I took my FIL here and he couldn't stop RAVING about how amazing the quiche was. Flaky, tasty, perfection. At one point stated "this is 5 star restaurant quality" The service was good. I don't know if he was the owner or manager but he was so polite and brought the quiche right out and was helpful in getting utensils, napkins etc. the girls working were friendly as well. They also have their own packaged coffee as well as canned coffee. this is where I'll be taking my family and friends that are coffee drinkers.

They ran out!!! But they had just opened this location and didn't know what to expect.

New location that's on my way home. The best part is they have a doughnut shop integrated. Love it! Coffee great 2!

I like this place I reallllllyyy do. Everyone who works there is usually really nice the coffee is really good and the scones are incredible. I just cannot figure out why they don't put sleeves on their hot coffees. Every time we order a hot coffee they hand it to us. It's scorching hot and we ask for a sleeve. Went there the other day and it was 5x hotter than usual we asked for and waited for a sleeve but the coffe was far to hot and unfortunately dropped the hot coffee in the car and got burns. I know certain people would make a huge deal about this yell at the employee & probably try to make a quick buck. The sleeves on hot coffee should probably be mandatory so the wrong person doesn't drop their coffee.

Union is one of the locations in town that frequently comes up with locals as one of the best brewed cups of coffee. I wouldn't call the baristas friendly, but most of them know what they're doing and I'd honestly rather have that. A simple americano or cortado is the way to go to get all the flavors, but they have lots of tasty seasonal lattes as well if that's your thing. Decor is current and bright, lots of windows and seating with plug ins if you're there to work/study. This is one of our top stops!

As good as any coffee shop I've patronized in Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, etc. Love the coffees, the employees, the pastries, but most of all, the immaculate design and cleanliness. I drive from Spokane just to grade papers here. Also love the open a garage door to get some fresh air.

Amazing coffee. Bought some beans on the way through town. Love that they give me a free cup when I buy beans. Not everyone does that and it's really appreciated.

Great coffee! Took a little long to get our drinks. Wasn't too busy but the drinks were fancy so maybe that's why ‍

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this shop. It has a very warm and welcoming feel, with tall ceilings that make the space feel open and airy. When I first arrived it was quite busy, filled with families laughing and enjoying their time together, which created a lively and friendly environment. As someone who is more introverted, the crowd was a bit overwhelming at first, but it eventually cleared out and became a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were also incredibly kind. Since I had never tried a macaron before, I ordered a rose macaron to taste, and it was absolutely delicious. They also gave me a complimentary sample of their coffee, which was excellent. It was the house blend. And the bags they sell are very reasonably priced. The café is very well priced, with drinks ranging the $5-8 mark, and the foods ranging $3-8- and the quality of the food and drinks are quite rich in taste! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

The shop has a beautiful, inviting atmosphere and immediately makes you feel warm and welcome. The macarons and pastries were fresh, light, and full of flavor, clearly made with care and attention to detail. What made the experience even more special was the people. Claire, the owner, is such a kind and friendly person. She personally takes the time to talk with her customers and make them feel genuinely welcomed, even with her busy schedule. That personal touch really stood out to me. I also want to mention Luna, who was incredibly helpful. She was smiling, welcoming, and serving everyone with such a joyful heart. You could tell that she genuinely cared about the customers and took pride in what she was doing. Everything was beautifully presented, and the whole experience felt personal and welcoming. If you're visiting Coeur d'Alene for the first time, I highly recommend stopping by Florette! Bakeshop. It's a charming place with delicious treats, wonderful people, and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!

One of our local friends picked us up from the airport and immediately took us there, and now I totally understand why. We tried three pizzas -- the cheese, the bumblebee, and the sausage & mushroom -- and every single one was incredible. The kale Caesar was honestly one of the best salads I've had in a long time. There were four of us eating, and we still walked away with leftovers. But the real star? The sourdough crust. I will genuinely be dreaming about that crust when I'm back home in California. Perfectly chewy, flavorful, and unlike any pizza crust I've had before. If you come to Coeur d'Alene, this spot is an absolute must-try.
