Most of the time I end up not even taking my car here for the service that I'm looking for, because it's so expensive. When I was looking to buy tires? Expensive. Oil changes? Expensive!. So if I have to pay almost as much as I would have to pay the dealership, why would I bring it to pep boys? The people who work here are also not very helpful. It's extremely difficult to get anybody on the phone, it just rings and rings and rings. They're very dismissive, especially of my wife. The few times that we have had work done here she has not had a great experience with either dropping off or picking the vehicle up. So why two stars instead of one? Well, I've never had any issues with the quality of the work that they do. Or the timeliness of the work that they do. I came to this location on a Monday morning after speaking to Cody, the receptionist, who was very pleasant and informative. I was there within an hour of my call. Candy, the welder, came out to speak to me and to inspect the damage. I had to leave my car due to the type of damage I caused to the rim. Fortunately, they had a slot available and were able to fix the rim within 24 hours. Candy literally made it look brand new. Best customer service ever and extremely reasonable prices.
