    Spoke with Craig and worked with Charles to Mount my 70inch TV. I already had the mount for this project and Charles made it very easy and made sure I was satisfied with the TV's placement. He always answered all of my questions and concerns regarding having such a large TV mounted. Truly satisfied with the service!

    One stop shop! Just moved here from NM and needed a new TV and get it mounted/wired. Texted Craig with some questions and he was extremely responsive and helpful narrowing down the tv and mount for my needs. Mount was going in over a fireplace and into tile so I thought it might be a little tricky. No problem for these guys! Super clean & sturdy install! LG 77" OLED looks like a champ! Thanks again!

    I initially called another installer but after three attempts with no return calls, I called Craig. He was on a job and said he would call me back just like the other installer told me three times. However, unlike his competitor, he actually did call me back a couple hours later exactly like he said he would. He gave a quote and explained exactly how the install would work. His schedule was pretty full which was totally understandable since I called him on a Saturday. He told me that he could try and squeeze me in on Monday. I text him my info and sure enough I got a text from him on Monday saying he could come out that afternoon. He and his electrician came when he said they would. They were both extremely professional. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting wall placement and the best way to set everything up. They worked quickly but carefully. The pricing was extremely fair. He made sure all the wires to the components were neatly tied. He cleaned the entire area so that it was actually cleaner than before they came. The TV and soundbar look amazing and super clean. He far exceeded my expectations. The whole process was easy and painless. Worth every penny! Thanks Craig!

    I had reached out to Craig at the beginning of 2020 and asked to have two large TVs mounted in my new apartment. He was very responsive and was able to get me scheduled within a day or two. Charles had shown up to install the TVs. He was very quick and didn't cut corners. He made sure I was happy with where the TVs were mounted and also made sure I was able to plug in all cables so not blocked by mount. These guys did an awesome job and I would highly recommend!!     All of these reviews are spot on! Craig and Travis were top notch from scheduling to installing to cleaning up after the job. I called Craig and unlike some other professional services he is a great communicator - answers emails, text messages, and his phone - if he is busy he promptly calls you back. We scheduled an appointment about a week out and the day before Craig contacted me to a) confirm, b) ask some general questions and c) asked if I had any questions. The day of the install he texted me with a 30-minute notice and said Travis was on his way and that he would be there shortly thereafter. We had them install a 50" UHD Vizio in the Master Bedroom above a dresser (I already had the TV mount) and the work was professional, efficient and we could not be more pleased. Prices were better than some others in the marketplace and I would say very competitive, but these guys are A++ and I am going to use them for all my audio/video needs in the future.

We spoke with several companies, both big national providers and smaller local ones, and ultimately went with Securimax. What stood out was their local presence and the hands-on approach, especially from Jack, the CEO. The installation itself was fairly involved and took most of the day, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Since then, their service has continued to impress. They're very responsive whenever we have questions and have been flexible in helping us adjust or expand the system as our needs evolve. Overall, it's been a really positive experience.

    Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!…read more I hired this security company thinking I was protecting my home, but instead I got stress, wasted money, and zero accountability. The installer showed up late, seemed completely unprepared, and didn't even know how the system was supposed to work. Sensors were crooked and one camera works only sometimes. When I asked about it, I was told "that's how I was told to do it" and "most people think it's ok". The system went offline multiple times, including once while we were out of town. What's the point of paying for the services if it doesn't work when you need it most? Customer service is a joke. Calls go unanswered and when someone finally responds, they act like you are the problem. Every issue was blamed on my internet, my phone, or "user error," even though the system wasn't working rights from day one. How is it my fault when the app says that a camera is offline? What am I supposed to do but contact them. I pay them monthly for the service, so if something says it is not working then I think it's reasonable to say I can call them. What is not reasonable is for there to be no customer service when the system is malfunctioning. To make matters worse, I was locked into a contract and threatened with cancellation fees instead of offered real support or a fix. If you care about your safety, your money, or your sanity, stay far away from this company. I regret ever signing up. I thought I was doing good by going with a small company, but I should have called ADT, Vivint, or someone bigger.
