanted ANOTHER stylist to do MY hair? Why didn't someone tell me my stylist wasn't coming in? Why would you ONLY SET ASIDE 30 mins for a cut, layers, retouch highlight & straightening???? Are u kidding me? Result: I walked out and will never go there again! I took her suggestion, but then assumed this was now going to be a $100+ morning. So I sat under one of those heated vents for a while as she took care of another client. All I might've asked for is their wifi code, as service was pretty shotty. That said, I could've spoken up! Back to it! I told her that I just wanted to take the ends off and then angle some of it, and she went to work! She was friendly and not pushy, I felt really comfortable and welcome in this salon. I mention that, because I tend to feel really awkward in salons. I'm a low maintenance gal, so this type of thing isn't something I'm confident about! She finished up and I absolutely LOVE everything she did. She is amazing and I love her now haha. Just kidding I'm not a creep, but I am incredibly happy with it. And not only do I love my hair, but... I got the shampoo/conditioner... a deep conditioning treatment... a blow dry... AND style for $75. This is now my "place". Thank you!!!!

And they really tailor their services to your needs as best as they can :) ! I usually choose the "lavender" or the "unwind" aromatherapy for my massages with Rachel :) ! She REALLY works wonders for relieving my back, neck and shoulder pain :) !! And I have had great calming facials and exfoliations with Valerie :) ! Although this particular Massage Envy in Westover Hills is quite a distance for me, I do like that it is located in a huge shopping mall parking lot and that parking is never a big issue for me :) ! I also have mostly gone on the weekends when traffic is typically not as atrocious as it is on the weekdays. The manager, Michelle, and the front desk staff (Maria, Cecile, Ananda and Desiree) are super friendly and welcoming :) ! They really do make you feel completely relaxed and totally at ease, and go above and beyond to assist you :) ! I have to admit that, although, I have gone to this location for a while, I tend to get more massages than facials, mainly because massages are more of a necessity for me at this time, due to a lot of the back, neck and shoulder pain I have been feeling. Facials are very nice too :) ! I have paired them before with my massages so that my facial is scheduled after my massage. But it can be a little tricky to coordinate the scheduling, although the front desk staff really strives and works hard to coordinate the two as best as they can so there isn't as big of a wait time between the 2 services. Although my monthly membership is very reasonable, and I can choose to apply my credits towards both massages and facials, I prefer to apply them towards massages because I have a greater need for relieving my back, neck and shoulder pain. But some women and men feel that both are equally important for them :) ! I highly recommend Rachel for massages and Val for facials :) !! They will help you tremendously decompress, relax and unwind :D !! There is currently a "dads and grads" gift card promotion: a $20 promo card with a $125 gift card purchase, and a $40 promo card with a $150 gift card purchase. I purchased the $40 promo card with $150 gift card today :D ! I love that I can use my gift cards and promo card towards services, enhancements and gratuities for the therapists :) !
