After we had another installer back out on us at the last minute, Craig was able to work us in on virtually no notice, and came in at about half of the original estimate. He and his assistant were both extremely professional, fast, and helpful. They listened to exactly what we wanted to do, explained what our options were, and helped us decide what we needed. The installations were super clean and neat, and they carefully cleaned up after themselves. Even though they'd worked us into their schedule, I never got the impression that they were rushed for time. Craig did an amazing job with our speaker install. He gave us two flushed ceiling speakers, a sub, ceiling speakers in our dining room and then 2 speakers outside. I contacted Craig 1 1/2 week ago for his services. On three separate occasions, Craig had to rescheduled. On the third day he didn't show, he text me to try and solve my problem via text. After he was unable to fix the issue via text he said he would come by the next day. That was four days ago. Only reason for the one star is because he tried to help via text. I used Yelp for help in finding a company to mount my HDTV on the wall and hide the wires. I found 3 suitable companies, including Craig's, and asked them for quotes. Craig's quote was A LOT less money than the other 2 quotes, and judging by his Yelp reviews, it looked like the quality of his workmanship was not affected by his low price bid. I called Craig and asked if there were any 'hidden' charges, like cabling or bracket hardware and he told me there wasn't, just the flat rate that he quoted me. He showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and mounted the TV and installed a new electrical outlet and wiring receptacle in about 90 minutes. Craig just left my apartment and I headed straight to the computer to write this review. He did a FANTASTIC job! We contacted him yesterday and he fit us in today. He installed 2 TVs (gave me great advice on how high to hang them etc), set up 2 monitors and a printer and even hung 2 pictures.
