    Well long story short. I ended up with a car my ex-wife was using and without notice she just…read moredropped if off at my sister's house as I live and work in a different state. I immediately flew that same day to Michigan to handle this unexpected and untimely event. I thought i had another car company buying the car. I send all the required paperwork. I waited two days for them to come and get the car and after the test drive they decided that they wouldn't buy it. Now I'm all freaked out. I have a vehicle registerd in a state I no longer live in and nowhere to go and I need to get back to work on the East Coast. A friend offered to let me keep the car at hos place while I try and figure things out. As I am driving the vehicle to my friend's house ...thank you Jesus...I get a call from Bryan from Give Me the Vin who gives me an offer and explains the process. I immediately take pictures and send over the documents as this is Friday late afternoon. I am informed that it will all be reviewed the following Monday and should receive a FedEx overnight with the paperwork to sign. As promised Tuesday I receive the paperwork and send it back out with the docs signed. WEd afternnon I get a text confirming everthing has been received. a couple hours later transportation company calls to pick up the vechicle. The following day another text all is complete and given the go ahead and cash the check. I made this process stressful but Give Me The Vin did not. Answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly. Communicated the entire process and held my hand to the end. Now this was a lower offer then what i originally received, but in the end Give Me The Vin stood by their word which means a lot. I couldn't more strongly encourage the use of this company to sell your vehicle. Thank you all at Give Me The Vin!!

    Been looking for a van 2 months for work cause mine finally was done.Seems everyone had 130000…read moremiles and wanted 20000.00 lol lol.I came across rite price auto and they just got a 2016 dodge grand caravan with 67000.00 original miles...yep no 1 in front of that 67000.00.Called and Went to see Rom That morning...test drive and BOUGHT IT...perfect... From the phone call...to test drive...financing and ALL THE FRIENDY AND HELPFUL STAFF WAS A VERY STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE. HERES THE KICKER..... I BOUGHT AS IS NO WARRANTY...like all the rest And I totally understood what that means... About 3 weeks later my transmission went.. SHIT HAPPENS. I RELIZE THAT I called Rom and asked if he new good place to take it to...He immediately said...hold up..get it over here n let us see..Yep transmission bad.. Well long story short...next thing I know Rom calls me and advised me they are Going to replace transmission NOOOOOOOOO CHARGE!!!!!! I have it back now...didn't take long RIDES LIKE BRAND NEW!!!! NO BS!!!!!!! GOD BLESS everyone one of you over there U DEFINITELY WENT WAY BEYOND ANY AUTO EXPERIENCE I HAD IN 50 YEARS!!!!! We will be getting my daughters car there and my next Van Also!!!!!! This salesman name James sold me Infiniti q50 sport with problems. The turbos went out the first month of having car, the wheel alignment is always off bc they never fix the axle after i got the car back from them. My AIR BAG system is off/ malfunction bc these punk a&& dealership decide to wipe the code instead replacing air bag parts to get rid of the code entirely. Poor sales man show me different car fax of another Infiniti besides the one he sold me. Trying claim my car have no accident when it does bc I look it up it has more than 2 smh James is a liar and a Scammer. And yes I'm thinking about suing bc I have photos that he scam me but I also wanna pull they're cameras the same day he show me that carfax of the different Infiniti

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AutoNation Volkswagen…read more What began as a routine service visit turned into months of frustration and repeated issues caused by the dealership itself. During a repair in which a module was replaced, my infotainment screen protector was cracked while the vehicle was in their care, and afterward my vehicle's microphone stopped working. The microphone issue did not exist before the repair and required another service visit to correct a problem that was created by the dealership. I dropped my vehicle off on May 9 to have the microphone issue repaired, and the dealership kept it for nearly a month. Throughout that time, communication was poor. I repeatedly had to reach out for updates, and even Volkswagen Customer Care was unable to obtain timely responses from the dealership regarding the status of my vehicle. Being without my vehicle for nearly a month was frustrating enough, but the lack of communication made the situation even worse. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was shocked to find grease and oil stains on the seats. When I brought this to the dealership's attention, I was initially told that they do not clean vehicle interiors. Only after I physically showed the stains and explained that returning a customer's vehicle in that condition was unacceptable did they agree to clean the seats before releasing the vehicle to me. While I am relieved to finally have my vehicle back, the overall experience fell far below the level of service I expected. Between my infotainment screen protector being damaged, the dealership-caused microphone issue, nearly a month without my vehicle, poor communication, and the attempt to return my vehicle with grease-stained seats, this experience demonstrated a concerning lack of care, accountability, and customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the quality of service and communication provided to customers.
