I downloaded Yelp SPECIFICALLY to say how much of a great service this was. My key stopped turning in my ignition out of nowhere and I couldn't find really any fix online or didn't even know where to start when it came time to look for the part to do it myself. I called a locksmith previously to calling Ultra Lock and key and they charged me $325.00 for a KEY that didn't even work or help the problem in the slightest. They then proceeded to ruin my ignition even more and then try to setup a follow up to "fix the issue" which would've costed me around $1100. That was when I called Ultra lock and key and I kid you not, within the first minute of the phone call Shaun knew exactly what was wrong. No hesitation, he said " I'm positive that's the problem and if it doesn't fix it I won't charge you ." I ended up paying SIGNIFICANTLY less than what I would've with any other locksmith I called and he was in and out in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend Shaun to anyone I know. We had two car keys one of which the key was falling out of the fob and the other key never started the car. After a few months the key kept falling out and sometimes gave us trouble starting the car. I called up ULTRA and they had a replacement key for my 2009 car already ready. Shaun did an awesome job in programming my mazda key fob that i bought off of amazon. He did the job quickly and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I was amazed how fast it took. I checked Saltz Lock and Safe because of their good reputation. I needed a Toyota remote with transponder so that I could start my car. They quoted me $100.00. I thought that was kind of high. I checked Yelp and came across Ultra lock and key and they said they could have it done fo $75.00 and they would come to where my car was. Shaun came out and did the job at $75.00. I bought a used Toyota Landcruiser that didn't come with any key fobs. I was a little worried if it would even be possible to avoid going to the dealer, but had come across Ultra on IG and decided to inquire via Yelp message. Shaun helped me out yet again. I first met him when he worked for Affordable Locksmith. My work truck had the door lock punched in and the ignition was destroyed in an attempt to steal the truck. He fixed me up in a few hours. Well, 2 years later it happened again and after looking for someone who could fix this I called and found out Shaun is on his own. Congratulations sir. Same thing, door lock punched in and the ignition destroyed. he had to make 2 trips this time. First time was to look at the parts that were destroyed to make sure he got the right stuff. Second time was to actually get everything put back together. I am forever marveling at his skills and abilities. He is who you want to call if your vehicle has a transponder security system. This go round, the wanna be thieves could not think past destroying the ignition so the transponder unit was left undamaged. Thank goodness, because destroying that will not let a thief steal the vehicle. It just becomes yet another expensive part to replace then pair with the vehicle.
