Then a week later, the car hesitated when starting. And It did not Want to release the keys and a few other issues all at once. The amount of stress i've had dealing with this place. They have done nothing but play me out of my money. the car i got from them was a 2012 Chevy cruze eco. At first the car looks great not to many scratches, barely any dents. the tires had absolutely no grip and the chevy logo was missing on the front. now what i'm about to tell you is about my personal experience with this company and how me choosing them to buy my first car wasn't the best decision for me personally. so i bought the car August 23rd and October 18th is when it broke down completely!! i will be posting pictures and videos down below. the first time my car overheated was August 28th the radiator hose was leaking and i was stuck on the freeway for two hours. i then mentioned it to the dealership and they told me "nothing is wrong and not sure why it over heated". for the month of September the car has over heated several times i continued to just put more coolant not understanding why. i was able to find a video where i captured the overheating it was 09/10/18. so durning the whole month i did nothing but buy coolant. on 10-04-18 the car over heated to the point where i got fed up i had informed the dealership that this car continues to over heat and i'm tires of the inconvenience and how i would like a refund. the dealership then took the car on the 5th and all they did was replace a coolant tank and charged me $195.00 mind you the car wasn't ready until 10/10/2018. so the car was fine but not quite sure why it still felt the same. i've had so many problems with that car to the point in know when it's going to brake down. when i'm driving i can be pressing the gas pedal but still be going extremely slow. so on 10.18.18 the car broke down AGAIN and i had put a whole new bottle of coolant with only 15 minutes before i make it home. and as soon as i hit the corner by my house the car blew up into smoke. i can't even call this dramatic because that video is the car i'm smoke ALL of my coolant came out of my car that night. i had took it to Meineke's and as you guy can see they said i have a head gasket issue and showed me oil that ended up in my coolant tank! i told the dealership that fixing that car would cost $2500.00 that i DONT HAVE. i demanded a refund and was offered that they will look at the car and see if it's in fact a head gasket issue. the manger then offered me two options to either get the car fixed or trade it in. at first i ask to have to fixed so that i can get a price they then try to charge me $527.00 but after looking at it i can see they over charged me considering the manger said i'm only being charged for the parts not labor. so i then decided to trade the car in and that didn't work either ‍‍ the dealerships wasn't willing to pay off the first car and instead try to finance the second car i wanted through a different bank therefore i'll be paying off two cars. witch makes no sense!!!! i then questioned the manger about the bill and he TOLD ME the price included labor after i have plenty of text where he states he's not going to charge me labor. also have text stating they didn't replace any hoses in fact to "save me money " they just washed the hoses and put them back. after test driving the dealership decided that the car is not ready because it needs a new water pump. mind you they've had the for a month already, on 11-13-18 the manger texted me with a new bill and as you guys can see he charged me $657.00. and if you look closely you can see part ( 13314079) on the first bill they charged me $115.00 and on the second one they are charging me $202.00 for the same part!!! they've had the car basically the whole month of October i'm under so much stress because of this dealership i've experienced a anxiety attack and had to go to the hospital. i still don't have my car and honestly not sure what to do read more

I bought a 2010 Hyundai Veracruz from Pablo. Pablo was a totally easy going guy . Even replaced the battery after it died on me the day after buying the car . I would of bought another car from them (when the time was right ) , EXCEPT .... I took my car to my trusted mechanic (whom I have had for the last year and he gave me the bad news. 1 .. The break pass were going 2 .. Rear ..we hock Absorber was going 3 .. Steering Wheel Axpe was GUSHING liquid 4 ..All fluids needed to be and a few other minor things I cannot remember. This is a bummer since we are using this car as our source of income , it means we will not be able to go back to work for another 4 days. This company buys cars and fixes them up and sells them. So I decided to change my review because I was never pleased with my service here even though they make it seem all happy and smiley faces. These people rob of you your money. First off I did a private sale with the owner but even the owner seems to be flakey and dodgy and non responsive at times. I had bought a car from this lot that was a bad lemon and they told me it was spectacular. Kelly blue book rated this car at 2-3 grand. This guy was charging me 5 grand. So I said okay the car must've been in a good condition for him to sale it as such a high price knowingly the car isn't worth that much and is a hassle (bmw) and also this is my 3rd bmw so I know how it goes and what happens. So the first day I got the car they told me it was perfect running fine and 5 minutes off the lot, the cars serpentine belt blew, I was like wtf come on? And then it also started to leak oil. The guy (owner Jose) came and picked up my car and still charged me 20$ dollars for a tow back to his yard due to his mistake, like how do you not notice a cracked serpentine belt it's rubber and you can easily tell when you pop the hood when the belt is bad or not. They didn't even bother. Anyways took it back they had the car for 3 days fixed it and apparently the oil leak (and a reminder Jose offered ME a warranty and at the end of the day he didn't stand by it) so when I get it back he Insist he did the job they were suppose to do and I was like okay sweet. Three days later the car is leaking oil again and not starting. They sold me a car with a battery that was bad (300 dollar battery) and still leaking oil. So I said okay imma use JOSE warranty he provided me for FREE during the private sale. So I took it back and they had it for almost two weeks doing absolutely nothing to the car waiting for my payment to come in to take my money and keep it in their shop till I can afford insurance and a plate. So these guys are playing games now. He waited till the last day of the license plate of the dealership to run out after the third repair so therefor I have to register the car under my name and have full insurance and without that I couldn't drive off the lot. This has been the 3rd time I've taken it back for the same problem and then they as you would say finessed me. They kept the car till I couldn't keep driving it anymore and on top of that they did nothing. They used a paste to replace a gasket not done correctly the stuff was leaking out from the sides they used a lot of sealant but that's okay. But all at the end of the day the 3rd time I brought it back after my hassles and money spent I go to see the car and he said it's all ready to go and then tells me that he can't keep wasting money on my car for repairs when 1st it wasn't my problem 2 he offered warranty not me 3 then he wants to back track on his words and decline my warranty. He said engine and transmission warranty only after I kept bringing it back in but at the beginning he said bumper to bumper and it was all written down. So anyways I come back to the lot after the 3rd time of taking the car and he explains to me what I said above he can't spend any more money and I take a look under the car and the car was still leaking from the same two spots it was originally leaking from and therefore he didn't fix anything and held my car till I forcefully had to buy a license plate so I can drive off the lot he even lied and said he couldn't extend my dealer ship plate due to the system which is a lie they can produce those whenever and I even offered extended money. The guy is an embarrassment of himself and the shop very sad. At the end of the day he told me it was a head gasket leak, the car was at 5grand went to 6grand and then tells me if I want it fixed he'll move the price up to 10 grand. Now what the fuck type of business man is this sells you a car at a set price and then tells you imma have to bump it up because of my mistakes and my knowledge knowing this car is messed up but let me offer warranty to the customer and then he gets upset when I use his warranty he provided me. It is very idiotic. I would say never go here, and if they offer you a separate warranty while buying the car that states that they know the car WILL have problems and IS a bad car. read more

Let me start out by giving a little back ground on my vehicle. I own a VW Passat CC Sport that has been a great car. My only complaint is that for anything and everything that needs to be fixed, this vehicle must be taken to the dealer. That can be quite expensive! Now, on to my experience with Ultimate Auto Sales. On a recent trip to Vegas, my car completely cut out and lost compression on all four cylinders when we pulled up to valet parking at South Point. Obviously, something major went wrong internally engine wise. We were not aware until we were ready to leave. Once we found out, we immediately called the VW dealers in the area. All were booked out two weeks to two months already. Needless to say we were feeling helpless. Our next step was to get a rental and have our Passat towed to the VW dealer that could get our vehicle in the quickest. When the tow truck got there, I figured I'd give it a shot and ask the guy if he knew anyone that could work on our car. Surprisingly he says, "yes ... let me call him!" Turns out Chavello could get our car in ASAP! Sure I was a little skeptical because I'm not from this area, but I didn't feel I had a choice. After his assessment, Chavello said he could order a new engine and have it ready by the next weekend, as an engine rebuild would be more time consuming and more expensive. We drove down the following weekend only to find out that oil was leaking and Chavello couldn't get the part needed until Monday, so he needs a little more time to ensure the job is done correctly. So we go home again empty handed. We are now starting to feel even more helpless as this is our main vehicle. On Tuesday, Chavello calls me to inform me he has our car fixed and will drive it the next few days to ensure nothing leaks. We drive in on Friday and immediately go to the shop. After all our hopelessness feelings, we are now the proud owner of a practically brand new VW Passat again! Chavello is a magnificent mechanic. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, attention to detail, and care that he put into my vehicle. And, the fact that he understood the importance of putting a little more priority, because we lived out of town was reassuring. The price was also lower than I expected, so that was a pleasant surprise too. Hands down, I would recommend Chavello to anyone in the Vegas area that needs attention and care with any vehicle. So I am here to change my review, about a month ago I bought a car from Pablo, the 2012 Subaru that they put back on their website and it had so many problems. I took it back under the impression that they were going to give me a cheaper car that actually runs due to the fact that I only put $1000 down and was going to bring in the other $500 for the cheaper car. Jose lied to me stating he was going to change it over to the 09 Ford Focus on the website for the $1500 down instead. Well today I get a text stating they want the rest of the $2500 that was on the agreement for the Subaru, I n longer have the Subaru or a car at all and they aren't trying to refund me my deposit.
