Woohoo! New Sports Bar just opened up across the street from our house. We've been eyeing it for awhile and were excited to try it out! They are still trying to iron out the kinks with the food and such, but our first time left a great impression! We were happy to see it busy, especially on a Monday night. The menu is limited for now, but we had the Honey Chili Garlic Wings, which were excellent! Next time we come in we will have to try the Cowboy Dip and the Pulled Pork sandwiches. Our server Flores was very friendly and sweet. They have a good selection of draft beers and lots of big TVs. We met both of the owners, Bob and his son Ryan, who came over and introduced themselves. This is hands down my favorite place to eat in all of the valley and I have lived here 32 years. We recently discovered Uncle Bob's and have been here 5 times in 3 weeks now. The pretzels are the best...by far. The burgers are absolutely incredible. Love this place. Food is great! I have been coming here since they opened. I only seem to have a bad experience when the older female bartender is working. Her service is not so great. We have tried most of the sports bar places in this valley and so far this is the best. The set-up is great. Some bar stools and some table/seats/chairs . They even have the inside/outside seating when it cools down. The best burger we have ever had. Fresh and cooked to order. Brussels sprouts to die for. Killer fries, like no other place. Full bar and great beer. The only item I would not order are the sausage rolls. More dough then sausage. If they added more meat it would be a hit. Awesome TV's and decor. Kid friendly. Way to go Uncle Bobs!! After posting this I read a few other reviews. The most disturbing was the way the owner treats his staff. The owners were gone for a concert so maybe that is why the staff was so relaxed . Next will tell the real truth. read more

We tried on Uncle Bobs for the first time on a football Sunday. We arrived at about 9:50am (they open at 9am Sunday's) and there were still plenty of open seating. Each TV is labeled with which game will be on making it easy to decide where the sit. The staff is friendly letting us know it's open setting and coming over to our table shortly after we sat down. Service is impeccable and the girl who helped us (we think her name is Chelsea) what very attentive the entire meal. We stayed for a few hours to watch the games and our server was on top of it when the beers needed filling but not to hurry hurry or rushing us. The beer selection was on point and their food was delicious. I say try the chili cheese fries over the nachos, we had both and both were yummy just the chili fries were better. We will definitely be back as we are avid sports fans and beet drinkers read more

I was in on Friday last week, first time and had what I can honestly say was one of the finest tasting burgers I've had anywhere let alone a sports bar. My burger was the ACE, hot, juicy, tasted spectacular. A huge ICE-COLD beer to go along with it, warm fast and friendly service and plenty of TVs to watch a variety of sports. This place is always understaffed and today it was a disaster. The restaurant was almost full and they only had one chef in the kitchen, two waitresses, one of which was the bartender. The waitresses tried their best, but an hour wait for three sandwiches isn't acceptable. No manager onsite to even help out or call in more staff. Will not go back! We will keep La Cocina as our favorite go to restaurant! Always good service and food in a very timely manner. 10/1/18. Tried it again, but with only one waitress who was also the bartender, we left. I sat for 10 min and was never greeted or asked for my order, there was a female bartender at the bar who didn't acknowledge us. I took my business to Kilarnys. I've been to Uncle Bob's a couple of times already and have always received exceptional service. The staff is friendly and on it. Previously I've only been here for drinks, but today I had food and it was delicious!! We had the Base Loaded Sidewinner Fries with the Black & Umpire Hamburger and they were amazing! The hamburger was loaded with blue cheese crumbles, bacon and crispy onions, and it was cooked to perfection! The food was fresh and we waited no more than 10-15 minutes for our food. The prices are very reasonable too. I recommend this local sport bar! It's hands down the best sports bar in Temecula. read more

For decor and sports bar scenery/memorabilia its 4 star. Lots of screens. It was too quiet for a sports bar even though it was a Tuesday with a playoff hockey game and playoff basketball game. We asked if they could put any "sports audio" on and they said they don't put the sound on because people pay for the jukebox. (I came here instead of Kilarney's because I wanted to watch sports, not hear music). I would have paid 20 bucks to hear the game. I ordered the chicken nachos and a beer. the beer was fine and the nachos were terrible. The chicken was huge chunks and rubbery.... we couldn't eat it and took it go and then threw it out. went home and watched the end of the game. read more

Had a great time today at uncle bobs! They have all of the games on without a bad seat in the house. This is not your typical sports bar. Uncle Bob's is like the Cheers of Temecula. The service was friendly, they have tons of games on and the food... DELICIOUS! We had their wings- which are fried and then tossed in sauce and The Hammer burger! Again this is not your typical half ass burger. This burger was LEGIT! Big fat patty with bacon jam! Went here for Sunday night football with my wife We were completely ignored by the the three waitresses at the bar. They were more concerned with cleaning glasses and BS'ing with each other than helping us. After 5 minutes of being looked at and ignored we left. Never going back again. Plus, it seemed like an old drunk guy place anymore. The alleged manager was in plain clothes and offered us a free round. Didn't know if he was for real or not based on his lack of any uniform.
