EVERY TIME I go to this place the service sucks so bad! The girls are too busy talking or serving all the young people and young men! Some of them are rude too. I rarely go now because of that. Stopped in for a late lunch on a Thursday. The spicy pork flatbread was awesome. My wife's burger was delicious. The staff was really nice and friendly. The atmosphere was nice with the large open wall to the outside. Plenty of tv's to watch the games on. With all the choices in temecula this bar and grill is nice. I walked In starving to this joint and I sat at a table me and my friend were sitting there for about 10 min not one person ever cared to ask of we had water . I think this place is racist cause all the white ppl were being served and us the only Hispanics in there didn't get any service at all. I'll tell you what... I have been here twice and the best person ever Lynn has served me! Lynn is absolutely amazing she knows exactly how to help out my autistic nephew and what drink we're having! I have been there at night and the blond bartender is not that attentive more focused on her friend. I love going there during the day to watch sports and have Lynn serve me! Lynn is an amazing person with a personality to boot! There is another server a little brunette that was very polite even though she wouldn't change her watch hand! Definitely a sports bar if you want a sports bar. Called a few places to see if they were playing Champions League Finals and they were the only ones who were confident to say yes. Brian is fantastic. Above and beyond service, very friendly and genuine. Lots of tv's! Food and drinks were great! I had a basic veggie burger(standard but flavorful) and fries (loved) My boyfriend asked for the mushroom bacon cheese burger. They were out of mushrooms, so they suggested avocado at no charge. Was really looking forward to going to a LOCALS bar. Meaning a bar not setup with pricing for all the tourist. Well pretty disappointed. My beer was almost the same price of my hamburger 11.95 beer 12.95. Burger. Chilli served in paper bowl and not much about 4 spoonfuls. Also heard this is soft opening ok. But also heard from next table of owners they r looking at charging $50 a person for the grand opening. What a freakin joke. Oh and only finger food is free. Drinks still charged at premium. Great concept for a bar super greedy owners. Shouldn't last long unless a better business model is followed. Came in today with my boyfriend for the Vikings game. This was our first time here and I will say that we will be coming back. The place was very busy yet you would have never guessed that by the excellent service we received. They have plenty of tvs and they even had the sound on the game. The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken strips,the sauce was my favorite part. My boyfriend was on a liquid diet so he decided to go with a slugger of lil sumpin. The glass was so cold his beer froze a lip. Came here this morning for the Saints game and was pleased about how helpful the girls were. They were really busy so I did not complain about the food taking a while (coming from the food industry myself), but the pulled pork sandwich and chicken nachos hit the spot! Very bad service. From moment we walked in the server outside acted like he did not want to take our party. We were there with numerous families for a soccer tournament. Various orders were forgotten. Do not recommend for large groups. Too bad because this place is very close to Galaway Downs which hosts a lot of soccer teams from out of town. Will not go back again. Wish I could review the food. We never got our food. Got here right before 7pm tonight the place was packed. We got a table on the patio. Our server took a few minutes to wait on us. I ordered a beer my daughter ordered a water. Beer took over 10 minutes to arrive. Daughter's water took over 20. Then we finally got to place our food order - 2 burgers. The wait was on. A LOOOOOOONG WAIT. After about 20 minutes more our server came and said our food would be "out in 2 minutes" - we waited and watched as other tables got their food. I called another server over as ours disappeared. She claimed to be the manager and was very kind. I told her what happened she went to check on our food and said "it's not even close to being ready"- I asked what I owed for the beer as it was now 8:00 we were very hungry and still wanted to eat. I was given the beer gratis and even offered by our server that our food would be given to me no charge but I had no idea how long it would take. We opted to leave at this point no food. Uncle Bob you need to hire more help if you are gonna survive. I won't be back unless you fix your service issues. read more

UB's is a great new addition to Temecula. What a pleasure to have a sports Bar I love here. Melissa and all the ladies at UB's were so professional and speedy service. A couple of weeks ago, ordered flatbread pizza and the crust was cardboard - really bad. Then tonight - taco Tuesday - the meat's dry as the desert. Me and three friends came here for the first time last Friday night. We walked in and stood by the front for a few minutes confused as to whether the seating is hosted or seat-yourself. We eventually asked a nearby table how it worked since no employee ever greeted us and there was no "seat yourself" sign. We found a table next to the bar and waited for a server to greet us. We sat at that table for 20 minutes and nobody even said hello to us... 20 minutes, I'm not exaggerating. The bartenders, the ONE server that was working, and what I assume was the manager all made eye contact us and was it obvious that we had not been greeted yet. We ended up leaving since we realized we weren't going to get served that night. The place has alot of potential, but when you have that big of a place, with open seating, you need to be able to staff it accordingly, especially on a Friday night. This was not the servers fault, she just simply can't serve 30 plus tables at the same time. This place is right by my house so I was really wanted it to work, but sitting at a table for 20 minutes AND being noticed by the staff made us feel like we were bothering them. Definitely put a sour taste in my mouth for Uncle Bob's. read more

My husband has always been trying to take me here and I finally agreed to go tonight with our daughter. We sat for 10 mins with only a quick acknowledgement and then no one came back to take our drink order. Everyone around us was being helped but we didn't even get a second glance.
