The workers were amazing! This project took several days because I decided to have them also clean my attic and put in good insulation. I later confirmed with the technician who actually fixed my AC that most of the recommended work wasn't needed. What concerned me the most was that I saw this technician cut one of the wires on my AC unit. At the time, I thought I must have been mistaken, but the technician who ultimately repaired my AC confirmed that a wire was indeed missing. You can certainly use them for a free estimate, but don't rely on just their opinion. Get multiple quotes before making any decisions.

Our Air Conditioner unit went out. Our thermostat seemed to be working fine, the outsoor unit was…read morefune and no fuses were tripped, and the Zonefirst splitter seemed to receiving the command fine. It was a confusing situation. We called a first expert, who told us there was an issue with our Carrier system, and since he's not familiar with this particular thermostat, he couldn't help us. We then called Honorable Air. We called and described the issue, letting the recipient know we needed someone familiar with Carrier systems, and gave them the make/model of our system. They informed us that someone would come out and help us on Monday between 9-12 AM. Jeremy came and helped us out. It turned out to be a condenser pan filled with water. He helped us drain the water and troubleshoot the source, and it only cost us $230 for an hour if time and some minimal labor. Very satisfied with his help!
