I politely asked if the pricing varied depending on the type of eyebrow styling service I wanted. I received a (cold) response that it was a set price, so I followed up respectfully and asked what the cost would be. My message was seen, but I never received a response. I found this experience very disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask about pricing before committing to a service. I also noticed that most of the clients featured on the business's social media appeared to be mostly white, which made me feel uneasy and left me wondering whether I was ignored because I am Hispanic. I cannot say for certain why I did not receive a response, but the lack of communication left me feeling unwelcome. A simple answer about pricing would have gone a long way. I hope future customers receive the basic courtesy and professionalism they deserve. I'm also glad I experienced this before blindly booking.

I am not your typical girlie girl, so I don't wear makeup usually and my worst fear was looking like a drag queen on my wedding day. Thankfully Stephanie made me look my very best for both my engagement photos and my wedding day. Admittedly I was a little nervous meeting her at her house for my trial session, but as soon as I met her I was put at ease. She and I had corresponded via email prior to our meeting so she had an idea that I wanted a very natural look to my makeup. My main concerns like most was to cover up imperfections for a nice smooth look all around. She did an amazing job for the trial session so my confidence about the whole thing was greatly boosted. Who knew fake lashes would be so awesome! They really do make a difference in your photos, so ladies definitely do the lashes. She gives you a mini-touch up kit with your lip color and powder so you can freshen up when you need to. Comes in handy on your wedding day! She also did an amazing job on my hair. Let me tell you not a strand moved on my wedding day and yet it didn't look stiff at all. I have to say she is a perfectionist when it comes to her work and I really appreciate it.
