Absolute worst customer service. Don't come here for a Uhaul. Go to an actual Uhaul store. I came back to return the truck and he was counting the drawer and instead of stopping what he was doing to help the paying customer in front of him he just said, "it'll be about 15 minutes if you want sit over there and wait." Every time I attempted to send a Western Union transaction they weren't able to execute it. Today's excuse was I could not send money abroad to be collected in US dollars. The owner of this place is a fake and only replies to customers that complain on here. I just called to get my money back as I just prepaid for the next 6 months and I can no longer use the box as my friend does not want to continue with us sharing and he said I needed to talk to her. I am not sure why he wouldn't refund my money when the service hasn't even started yet. When I told him I would call the fraud department for my bank he said go ahead. Had a wonderful experience. Renting the Uhaul was so simple and Med the manager was an absolute pleasure. He convinced us that a selfi stick was an absolute necessity. I came in to inquire about a Mailbox rental, all my questions were answered, and different options were given to me. As an incentive to signing up, I get discounts to their design/print services, their packaging & shipping services. I rely on their call ahead mail check, but mostly that they can sign and hold my packages, (I had a bad experience with packages being stolen from my property). This place saves me time because they have several services under one roof! Found them by searching for Uhaul so that I could return the extra boxes that I purchased (literally every box says "100% buyback guarantee). Picked this place because it was somewhat on my way to work and opened fairly early (only had to be an hour late to work). Due to the various sizes, it took me 3 trips to get everything into the store. During the second trip in, the man behind the counter commented on the products (asking where I got them, as he hadn't seen them before). Goes so far as to say I can pass the rest to him through the window so I don't have to walk around each time. So I finally finish bringing everything in, and he's on the phone with a customer; whom he gets the number for to (presumably) call back. He comes back to me and says he has to call the manager because he doesn't know how to take back the items they don't regularly carry in stock. In the end, I am told that they cannot take ANY of the items back, even the boxes they sell. Their reasoning is "we charge a different rate and are not a Uhaul store." I am trying to find how to comment on Uhaul's site as well, but since I was only returning not renting I don't hav a reservation number or confirmation number since they didn't take anything back. I needed to make 400 photocopies of a flyer and was somewhat surprised by the high rates that Office Depot and Staples were charging: 10 cents/page, even for that reasonably large quantity. Then, I stumbled upon the United Mailboxes & Office Solutions storefront at Wilshire and La Cienega. As advertised in its window, United Mailboxes charges only 3 1/2 cents a page! As to the color copies I needed, United Mailboxes had the big retail stores beat as well. The proprietor at United Mailboxes & Office Solutions could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'm very pleased to have discovered a great local business to have my copies made (and other stationery needs fulfilled) from here on out, and at unbeatable prices. Thanks very much! read more

I feel more secure about my mail being sent here, as I have all my most important documents directed here, the location is in Beverly Hills if you are looking for a great business address. The staff has always been prompt, and courteous, and if i cannot make it in during business hours, i have access 24 hours to my mail, Med, has made this business feel like a family, and I am happy that my faith in their security of my mail is justified. So many other things going on here besides mail, but, alas mail is my most important option here as i am traveling much, and I know my mail isn't piling up in my home residence for all passer by"ers to be aware of ... privacy is Very Important to me!!! I get that here. In all my years here they have gone beyond the call to deliver to me what ever my needs are regarding mail and package correspondence ,,, whether I am out of the country on extended work.... or just don't want to drive into the city..... B HUMB is there for me... So first things first, I honestly believe this place is great due to its location. My girlfriend and I come here often to pick up our UPS packages that always seem to wind up here. The reason for the 1 star is because of the owner. He is a complete asshole to his employees and does not deserve them. The young lady who helped me last week, I think was Alex or Alice was absolutely patient with me and helped me understand the UPS system and to why they end up here. The owner seemed be in a bad mood that day and was just plain out rude to the girl. Someone like that shouldn't be running a business if he's going to be a complete ass to his employee, especially as nice as she was. Other than that, her customer service was amazing. I purchased a bunch of mattress bags and had to return them the following day. The man who was helping me, perhaps the owner or manager, said they had changed their system and they were still sorting out how to make the returns to the new system as he didn't know how to do it yet. Fine. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He took down my number and and said he would call me as soon as it was sorted out. That was 5 days ago and still nothing was credited back to my card so I called to follow up, yet again and he promised to have a solution this afternoon. This was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this place became my UPS access point. I called twice and left messages with my name, phone number, and email that were never returned. I just went in person, and Ely was neither helpful nor knowledgeable. I was very bothered how disrespectful she was to my mother. She was dismissive of my questions, and when they got harder, she just called for the next customer. I don't seem to be the first person writing about how they are dismissive when something goes wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Too frustrating.
