Once again I had Ultimate Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets. This time I got couches done as well. Of course my carpets looked fabulous (that's what I always get from them!!), but since I had never had couches cleaned I didn't really know what to expect. I thought it would be just a few swipes across the seats and arm rests. Nooooo. Carlos (Rodrigo's son) and co worker pre-treated, scrubbed and finally used their equipment to clean them. I've used the company for 3 times, and every time they did an excellent job. We have a carpet hallway, which gets very dirty easily due to the heavy traffic. This is a super super late review.. even worse I forgot the gentlemen that helped me but let me say my carpet was filthy and he came in on time even gave me a courtesy call before arriving on a hot saturday and did a wonderful job.. I had dark black stains on my caroet and he was able to get them all out and make my carpet look like new. The price was great, less then 150 for sure but not sure the exact price. I called them and inquired for same day availabilty at 1030 am and they came in at 12pm. Now that is super quick! Francisco and his son work togather and call you 15 mins before they come in and did a very very good job of steam cleaning the carpets in my two bedrooms. They get right to work and are very quick and since this was my first time steam cleaning, also politely responded to all my questions. I called Mr. Rodrigo on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule for the next morning. Two guys arrived just before their appointment time and cleaned one large room for us that had not been throroughly cleaned in 8 years. Carpet came out looking almost new. Workers were very friendly, respectful, and very thorough. They were in and out within 30 minutes. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies that have two prices (standard and deep cleaning), these guys have one price and just get it Done. Thanks again. First off, Rodrigo is a very responsive via phone and text. Its a family business and they take pride in serving customer. If there is any problem, Rodrigo will make sure to call you. Their prices are competitive and you indeed "get what you pay for". His son, Rodriguez and Lupe did an AWESOME job for Carpet cleaning in our tri level house that includes stairs. Rodrigo and Alex came between the appointed 12-1 pm and then cleaned the entire house. They did a thorough job and even the vertical areas in the staircase were cleaned by Rodrigo. They moved the couches and cleaned underneath and then put the padding under the couches. The rates are kind of negotiable. Initially, I was quoted $180 for a 3-bed, living + dining area + 32 steps. I did not want to do the bed rooms, so it was settled at $140. Did not seem like a logical price reduction, but Rodrigo was available the next day, so I picked him. We decided to try Ultimate Carpet Cleaners for cleaning the carpets and the kitchen floor tiles. Rodrigo arrived on time to give an estimate which was very reasonable and in a few days the cleaners were at our place for cleaning. The carpet and kitchen tiles were cleaned and I am really happy with the end result. The tiles looked bright and the grout good as new. Earlier the grout was dark in color with all the dirt. Rodrigo and his young assistant showed up about 20 minutes later than our scheduled appointment time, after calling to confirm 15 minutes before the appointment. I was just glad they were available on a Sunday morning. They did a great job and it took less than an hour do to all the carpeted areas in our fairly small house. I had Ultimate come to clean my father's very dirty carpet and very dirty kitchen tile. I was amazed at how beautiful it looked afterwards...like new. Lupe and Francisco were very polite, hard working, and efficient and the price quoted was very reasonable. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I had to call them back for a couple of mysterious spots that showed up. They returned without a problem the next day to retreated those areas. They did a great job not to mention i asked them if they could touch up some spots in the baby room and they ended up doing the whole thing and didn't charge me! WOW, talk about customer service. They were done in an hour and the carpets looked brand new. Not to mention I couldn't believe the price, it was so cheap!!! I would definitely call them again to clean my carpets. The only thing I would change or improve is how they follow up with their appointments. I had to call and make sure they were coming because i didnt get a call from them confirming. Absolutely wonderful job. My upstairs carpet is frightning with huge stains and discolorations everywhere! Not sure what they're from. They were there when we moved in. I was told by the landlord that he already had the carpets cleaned. So for 3 years I never bothered because I figured that no carpet cleaner can get these stains out. Finally I decided to give it a try because I couldn't afford new carpets. I was having a birthday party at my place and they were too embarassing to have visitors over. I spoke to Rodrigo and he sent 2 of his employees over to get the carpets cleaned. WoW!!!! I feel like I have a new carpet. I am beyond ecstatic with the job they have done. My neighbor saw how great of a job they did that she asked if they can clean her stairs. They were able to fit it in and she is so happy with the job they've done. Awesome! Our white carpet is white again!!! We've had our carpets cleaned by another company twice in the last year. We had purchased Living Social deals for his carpet cleaning but to keep it real, you get what you pay for. After realizing that our carpet looked about the same within a week of having them cleaned, we decided to go with someone else this time around. I called late thursday night and spoke with Rodrigo who was able to squeeze us in for Saturday at 2pm. They were a little late, but we understood since he was nice enough to get us in with only 2 days notices. Now to the carpet cleaning! Wow!!!!! The only time our carpet looked this beautiful was the day it was installed. Seriously, these guys were in and out within 30 minutes and my husband says you could hear the suction on their machine showing our carpet who was boss. And 3 days later, it is white, beautiful, and fluffy again. I can feel a difference when I walk on it, not just by looking at it. Yes, they were more then we were paying for the Living Social deal but man....it is SOOOOO worth the money. It's unbelievable that they were able to get our carpet THIS clean.
