Jennifer, I believe she's the manager she was pretty awesome. Helping me find what I wanted and even searching through her inventory in the back. She was super helpful and helped me find a pair she recommended that I really liked. But didn't have my size. She actually found me a similar pair while I was in the dressing room without me even knowing! I was rushing trying to leave because I knew they were closing any minute. I was very disapointed in the service. The manager was on the phone from the time she open until the time she rang me up. She was on a personal call. I knew all of her personal problems from being there for 30 mins. They didn't carry brand I was wanting only online. Will not stand behind their products. I bought a stupidly expensive backpack at this store for my daughter, and the zipper on it broke within a week. She paid for half of it with her own saved money. I cannot find the receipt, but the clerk who helped us when we bought it was there on the day we attempted to exchange it, and he said his manager was even there that day as well (I purchased it with my daughter there, so they remembered). I offered to show him the transaction on my card statement, but he said without the receipt they could not even do an exchange. He was very apologetic about it, but this is a very lousy store policy. The employee in the morning seems to always have an attitude. Not sure why but she's super friendly until you ask her a question. She stares at you blankly before giving you a monotone short answer. I came in here a couple times before and usually I am always greeted by a sales associate asking if I needed help on finding anything. However, the last time I came here, the associate did not say a thing to me, but just stared me down like I was planning on stealing something. Then I noticed the next two customers come into the store and she greeted them and asked if they needed help finding anything. Umm... okay?!? When I was about to try on the scrubs, once again, this associate didn't even say anything or offered to help me so I took the initiative and found myself a dressing room. The associates here don't have very good customer service skills. I've spent close to +$200 every time I have shopped here so I'd expect to be treated a little better. As far as the scrubs go, they have a pretty wide selection with multiple brands to try on so that was nice. When it comes to sizes, they didn't have too many petite extra extra small pants there so if you're of a smaller size, you may want to get your scrubs elsewhere otherwise you'll be rocking some MC Hammer pants. I like the fact that they sell more than just scrubs. They sell some medical equipment such as stethoscopes, watches, pen lights, name badges, nursing shoes, lab coats, culinary outfits, and etc. I'd say that the prices are pretty average. It is true that nurses can get a discount on their transaction by flashing their name badge, however, this discount only applies to nurses who work at certain hospitals so not every nurse will get a discount. read more

I came into this store. Drove alllllllll the way from Fairfield. I drove here specifically to purchase scrubs that I knew they carried in this store because I browsed at their online store. When my mother & I entered the store, I was able to determine that they had good inventory in a spacious building. The 2 employees were helping others when we first came in so I helped myself around as did my mother. We browsed around looking at things, I saw the scrubs that I wanted but I also chose to look at other items as well. After a while, my mother & I were the only customers in the store. Still no greeting. No Hi, how are you doing? I was maybe 15 feet from the register. My mother was about 10 feet. I asked my mom, had she noticed anything? My mom, said, "No." I said, "Did anyone greet you?" My mom said, "Nope! Sure didn't!" The employee overheard me saying this to my mother and she said, "Oh, my gosh, you weren't greeted?" "Nope." "Oh, I am sorry, we're usually good at that. Is there anything I can help you with? Probably not now, huh?" I gave a fake smirk and finished my browsing and left without making a purchase. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I've never been to this particular store, but I've order from their online site was disappointed both times. Their sizes are huge compared to other companies, and the scrubs I ordered were a scratchy material. When I tried to return the items because they didn't fit, I realized I wouldn't even get half of what I paid back because they make you pay the shipping which was $9. You're better off just keeping them and trying to sell them on some other site yourself. read more

Came here for the second time. I had seen some scrubs online but didn't want to pay for shipping so I thought I'd stop by. The in-store prices are more expensive than what is online, even though I had found the exact same pieces from what I saw online. It was also difficult finding smaller sizes, such as an xxs top. They messed up my order twice. Sent it to the wrong address twice. Refunded(according to them and my bank can not verify) the wrong amount. Stopped my delivery because according to them I hadn't paid for it. They actually called UPS and STOPPED my order from being delivered! I am so disappointed with UA. I ordered a scrub top that wasn't the color it stated and returned it. I was charged for shipping for my original order and shipping again to return my order. So I only got back $1.97 after my $11 scrub order was returned. I am so disappointed that I was charged twice after following UA's orders to return my scrub top and when I spoke to a woman on the phone, she didn't offer to switch out my order. I wish I could give these con artists no stars but alas my review won't be posted. I ordered scrubs from this place and I received them promptly however, they did not leave them on my doorstep like I thought they would, they left it next to my garage door in a huge pile of snow. The package itself was rather small and the scrubs were completely squashed inside of it. Next thing I noticed was that they double charged me for the shipping, and when I got on the phone to complain, they claimed that the scrubs came in two separate packages. The problem is that I have the one package you sent to my house right in my possession, so I don't know how you could say you sent out two packages when I only received one. I argued back and forth with them and no matter what I said to them, they would not take responsibility and give me a refund like any true business would do. This place is run by a bunch of money hungry scum and you should do yourself a favor and not order anything from these crooks! They will come up with any excuse to try to get over on you and pull a fast one on you. read more

Horrible costumer service! Ordered a huge order of scrubs for our Dental office and had to send back several items for different sizes and placed another huge order for more scrubs. Specifically wrote on the new order form in Huge block letters to ship new items to a different location. Called 3 times and spoke with 3different people to verify that these new items would be sent to the correct new address and all 3 times I was assured that the items would indeed be shipped to the new location that were written In BOLD BLOCK letters on the item form. 3Weeks goes by with no information sent to the Email that I also wrote down on the item form and spelled out to the same 3 idiots I spoke with previously reguarding the new shipping address. So I make a 4 th call to get some sort of info regarding our huge order and find out where our order was and when we could be expecting our new order since of course I never received an email. Come to find out that the 3 morons I spoke to still had the incorrect email address and our huge order was still shipped to the old shipping address that I had wrote down and verified verbally 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!! OF course being frustrated as fuck at this point I asked the rude man helping me, so now what happens. He basically told me it already was sent out and there was not much he could do as if it was no big deal that they have complete morons that obviously dont know how to read or communicate well with one another. Funny how they were able to find and see the check for x amount of money in the return box that was stapled to the item form with the new address and correct email address attached, Anyways finally after dealing with the rude prick he finally puts me on hold and speaks to his supervisor. He then comes back on the line to tell me he will ship out another new order to the correct shipping address and I will receive an email conformation shortly, me knowing the recent issues with the other 3 idiots prior, i ask rude prick to please tell me which email he has on file so that I can finally receive an actual Email from these morons. He then proceeds to tell me the incorrect Email AGAIN!!! so I spell it out to him letter by lettter even with the whole N as Nancy, T as in Tom, I as in idiot the whole thing!!! He repeats it and by golly the prick actually got it right! My god! finally something done right. Right? Wrong! Days go by and I still have yet to receive an email. So I call again for the 5th time. I give the new rude guy my order number, he then locates the order and says it will be shipped out monday. Cool, Fine, Great! As soon as Im about to hang up. I ask the guy what Email address they have and guess what??? AGAIN!!! THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS!!! these people are nor only rude and get all bitchy becus you try and correct their stupid mistakes but they are complete morons!!!
