I would like to start by saying the owner Rafi has always found the time to check my car my daughter's car and other people that I have referred the work is always the best the turnaround is always quick and the pricing has always been able to fit my budget being a woman we always seem to get took an advantage of at mechanic shops and I don't have to worry about that always fix my vehicles without gouging and overcharging like most repair shops . This shop saved me from paying nearly thousand dollars. The Manager Rafi was so nice and very helpful. I came to their shop hopeless because the shops I've went was not able to diagnose the problem and the other shop even asked me to pay $275 for the diagnosis alone plus the parts that would potentially around $700. Rafi droved my car and he said my car needs alignment. And that's it it was fixed. Its not really how fancy the shop looked like outside but its the people who would not take advantage of their experience and eagerness to help. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE: *OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION: *GREAT and DETAILED FRIENDLINESS: *GREAT Walked in the shop with my Uncle with no hope of my car getting fixed because it looks like it's close to retiring and It did not pass the smog. Received different quotes from other shops within the area which was Ridiculously HIGH for my car issues. RAFI (The owner and Mechanic) Advised us to leave the car overnight so he can check for the issues that needed to be Fixed and he said he will call us once he find the issues. Called us within the same day, explained what needed to be fixed, what part will be needed to replace and the total cost for Parts and Labor. He was in communication throughout the process, explained the step by step and Assured us that everything will be alright. What I'm appreciative the most is when he invited us to go back to shop just so he can show the issues in car, and the major problems. This is not a review for the business, but to share my experience of being helped by these gentlemen. I was filling in the gas next to the shop and accidently locked my car with key, phone, and other things that could help me inside the car. I walked to the shop and asked for help. They spent close to an house, with a few different tools and trying their best to not leave any marks on the car while doing so until it finally unlock and refuse to accept any cash for it. This is a testament on how they treated people in general, will definitely go back for their services! read more
