I will preface this review by saying I have only written one other negative review in my life. I never review unless I'm going to give 5 stars, or 1 star in the case that my experience was so horrifically bad I sincerely feel no one else must suffer the same fate. Take a look at my profile if you don't believe me. All of the reviews on here must be fake because there is absolutely no way on earth this moving company could get 5 stars for anything. They have silver-tongued people running their phones but mark my words, these people are absolutely snakes. They must capitalize on the fact that "United Moving Solutions" is quite close to "United Van Lines", which is actually a reputable company unlike this unsavory group. Amber and Shay, this one goes out to you. Shay lied to me, saying that "We own our own trucks, we aren't brokers!" Well then, how do you explain that the movers that actually showed up were driving an Enterprise truck?! They also will tell you "Oh we will call you the day before with more details!" Spoiler: They won't call you. You will have to call them several times. Okay down to business, here is what you need to know: Like many of you, I put a request on movers.com to be contacted. I was working when I got the call and I took the second quote I got because hot mama, they gave me a deal! DON'T FALL FOR IT. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Pay a little more and save yourself the stress of dealing with these people. I signed the contract. Then they delayed my move several days. Shay on the phone said, "Sorry, we're just so busy right now!" Okay well then do a better job managing your company maybe? On the day of the move I was given a window of 10am to 2pm. The movers did not show up until 7 PM!!!! No one is answering their phone after hours so these guys don't have to answer to anyone. Finally my stuff is all packed up and out at 9 pm! The next week, guess what, my drop-off date is delayed AGAIN. Amber on the phone promises me it will be a prompt 8 AM dropoff! And to their credit, through the date was delayed they were at least there at 8 am. Here's where it gets sketchy again. The guys show up, this time in a white unmarked truck. At least it's not an obvious Enterprise rental again. They tell me I have to pay before they unload the truck. Look, I don't know about any of you but most moves I've had require payment AFTER unloading. You even can tip then, and trust me, when moves have gone well I've been so very happy to tip a hardworking individual rather well! But it's almost like these people know they wouldn't get paid or tipped because oh goodness, my stuff was destroyed. As you can see in the photos, my boxes were handled with absolutely zero care. They were brought in upside down and smashed. Dishes were broken! In terms of furniture, my TV stand was a lost cause. It was the sloppiest move I have ever seen. Don't hire this company. Listen to the newer reviews on here and SAVE YOURSELF. United Moving Solutions is a sham of a business, poorly managed and full of lying snakes. Don't let them scam you, either.

It's a shame to leave a not-so-good feedback here despite of others who seemed to have an AMAZING experience with UMS. I thought at first I am in good hands with them.. turned out to be a nightmare. The movers were scheduled early around 10 am so that they could help me pack and given that the furnitures were heavy. They finished at 7pm with about 30 min break for lunch but my bill came about $1700+. To my dismay, this already includes a *discount* for breaking my marble lamp base and its shade. It was a 2k lamp but they gave me a $100 discount. Fine.. I paid for the total amount anyway because I figured if they took really good care of my stuff then I could justify paying that much. Take note that I live by myself in a two bedroom unit at a high rise. I only used my other room as an office with a table, chair and some books.. and no, I don't have a library. Few weeks have passed and I was finally able to unpack these boxes and my inventory of broken furnitures were a lot more than I could imagine. Talked to Dasha about what happened and I have expressed my frustrations to pay such a big amount of money but the quality of the service was subpar. She told me that I should've let them know about the damages before I even paid and signed... as if I could unpack and Take a good look at everything at that night and the guys were rushing to go home. She also told me to send pics of the damaged goods to their email and I did but never heard a response. Few weeks after I called my bank to dispute it but guess what-- they took it back. Now, I've felt that all these efforts to get some kind of resolution is worthless. They'll eat up your money in a snap without providing a good customer service to begin with. I don't know, I really couldn't justify their prices for their services. I regret that I trusted them with my all of my Restoration Hardware furnitures. I should've called the Red Carpet Movers instead since they're the ones that installed those newly bought furnitures into my unit and never left a dent! Guess what, my bf moved in with me after a few months. We called a different moving company. They provided the moving supplies and charged us with boxes that they used but it was nowhere near half of what UMS have charged me. They dropped his things to my apartment and to the storage (which UMS didn't had to do) for just half a day. I'm never going back to them and will definitely NOT be recommending their service to my friends and family. I've never been this upset but this company really got me and just a thought of them triggers my anxiety. It's a lost cause for that I'm very disappointed!

PROOF OF CSI CLAIM NIGHTSTAND AND HIKING BAG

We recently moved, but kept our things in storage for a little over 4 months. When our stuff came, one of our nightstands was broken, and we were missing one large hiking bag that was filled with high value items. When all of our things came, i completely forgot about the hiking bag, and signed that we got all of our things. Once we put everything away, i realized that i was missing the hiking bag, so i called and they told me i should file a claim. So i did, you can see it attached. I wrote a review on google and the owner got back to me saying that they are willing to help me figure it out. He/she also said that i only filed a claim about the nightstand. Again, attached you will find that the claim contains both nightstand and hiking bag. They told me to be patient and that they will help me. I chose the 60cents per pound insurance because they assured us that our things would be safe. Turns out not so safe. The value of the hiking bag is over $2000 and i will now get close to nothing. I am waiting to see what will change, but for now this is my honest review based on the experience i had with them.

United was so professional, they handled all the furniture very carefully! Friendly call with Tracy on the phone and hardworking movers with Brian and Braulio! Definitely recommend them, clean truck and excellent service!

This mover shouldn't be used EVER. I waited 3 months to get my stuff and when I did, the pictures attached were the condition of my sboxes. Not only that, but someone went through them and stole vital papers, jewelry and other items important to me. My files were taken from letter F thru letter S. I not only feel ripped off, I feel violated. They picked up my stuff on March 23 and I got it finally on June 10. I called numerous times, left many messages without out call back or even a touch base that someone received the message. I was able to get cell phone numbers for both owners and spoke with both who were "exceptionally sorry" and then they dropped off the face of the earth. Not only that, but was given lip service saying that 1) they'd get right back to me. (within the hour) or by Friday. Never did, 2) they were to send me a claims form for the missing stuff. I have yet to see it. My job was a small move job, I get that. But if they can't handle the small jobs, how are they going to handle the big ones. I paid for my delivery because I needed to go thru it. I waited 3 months and I had just gotten done selling / buying a house at the same time. I was exhausted and they benefited off that. Just say'n, if you like this kind of drama, this would be your company.

Update after moving in for 4 month, finally got csi review my case and decided to give me 200 dollars as a colpensation with all these damages. The company added about 20 dollars on top of that as a compensation. I have no clue where did they calculated 20 dollars from, asked them and they don't know either. Didn't wanted to refund me any of the $2k that I spent on paying for moving garbages. Never trusting these types of moving companies with unprofessionally trained movers damaging most of my furniture. I will be extremly cautious when the sales team just want the signiture asap. I think after 4 month, now is a time to just make ky move with file complaints on Department of transportation, american moving and storage association, and the better business bureau. I hope this teach them a lesson to train the movers as how they should be, how to deal with such cases like this and also highly ENCOURAGE them to get a insurance to cover all this. (Probably didn't encourage them since their insurance rate goes up or something.) Good luck. How are you guys still in business?

Nightstand that United Moving Solutions broke

If I could give zero stars, I would. Broke an item of ours and lost/stole a very expensive duffle bag full of new items. Waited 120 days to hear back from the insurance, only for them to offer $37. That offer is insulting for the time it took to hear a response back. Please don't book with United Moving Solutions or use CSI.

United Moving Solutions in Las Vegas was the worse, the lead tried to charge me more than what I was in contract 4 and then got arguementive when I tried to show him my receipts directly from the company, they broke so much of my stuff from CA to Las Vegas,they left a huge mess of tape,boxes and debris all over our home floor, they didn't get our items out the home on the day promised causing addtl fees,they also left behind a full load of our items, leaving me and my husband to get a storage there in CA while we were moving to our home in Las Vegas,we had to get a Uhaul to travel bk to CA. To top all this off one of their guys stole my grandsons necklace I had purchased for his 13th birthday that hadn't even been opened,now they say in the contract they not responsible for valuables,it was only $60 chain, but it's the principle,they told me they will do full investigation,yea right. Who ever took it Karma will deal with them. Please save your time the headache and money,please don't hire this company. They are horrible, they won't even give me bk any of my almost $10,000 that we pd them. That's the least they could do for the inconvenience,theft,money we had to pay to stay longer at our other home, Had to stay at a hotel we couldn't even hv it cleaned properly cuzz their guys was still moving our things,we were charged cancellation fees from carpet cleaning company,cleaning service we had hired couldn't even clean our old home so we could get our deposit back. Don't do it,BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE! I only posted a few things there was so much more...

I was moving from Los Angeles to Houston. I hired United Moving Solutions because their office team was super responsive and helpful. United was not the cheapest option, but not the highest priced either. On Moving Day Adrian and Davonte showed up at my house with a United truck and in the blue polo uniform. Davonte got down to work. Adrian spent most of the time talking to me and hitting on me. When it became clear I wasn't responding to it, he started telling me stories about his military experience and how great of a guy he is. Shortly after his girlfriend showed up at my house. He then shared with me how the movers have girlfriends in every town. The whole situation made me uncomfortable, so I disappeared to my bedroom. My adult son finished dealing with the movers. Fast forward to delivery day. Mark showed up by himself and worked really hard getting everything unloaded. Unfortunately it became very clear that ALL my furniture was broken. -3 pieces of art -Peloton -2 dressers -dining room table -6 dining room chairs -2 desks -1 drafting art table -2 Razer gaming desk chairs -2 outdoor chairs/table I should note, that literally ALL of my furniture was damaged. I didn't move beds or living room furniture. Mark felt really bad and worked really hard to make the best of a bad situation. I called the office and reported what occurred. I left a message for the manager to return my call, and have not heard back in over a week. If you are a single female DO NOT USE this company. I don't know if Davonte broke my stuff because he was moving it himself and was mad or if Adrian broke it in retaliation for me not being responsive to his inappropriate behavior. Either way, I spent a lot of money to move my life belongings to just have to trash all of it and start over. I do not recommend this company.

Except for the sales Rep Shay, the entire moving experience was horrible! Fee kept going up during the packing process and ended up paying over $20,000 on a quote that was a little over $14,000. We were supposed to have four movers but only had 3 and the move was supposed to take max of 4 days, but took 5 and they did not move all the heavy furniture inside the house because the one guy that was left on the last day couldn't move it himself. Two workers fought with the lead mover over how and what to pack first. Same two workers were late to the house every day. So many damaged or broken items. We are still finding things that are broken or missing. I have reached out three times since the move to have them send a team out to finish moving the rest of the furniture, but were only told they would let me know if that would happen. Still haven't heard. Horrible customer service after the move. Never trust this company to move your items!

Left un assembled, and took the screws and tools needed to reassemble.

Didn't reassemble any of the large items that they disassembled. They have the parts and screws that are required to reassemble that they never gave us. Now all our furniture and tv are no longer able to be used. Drivers showed up high and still smoking vape pens in their truck and while managing our items. Then left before reassembling anything. Damaged our items. And of course, Missing items. They also hold your items hostage and refuse to unload unless you pay off the full 100% of the payment. We should have just called the police instead.

Colonial was contracted to pick up for our move on 8/20 to deliver between 8/26 and 8/30. They subcontracted to UMS. They called us and asked to pick up a little over a week early. While inconvenient, we accommodated this request, with the hope they would hold or better the delivery date since they were picking up early. It's now 9/3 and we cannot even get Colonial OR UMS to return our calls for a delivery date. In addition, they caused significant property damage at pickup, including dragging a truck lift gate and damaging the driveway, dragging furniture across unprotected floors (most professional movers will cover floors before moving) leading to hardwood floor damage. Several of the crew that arrived were drinking alcohol throughout the day while loading.

Not a good experience with this company. Very poor customer service Unprofessional driver at delivery Overcharged - So far I'v paid $181 over original price. Was told 1-3 days and ended up being 7 days. We used a similar company when moving from Milwaukee, WI to San Diego, CA and it took them 4 days to move it over 2,000 miles. Why does it take this company 7 days to move less than 400 miles? Shay was good at communicating with, up until the day of pick up when it fell off the rails. She told me someone from dispatch would be contacting me Friday 03/26 to let me know a time frame of when the movers will be arriving on Saturday 03/27. Shay previous told me I would receive 24-48 hours notice. When it got past 6pm, I still haven't received any call. I called their number and left a message and also emailed Shay. Saturday morning and still no response from anyone. Tried calling their number about 25 times until finally someone answered. Was told the pick up may not happen anymore today as they are running late and very busy but will call me back with an update in a few minutes. He did call me back, which was great, to let me know that there is no guarantee that they will make it today but will call me back again at 1pm to update me. 1pm comes and no call back. So here I go again trying to get a hold of someone. Finally, at 3pm, after calling their number many times, I searched if they have different numbers on Google and 1 did come up. So I called that and someone picked up right away! Turns out it was the guy's personal cell phone. I guess they are not too busy if he has time to answer his personal phone during work, but glad he did. Told me the movers will be coming in about 1 hour! And that he would call me Monday to update me on delivery. So from a 24-48 notice to a 1 hour notice. The movers that did show up for pick up were great and very fast. As we had everything ready for them all in 1 room. Monday 03/29 came, no response until I made the effort to contact them. Got the excuse from Shay that "they are very slammed today" and will give me an update ASAP. Finally got an update after 3 more days on Thursday 04/01. Was told "should" be arriving Saturday 04/03. When I reminded them that I was told it would be 1-3 days to delivery from pick up date. They quickly snapped back with "1-3 business days". But that would still put them late seeing as that would put them at a Wednesday 03/31 drop off date at the latest. Finally, they show up on Saturday 04/03 and even more issues arrive! The driver parks at an angle blocking the whole street so no cars can get through. I, and a neighbor, asked him to please move the truck and park it better against the curb. The drive got very upset and refused to do this in a timely matter causing people to get upset with the driver yelling that he is "being harassed and will fight you". Leading to police almost being involved. After that, was told our bill is double the price. So now we had to fix that. The driver wanted us to drive to the bank and take out over $3000 to pay him in cash! As they were taking items off the truck, we noticed 2 items that were not ours. A box spring and a mystery box. The drive and the other guy there said that this happens ALL THE TIME! WOW! When all was done we had 5 items broken, 3 missing pieces to a stand, and they failed to take the shrink wrap and tape off all items. BROKEN $600 GUITAR! Emailed Shay about the many problems on Sunday 04/03 and didn't hear back until Wednesday 04/07 after asking for an update. Talked to Vlad, their "Manager/Supervisor". He tells me that they provided great service to me and that there is nothing he can do for me. And that his driver did nothing wrong. When asked if I could speak with his manager he told me that no one is above him. When asked again, was told only the Owner is above him and that I can not speak with her because she would not know what to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. TOO MANY ISSUES AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP. If you are having problems getting a hold of someone at this company just search United Moving Solutions phone numbers for more options.

On the day of the move, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I had spoken with Shay/Amber for an out of state move. Even the office is supposed to close at 3pm on the day, i tried getting customer care, sales or dispatch - but i heard no answer at all. This makes them extremely unreliable with no communication at all. This ended up spiking the rates for other movers because of a last minute enquiry. We are now having to drive a truck ourselves. I am not sure how they have such high rating, but it does match with few other reviews who have had very bad experience. read more

We used United moving solutions for an out of state move. Their quote was reasonable but they made our schedule work when nobody else could meet that. Traci and shea were fantastic and the team came and had us packed in half a day. We had a dedicated truck and the arrived at our new home in 24 hours. Minimal issues with our belongings. The teams dismantled furniture and reassembled and did a wonderful job. read more

I truly can NOT emphasize how awesome this company is. Eminently professional from start to finish. Dasha is amazing on customer service! JJuan and his team were really beyond belief good at what they do. They just drove off with all my worldly belongings, and I am 100% comfortable knowing they really care, and will treat my things as they would their own. The skill level they possessed at fitting every single thing in the truck was stupefying! I can't believe they got it all in, I really can't. They did it all with a smile and a fantastic attitude. I have moved from NJ to CA, CA to FL, FL to NV, and am in the process of moving from NV to NM now. I have worked with lots of cross country movers, and I can honestly say this team was incomparable! The very best, and I mean that. I did a lot of research and shopping around before I hired United Moving Solutions. Their price was literally unbeatable, and the service couldn't have been better for twice the price! My family and I are all high fiving Bc moving day today as they loaded the truck was not stressful, and simply impressive on every level. Hire this company. You won't regret it. The customer service with this company is very unprofessional! Amber on the phone conveniently does not have a supervision available to speak with after hanging up on me multiple times. She transfers the call to dispatch which also hung up the call! On Monday morning we were told to call back for route for information... Waited and called back only to be told that Mondays are busy and we don't have the route info avail yet?!? SO WHY DID YOU SAY CALL BACK LATER? I will definitely not be doing business with this company. For your own sanity I would suggest you do the same. read more

The moving men we had were FANTASTIC!! We had some cabinets moved from a customer's house to our showroom and they showed up early, got everything done quickly and professionally. Very polite men and no damages to any of the cabinets. Would highly recommend this company for your move. The office staff were awesome and got quote and booked later on the same day. They were great and very clear in explaining what was involved in the process vs. the cost. Traci Thompson coordinated my move from Vegas to Ca and was very thorough in ensuring our belongings were secure and safe. The guys picking up my household goods were on time quick and efficient. Thats where the quality ended. My shipment arrived with two colapsed/destroyed bookcases, several wrapped and blanketed pieces of furniture were scratched and the finish on several was rubbed to the point of removal. There were several boxes that looked to be kicked and tossed around. A recently recovered at great expense queen headboard and side rails never made it here. Delivery was late as handlers wanted to get back home and so tossed boxes into piles without concern for breakage. All in all a poor experience. read more

I made an appointment with them, paid the deposit, and I took a day off to pack everything. They promised me they would call me in the morning, but they never did. And then I called them, they said they don't have any mover available. Either I reschedule, or they just return my deposit to me and I would need to find another company by myself. I have a fair amount of moves under my belt and this was my worst moving experience. I hired United Moving Solutions for 2 things: 1) A long distance move 2) Packing and unpacking services They were not able to successfully complete both of these. I had to wait over a month to get my stuff. United Moving Solutions finally subcontracted another moving company so I could get my belongings. These movers then refused to unpack anything. To top it all off this is the most damage and lost items I have ever experienced in a move. Defintely not experienced with packing items or wrapping furniture. read more

First off. I had a one bedroom apartment to move that was 700 square feet in size. Some how I ended up having 700 square feet of belongings to move even after I gave away a couch, two dressers and 5 car loads of stuff to Goodwill from said apartment. This coast close to $4k which ok, whatever. But it was supposed to take 3-14 days to be delivered and ended up being 27 days. The guys doing the move were great though I received a call from a sheriff in Oregon on the day before the delivery asking me if I'd had my belongings stolen because they had found paperwork stating my belongings should have been delivered 3 weeks before and the driver was unlicensed and had drugs on him. Good thing they were stopped in Oregon or my belongings may have never made it to me. The other issue I had was I was missing a dumbbell and I reached out to the company asking about it and got no response. Seeing how the dumbbells were the first items brought off the truck I'm guessing they were delivered to the wrong people. And I checked, they were on the paperwork. Beware the first estimate. I was quoted $1300 for a one bedroom apartment and that kept going up and up. read more

If there was a negative option, I would give it. They shouldn't even get 1 star. Not one part of the move went well. They showed up to pack and load our 3/2 condo with 3 people. Said it would take 6 hours. It took 2 days, 16 hours. And the packing was a mess. They threw my 30 pairs of shoes in a wardrobe box, with other stuff, as an example. They said it would arrive (cross-country) in 1-2 weeks - it took 3 weeks. When they came to unload, they said they would arrive 12-4, they came at 5:30 pm, worked 2 hours and said they would finish in the morning. The next morning, late again. The driver sent his help home (which btw where day laborers with no moving experience) and said he could do the rest in 2 hours, it took 5 hours. And he was amazingly rude. What was broken? Couch, lost legs, Bed, lost legs, Desk, took apart and couldn't get it back together, bookshelf broken, nightstand broken, furniture that was suppose to be put together, not put together. Since writing that review the company representative contacted me and sent a handyman over to fix all but two of the problems that occurred during my move. They will not hang ceiling lights, and I still cannot find a desk shelf, but since they fixed everything else, I have written a better review for this company. They are reasonably priced. read more

Please do not do business with this company. They are incredibly dishonest. They will tell you that they offered to help with my dissatisfaction, but that is just more dishonesty. I have moved 18 times in my lifetime (10 long-haul, 8 local), and this was the worst move ever. Here's a list of their dishonesty: 1. They quoted my a 4-man team for 2 hours to move my 3-bedroom home just a few miles away. The SLOW team took 5.5 hours. When I asked, they said that it should take 5.5 hours. Then why did they quote 2 hours? I had a similar move just 2 years ago. It took 2 men 4 hours. It shouldn't have taken a 4-man team 5.5 hours. And we didn't even have them move any boxes into our new house. We had them leave them in the garage. 2. When the movers were late in arriving, I called and they said that there was a problem with the air-conditioning in the truck. This turned out to be a lie. I saw first hand that it was starter. When it came to moving the truck, it took him seven tries to start the engine. 3. They said they hired only professional movers. But the movers were anything but professionals. For one thing, they were very slow (extending the billable time beyond what is reasonable). Also, they failed to protect the banisters in our new house and we had to insist they do it. And the movers caused damage to our walls and ceilings. 4. When we asked about the damage, they said they talked to the foreman and he said that he and his crew did not cause any damage to our property. Another lie. I am sorry that I was foolish enough to deal with this dishonest company. Please do not make the same mistake I made. read more

I would like to add a follow-up to the review left by Gail San Diego. For anyone who is interested and wondering if the business manager reaching out below the message really results in the company "making it right." It does not. Basically, this is what you CAN get if you hire this company. I am not saying you WILL get it, just that it is totally 100% possible that this will be your experience if you hire them. You could: - Pay $1,700.00 to move between two small apartments 12 miles apart and it'll take 7 hours. - They will charge you $600.00 for boxes that you did not ask for even though you already packed your items in boxes. - They will damage valuable items (like the ones listed in Gail's post). - They will leave a weed pen in your house for your children to grab. - THEY WILL LEAVE A LITERAL SHIT IN YOUR TOILET (of your new house, not the old one) - Then they will offer to shave a percentage off the $600.00 boxes in exchange for you removing the negative review and calling it good... I didn't think I could possibly be more annoyed with this company but then they reach out like a bad ex-boyfriend who makes you think everything will be different this time just to upset you and let you down again. I don't care what the other reviews say, if I knew that something like this was even a possibility I would not have taken the chance. I HONESTLY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY AND I WISH THAT I HAD NOT EVEN TRIED TO LET TO THEM "MAKE IT RIGHT" Vlad (owner), if my employees treated my customers like this I would be ashamed of myself and my business. This is a complete scam of a company. The delivery was more than a month late to its destination, the load in did not include the packing materials which was included in the price paid, they used the hot tub after they packed items, they left a significant number of items at the house that we had to pack and ship ourselves before we could leave, they packed and repacked most of the items during the 4 weeks they moved it from warehouse to warehouse while they waited for their too small company truck to be repaired, not once but twice, they stole several items including golf clubs, teak shower bench, tools and more. The items that did arrive were significantly damaged (about $20,000 worth). RUN don't walk away from these crooks. Many of the favorable reviews about them come from the same IP address, so buyer beware. read more

Everything after the initial pickup has been awful with this moving company. My pickup was 12/29/2021, I was then told the delivery would take anywhere between 6-21 business days for a move from Cali to TX. Then throughout this whole process the communication has been terrible. I had to go through hoops just to get ahold of someone. Then when I was able to finally get ahold of someone I was told my delivery would be week of January 17. Then got told it got pushed backed to January 29th, then closer to the date a call from a dispatcher to confirm for the 31st at 10AM. Once again, I received an email from Vladimir stating they just tried to call me yet I received no missed call or voicemail from them. But it also stated that the delivery had now been pushed back to February 2nd. Then today I received a call from a dispatcher that my date is now set for February 4th. read more

HOWEVER, on the day of moving, the guys were DEF quick and efficient, BUT they "took advantage" of my being over tired and stressed, and I wasn't given the discount when he wrote the bill nor took into account my initial deposit. BEWARE!!!!!!! I am not allowed to put zero stars,, but I hired this moving company and their movers stole my jewelry! They refuse to provide me with the information to file police reports and had me go through their insurance company that denied my claim stating they don't cover any personal items which I thought was everything. The moving company knew that my jewelry was stolen and knew that they don't cover those items, but still had me go through the process which gave the thief enough time to pawn my stuff. Please do not use them and now it seems as if I have to take them to court to at least get a portion of the value of the jewelry back that was stolen and can never be replaced. read more

Shay was super helpful throughout the whole process! (LMAO what a joke) Brian and Alejandro were fantastic and got my stuff loaded up super quick. They made sure all of my belongings were padded and taken care of! They made the move extremely smooth!!:) ^^ so that upper review that began with 5 stars was made after the guys loaded my stuff on the truck and then asked me to make a review specifically listing their names. They had just loaded up the truck and I figured if I did what the asked they would take care of my stuff and I might get better responses. Haha I was wrong so let me tell you how it really went. This moving company is terrible and will manipulate you into thinking they are doing everything they can for you. Like everyone else when I booked my move I was given a two day window(Monday or Tuesday) when they would come to pick up my things. Shay told me that she would be there with me through the whole move (LOL) she stopped responding to me when I started asking about dates and then I got ahold of Amber in Customer Service and never heard from Shay again. They call me a week before and ask if they can come a day later instead. I told them absolutely not as I would be leaving that morning and delaying the pickup would delay me leaving. Tuesday I don't hear from them so I call them and they say it'll be an early evening pickup and they will call when an hour out. At around 430 I call them and find out they are still 3 hours away and will not be picking up my items till Wednesday (the day they asked to move to that I said no to). They came first thing Wednesday morning and the crew I interacted with was actually pretty great getting everything loaded. After loading my belongings and telling me they will fix a broken leg on my bed after delivery, he asks me to write a review (this is how they have so many great reviews). I had a delivery window of June 25-July 10. I got a call in June 29 telling me my things would be delivered on July 4 at 12pm and that I would need to make arrangements to be there. I asked if this was set in stone as I would have to cancel my holiday plans to make this work. I was told yes that was the confirmed date and time and that I would get a 24 hour notice and a 1 hour notice. I called back Friday afternoon to confirm so I could make sure to be here for delivery. I was again told the schedule was confirmed and I would get my belongings July 4th at noon. I never got a confirmation call 24 before the scheduled delivery and they didn't show up for delivery. I called and left voicemails on every extension and even texted my original pick up driver to see if I could locate my belongings, but all I got in return was silence. For the almost $3k they charged me for a "no hassle move" this has been the most stressful move of my life (and I've lived in 17 houses in my 23 years). I don't know how this company is still in business. I have yet to see the condition of my belongings but after reading all the reviews and the terrible experience I've had thus far I am not hopeful. It seems that all you have to do to get a response is post a bad review because after calling them SIXTEEN times and getting no response, I got a call back 5 minutes within posting a review. My delivery date has been delayed (not surprised but at this point I just want my stuff) Tyrone, the driver that just called me was very kind and really did try to help me as much as he could It's sad that this company is so terrible when they really do have (a few) great employees When I finally got my belongings the delivery guys were kind and helpful. The corporate side of this company is horseshit, don't waste your money on them, they're helpful until they get your deposit and you're committed to using them and then they will drop off the face of the earth and show up when they please and ignore all communication. read more

The sales people were nice, but the rest of the operation is a joke. They re-scheduled our pick-up 3 times and still showed up late. They originally tried to charge us an extra $2000 saying we had extra items. We got that down to $400 but still had to pay more. Furthermore, they damaged our roof and even after I explained to the financial manager that our house had already sold and would not have passed inspection with that kind of damage her response was there's no proof and liability was signed off. The roof had been separated from the eve leaving about a 2" gap that was caused by a piece of our furniture being lifted on their trucks lift gate lifting the roof over our garage. An inspector would've seen that. However, since it wasn't noticed while the movers were there, and the paperwork was signed, they pulled the "you signed off on it" and "you have no proof" card. We got an estimate and sent $950 to the new owners, because we felt bad, and it wasn't their fault. United Moving Solutions would not work with us at all with the roof. When we finally received our belongings there were damaged items and a few things missing. It's not worth filing a claim, because they only offer 60 cents a pound. So, if they damaged your $1000 tv that weighs about 50lbs you'll get $30. It was my fault for not paying for the extra insurance (that I was never asked if I wanted), but it makes me think how much of a pain it would've been to claim anything even with that. We're just happy to have our things and be done with this company. This was a lesson well learned. I would not recommend this company. Lastly, please don't respond trying to make it all better. Y'all had your chance. Shay, I sent pictures of the damaged roof. The roof of a house that was sold a week before and passed inspection. What more proof can I obtain without actually recording it happen. The fact that there wasn't even an effort to make it right and Dasha was very quick to dismiss it as not the fault of her crew tells me a lot. That's not good customer service. Even after what we went through with the scheduling leading up. And I agree, Traci was the only positive through this whole ordeal. read more

Not a good moving company. Arranging move was easy but went downhill after that. The day of move movers arrived late. They stacked all of my items in a small RENTED moving truck. Heavy boxes placed on top of small furniture; boxes marked FRAGILE stacked under other boxes. Disassembled furniture unnecessarily, lost screws/washers for furniture. When I questioned what they were doing, advised "they knew what they were doing". Movers were also not professional. On delivery day, arrived 2 hours after the stated arrival time. At delivery multiple items damaged. Small table and legs on chairs crushed because heavy boxes placed on top. Broken dishes and glasses because boxes marked fragile were ignored. The movers even damaged item removing from truck (kicked off truck- sorry?). Movers could not re assemble furniture items they disassembled at time of move? Contacted company. Assured I would be reimbursed for multiple damaged items, worth well over $1000. After filing claim, they stated they would only reimburse $290. Per claim company, they only compensate by weight and do no compensate for fragile items. READ THE CONTRACT. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DONT USE. read more

I would highly recommend this awesome moving company. The owners Vladimir and Dasha are very professional and courteous. They even accommodated me by moving up the scheduled move date to a few days prior, due to the COVID19 epidemic during this time. Igor and his team called me prior to the move time (approximately 30 minutes) to let me know they were on their way, and arrived on time. They did an excellent job and were able to move everything in 5 hours from my apartment, storage and into my new home. I really felt comfortable with them and appreciated their hard work. PLEASE READ!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! They are crooks, unprofessional, and leave you in the dark when their trucks break down. First of all, the two guys who came to pick up my belongings pulled up to my apartment reeking of weed and more than 27 hrs LATE from the pick up window they gave me! I get being on the road for a while, but when I see them pulled over in the parking lot smoking, that's really unprofessional! I let that go, cause it didn't hurt me or my stuff. What leads me to leaving this review is the lack of professionalism and COMMUNICATION from this company. I have been left in the dark (zero communication) since they picked up my stuff 18 days ago!!!! The drop off window I was given was august 8th-14th. I didn't hear from them at all and as the week got later I assumed they would be arriving more near the end of that window. The 13th came and I hadn't heard from them, so I called. No answer, so I left a message. The morning of the 14th I decided to call again and was told I'd get a call back in 5 min. I did not. My messages were ignored Friday- Monday! Wtf! When I called AGAIN on Monday the 16th I was told THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN!!! Why the fuck would you not call the customer and let them know their stuff was going to be late!?!?! Instead they just left me in the DARK until today ( TUESDAY the 17th), apparently my stuff will be here at the end of this week. I have had to get a hotel room for my dog and I and they are unwilling to even cover one night!!! Shay, their sales person who is all nice cause she takes your deposit right up front, told me it wouldn't be any later than the 14th and then ignored every single one of my calls/ text when I would try to get ahold of her. Donny, which dispatch is a moron and lacks communication skills the most! Your dispatch, CALL YOUR FUCKING CUSTOMERS!!! This company is untrustworthy and I would never recommend them to anybody. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a different company. At least one who respects their customers. read more

After a deeper dive into reviews and past customer comments on the top 3 moving companies I settled on, I opted for Level15 Moving. I wanted to go direct with a company and NOT through a third party. I reached out to Daniel (owner) and even though he was busy on a job, he took the time to text me back. We exchanged texts talking about the locations and the amount of items I needed moved. I was extremely satisfied with his quick responses and by the next day, I have an official detailed quote which had been emailed to me. After reviewing, I agreed to the quote and my move date was set. Fast forward to the move date. I had two Level15 movers show up at my residence on time. They texted prior to their arrival letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving. And that time was spot on! I met Ryan first and Nate arrived shortly thereafter. Both were extremely professional. We conducted a walk through of my residence and once the scope of their work was identified, they got to packing up my personal belongings. I needed someone to haul all of the heavy items for me as I was moving much of the small stuff. Ryan and Nate were amazing! Both worked very hard and they made short work of loading much of my furniture and heavy items onto their truck. They did so while remaining engaged with me and if there were any questions, they were quick to ask. They took care in making sure my personal items were safely moved and loaded onto their truck. I watched every step and they truly worked hard while working in 105+ heat! Once the truck was loaded, Ryan and Nate met me at my new residence and the unload began. They reassembled anything that they needed to take apart and offered to help me move all of my furniture into the spots I had planned for them. They took equal care of my personal items unloading and reassembling furniture and others items. They made sure they did not bump any trim, walls, or doorways and they took extra care packing and unpacking. In conclusion, I've been involved with several moving companies over the years due to my profession. This is by far, the best move of all of them. I highly recommend this company for any move you have, big or small. Their price was spot on and the communication was beyond amazing. I can't thank Daniel, Ryan, and Nate, enough for such a great job. I will most certainly be using them again and I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family as well. And they do more than just instate moves here in Nevada. My move came in cheaper than quoted as they were able to finish the job much quicker and not all quoted items were needed. Many movers would have just stuck to their original quote but Level15 only charged me for the work, transportation, and actual materials used. Even if another company might be a bit cheaper, I would do yourself a favor and just hire Level15 for the job. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

Not good: 11 hours with a 4 man crew, over $1900. Not to move, just pack and load a house where we did A LOT of prep. 4 bd 3 ba. Nearly all of the garage items packed and staged. Backyard, packed and staged. Master closet and bath and master clothes, packed. Pictures pulled off walls and staged. One bedroom empty. Loft empty. Another bedroom, 3 items. 3 of 4 TVs were already packed (smallest 40" TV left). They spent 4 hours in the kitchen. This was the biggest part for sure and we have a lot of kitchen items. But it wasn't 16 labor hours big. My wife and I could have done that in 2 hours (and I guess we should have!). There were three furniture items to disassemble, a king bed, a crib, and a dining table. Dining table was not disassembled. They recommend buying your own packing supplies. No further guidance. So I purchased the $600 Uhaul kit, plus other items. Well, we needed a trip to the store to buy more tape. Then we needed a trip to the store to buy more moving blankets. Bought out the entire Uhaul, 15 blankets, $150. Brought them home and nearly immediately we were asked for more blankets. Half of the other supplies were not used (thankfully Uhaul lets you return unused items) which almost balanced out the blankets. 3 of 4 wardrobe boxes were unused (seems like those would have been good for the pillows, blankets and sheets sitting unpacked in the driveway). TV box, unused, cannot return that one (what did they pack the TV in? I'm scared to find out). 4 loading straps to secure the furniture in the containers, unused. Towards the end, unpacked goods starting going randomly into the containters. No wall or floor coverings/protection were used. I thought this was standard practice. Lots of scuffs and scratches on the LVT floors. Thankfully we were getting the carpets cleaned the next day. It seemed like we got an inexperienced crew. One older gentlemen knew the business and the others were mostly clueless. They rarely split up which is strange. In past moves, I've had a crew where 2 would pack the kitchen and the rest would wrap and breakdown furniture and stage. Then they converge to load. No efficiency in that regard. Overall, well done fitting the home into two containers with efficient space use. But this 11 hour ordeal ended up costing us way more than we anticipated.

I called and spoke to several places regarding quotes and availability. Quick and Easy Movers truly did make this as quick and easy as possible for me! I did get a lot of quotes, and it was kind of wild how much the range can vary. After some back and forth via text messages with Quick and Easy, I was able to get what I consider a very reasonable rate. I booked a few weeks out, so whenever I had any questions or concerns, I was able to communicate with them through text, and they were very responsive! This was ultra convenient. Outstanding communication! The movers themselves were great! They actually were there almost 30 minutes early! (Which was awesome for me because I was just sitting there waiting for the time window to start at that point anyways). They were total professionals when it came time for the move. They went slowly, were very careful with my items and also very careful not to tag the walls either. I really appreciate that they took their time to be careful. Also, you don't HAVE to get the truck through them. They have a rate where, if you provide your own truck, you can save a bit of money. Personally, I figured I had enough to be concerned with on moving day, so I paid for them to provide it. Again, very reasonable rates IMO. After unloading the last of items, I was able to pay using Zelle. They worked for 3 hours and 15-20 minutes but rounded down to 3 hours flat when it came time to charge. This was so incredibly appreciated! :) I am very, very happy with my experience with Quick N Easy Movers and would absolutely recommend them! If I end up moving in the next few years, they will be the first place I call! 5 stars.

Off the bat, Alona was incredibly helpful and professional in the info gathering phase - asking all the right questions so that no surprises come up for us, or for SBM. She was able to give me a price range for our move, but assured us that a firm price will be supplied once a visual assessment was taken. At the end of the call, she scheduled a video call at an agreed upon date and time for us to walk through our apartment with their estimator. The visual assessment call came exactly as scheduled, and had it not been for some technical difficulties on my end, it went without a hitch. A day after, Alona supplied us our fixed price proposal for our move. The morning of our move, Tristan texted me to let me know that the movers were en route. They actually got to our apartment complex early, but didn't ring the doorbell until the agreed upon start time of 8:30. At 8:30, Jett, Jose and Thomas got to work right away. Even though we were on the 3rd floor of our building that was without an elevator, these gentlemen made quick work of our boxes, furniture and belongings. We did our best to box our things up nicely, but the Team took great care to wrap furniture with the moving blankets and plastic wrap they had brought with them to mitigate any potential damage. In less than 3 hours, our apartment was emptied and our belongings were stacked neatly into the 20' Uhaul they had rented for the move. The drive out to Texas for Jett and Jose could not have been more difficult. We knew this first hand because we drive a nearly identical route just a few hours behind. It rained, then the sun came out, then it stormed. At the Arizona and New Mexico border, the moving truck had to take a detour on to a state road because of a train derailment that caused the I-40E to be shut down. Heading into Texas from New Mexico, there were reports of tornadoes that had touched down. All this to say that the Team went above and beyond to trek through some craziness while ensuring the safety and security of our belongings as well as staying safe on the road themselves. When we finally arrived in Texas, Jett and Jose got to our new place before we did. When we got our keys and opened the doors, they got right to work offloading the truck and moving our things in. Again, they moved quickly and efficiently, despite the humidity. Before we knew it, the truck was emptied and boxes were placed where we asked them to put them. We honestly could not have asked for a smoother move. Jett was quick to communicate through text with updates. Everyone on the Team was extremely courteous - I even had to ask Thomas to not address me as "sir". If you're looking for the cheapest move, Seven Brothers Moving isn't that, but if you're a believer like I am, that you get what you pay for, Seven Brothers Moving cannot be beat. Highly recommended. Hire them, and tip generously because their performance warrants it 100%. A+

We hired UMS to move my mom from California to Arizona. It started amazing: great communication and accommodation from Shay, reasonable pricing, and quick turnaround time to get our belongings from point A to B. The great service stopped on moving day. Juan was dismissive and rude to my mom and pressured us to leave a 5-star yelp review at the end. He and his crew were rushed with packing up the truck and put tape on finished wood. They did not consult with us before charging us for some packing materials that we actually did not even see them use. I contacted UMS two days later and spoke to Amber regarding a delivery date. We were promised 1-5 days for delivery. Amber would say she would check on a date and never call back. I emailed Shay, who at first said she would work on it but then she ignored me as well. I would be more than happy to post the emails that go along with these conversations. The company did not respond to me until I called again 7 days after and Amber finally told me they would be delivering the next day. My mom's items were delivered in a different truck than they were placed in. Jose and his crew were very friendly and professional with my mom but they did drop a load of boxes on the way in. Boxes arrived damaged and several items were missing. Some items that were packed up in protective wrap were delivered unwrapped. I was told by Amber they would account for all items before coming off the truck but the crew did not do that. It got even worse after opening the boxes and discovering multiple broken items. Furniture was delivered damaged and/or broken. My mom's disability scooter is damaged and will not start. We had to spend quite a bit of money to purchase items for my medically disabled mom to function because we did not know when the items would be delivered and missing/damaged items because of UMS. Using UMS ended of becoming nothing short of a nightmare and we still have yet to hear from the company regarding any of this. read more

The team at United Moving Solutions are amazing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We were paired up with them by chance when we chose Colonial Van lines to coordinate our move from California to Utah. We did not know at the time that Colonial contracted out so we ended up with United. If we could do it all over again my husband and I would have never chose to use Colonial and just went with United right off the bat. Mickey and Nester showed up to pack our truck. Colonial made a huge mistake with our inventory list and the guys were left to clean up the mess Colonial made. Mickey and Nester were true professionals and handled our items with care and respect and packed every item into the truck precisely and carefully. They kept us informed on everything we needed to know about how we would be receiving our items, where they were, how much our truck weighed, etc. meanwhile there was nothing but silence from Colonial. Vlad, the owner of United is kind and extremely customer service oriented. He communicated with my husband and I about when our stuff was delivered and where it was at. Again, Colonial was nowhere to be found but United was there. Allejandro and his partner (didn't get his name) were also fabulous. They called us when they were 30 minutes from our home, showed up right on time and put everything back together while also kindly and patiently dealing with my husband and my frustration. Do yourself a favor and use this company if you have a big move planned. Lol 1st want to thank Shay for help me and being patience with me thru process of quote and my furniture of last year Oct 2021 I book my reservation and put a $200.00 deposit fee, because I was making sure I wanted to move From Vegas to Houston March 1st 2022 please get quote in advance it might be reasonable and ask for Shay I recommended Shay. Now picking up my it was smooth and little bit rocky some miss communication but it all worked do to paperwork please read and might be some extra fee once the paperwork get to the office from truck driver that tell you what's on policy and your items on your paperwork please. ((Pick up truck driver and helper's was cool)) Now keep in my items did not show on the 14 days I call and spoke to Amber- dispatch to see what's going on with I've been very patience waiting for my furniture Amber told me it will be here on March 22,2022 I told her it going to be a storm/ tornado coming thru Texas 03/21 or3/22. We have done a lot of moves and United was the best hands down. We facilitated our move through a broker. There were problems with the order in terms of the details of our move with the broker, which they didn't convey to the United team. Thank GOD for United's foreman Brian his two associates Antuan and Devonte. They arrived on scene, expecting one kind of move and encountered a more involved and complicated move. This move could have been a disaster and these three guys, led by Brian, worked through the issues quickly and made it happen as it was expected and beyond. They were total professionals, super cool/great can-do attitudes. Super friendly, a pleasure. This was a complicated, big move and these guys got it done, packed and carted in 4 hours. I thought it would take all day!!! They clearly love they do and are very good at what they do. In a world where high level service and professionalism are rare, these guys gave us hope that this kind of experience still exist. Moving is never fun. Again, this move could have been a nightmare because of miscommunication at the broker level. United, (Brian, Auburn and Devonte) saved the day. Use United, and ask for these three men. In a world where customer service is a lost art, and a foreign concept to most companies doing business with the public, UMS was a breath of fresh air, and a blast from the past to the days when the customer was king. Rather than leave it at that, I feel it is important to acknowledge the individuals who are the public face of the company. A gentleman named Donny led the crew, accompanied by Ray and Rashawn. They were like machines, and worked ceaselessly until the job was done. No breaks, no slacking. Amazing examples of an old fashioned work ethic so missing these days. Not only did they work like machines, they were polite, conscientious and had great senses of humor, a pleasure to work with. They assumed nothing, and respectfully and courteously asked where every piece of furniture, box and insignificant trinket went, never relegating anything as junk or valueless. Donny was a great pleasure to work with, professional, but not up tight. He was gracious, kind and patient with my 92 year old mother, who was the one being moved in. Ray, in particular, took the time to sit and chat with her, and when they left, she exclaimed " They don't make young men like that anymore". I couldn't agree more. Well, at first, I was happy with what seemed to be a very efficient moving company. Well, fast forward 5 months.... I received my goods from storage and I received a lot of junk!! My end tables, that I paid a fortune for? One table beyond ruined! Garbage now! This company was paid an extra $2,500 to pack my valuables. You guessed it! Junk! Broken glass shelves, missing parts. My Thomas Kinkade oil on canvas? It was thrown into a box with several other pictures!!! Nothing between them! Two pictures were in glass frames-broken! We are missing a total of 11 large boxes (large stickers with my name and phone number on them. How did they get "lost"?), a Kinkade print, golf clubs and so much more! My beautiful formal dining table has no legs now. They took the wheels off a small cooler, but the wheels are missing. I could go on and on, but you catch my drift! Stay clear of them and Colonial Van too! I am beside myself right now! $16,000 paid total for moving and this is how it's taken care of!?!?! Some items were heirlooms and are missing. How do you put a price on those things? I never wrote bad reviews because sometimes people/companies can have an "off" day. This is clearly negligence! RUN AWAY, do not walk away from this company. Full of scam artists and rude employees who will hold on to your things in a warehouse for an entire month. The move should've taken at MOST a week from Los Angeles to Denver. Not only did they feed me bullshit excuse after bullshit excuse on why they couldn't deliver my things in a timely manner, they delivered my peloton completely destroyed and claimed they were not at fault, then their insurance offered me THIRTY dollars in compensation. HORRIFIC experience. Oh one more thing, their drivers don't work on weekends (RIDICULOUS for a moving company) so when they say your move will take 7 days, they mean 7 business days, and even then they'll take an additional 23 BUSINESS days to get to you. Shay was great in the first call then continued to lie to me for the rest of the experience. Amber was the only nice human at that office, but she was incapable of helping much. I moved from Las Vegas, NV to Scottsdale, AZ and decided to get another estimate after seeing a few not-so-great reviews with the company that I had scheduled with. I reached out to UNS and Dasha came quickly to do a walk through and she also provided a better rate than the other company. She kept me updated on pickup and delivery times which were all met. On pickup day, I met the movers at my storage unit first and then on to my apartment afterward. The entire move was 2.5 hours which was really fast since they had to wrap my furniture and pack some boxes. This team was fast and professional from start to finish. I received my drop off a couple of weeks later with Randy & Davonte who did an amazing job too! My apartment complex has a cutoff of 9pm, so they arrived a little earlier than expected and had everything moved by that deadline. They were friendly and very helpful getting everything into place in my new apartment. I would like to give a huge thank you to United Moving Solutions! I was burned badly by a previous moving company. Shay in the sales department held my hand a reassured me every step of the way and her quote for moving from California to Arizona was spot on. Serena in customer service kept me updated before pick up and drop off. Alex and his team did a great job picking up and wrapping all our items and loaded the truck in four and a half hours. Although I would have like to have our drop off sooner, Shay did tell me that it could take 10 days because they ordered new trucks and there was a delay in receiving them. I did tell her that I understood. Mark and Frank delivered on the 10th day, right inside the time window. I challenged them to get it all done before 8pm when they legally had to quit. I move a lot due to work and this was by far the best and easiest move I have ever experienced. A quick shoutout to Shay who helped me set up everything when I called in, she was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to assist me in setting up an effortless move. The moving crew arrived and time and consisted of Adrian the driver and Alejandro the packer. They made quick work of packing, bubble wrapping and shrink wrapping all of my belongings so that they were safe and secure during transport. At one point Alejandro even found I wallet I had lost about a month ago and returned it with everything, including money, intact. And everything arrived safely at my new home with no damage. Yay! From introduction to completion, each person I worked with at United Moving Solutions was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Moving by oneself can be a nightmare. Donny and his crew at UMS not only were the ones who made this daunting task possible, they actually made it pleasant. I just moved from my house in Berkeley california where I'd lived for to a new house in Las Vegas. My timeline was tight between needing to be out, and having all my belongings in Las Vegas when I get my keys. Donny and Shay and their teams made it work. On April 10, United Moving Solutions came to move my 2400 SF home. I was very anxious about the move. Devonte' and his team of 3 movers assured me that everything would be fine! These guys went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with every item they moved taking care of wrapping and putting my wood items on the truck with ease. I would recommend these guys to anyone. On April 14 my furniture was delivered after some problems with United dispatch. There was no communication between dispatch and myself, as well as other staff. However the drivers that delivered my furniture, Joey Montalvo and Irving Lara was very competent and professional while unloading my furniture and boxes. A one year ago, my son went to France to study. He decided to stay there and live after University. He asked us very much to send him his rare musical instruments and a couple of other things. So, I had to send everything from Phoenix to France. At first, my friends offered their help, but the son needed everything and very urgently. We decided to call real proessionals. I hired Uniting Moving Solutions on two separate occasions. The office staff is wonderful and professional and does what is needed to help their clients from start to finish. The field guys are responsive, polite, fast, and did an incredible job both times and it was not an easy move by any means. They helped box and wrap very fragile items, and protected practically everything they packed that wasn't boxed already. It was truly amazing how much they were able to "Jenga" into the trucks. They didn't reassemble the big pieces as I didn't ask for that, and it was not part of the contract agreement. They would have if I asked them. Desperately needed movers for a last-minute schedule change. Shay (sp?) worked with me over the phone to get me scheduled ASAP & even offered a discount. Stress relieved. On the day of, Brian called to let me know their ETA well in advance. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves, assessed the items to be moved and IMMEDIATELY got to work. Brian, Eduardo & Alejandro were great: fast, efficient & very personable. They got my 3bdr apt packed in an hour, and unloaded to the house (ew stairs LOL) in 1.25hrs. United Moving Solutions was contracted out by Colonial Van Lines. We were extremely impressed with the movers Randy and Ray. Randy was the main point of contact. He was very communicative with us regarding arrival times and delivery times. Randy and Ray were extremely professional the whole way and very friendly. They packed that truck like Tetris masters. I kept wondering if all of our stuff would fit; but, they surprised me. Further, they were exceptionally careful with our furniture by wrapping it in blankets. Also, they were very patient as we were able to direct them in putting the boxes and furniture in the right places. I would highly recommend United Moving Solutions to everyone. read more

I've had unfortunate experiences with different moving companies, both local and the major name brand moving companies and although the job got done, in the end, I always felt that it was a horrendous ordeal. I just happened to stumble upon United Moving Solutions by chance. Vladmir, Brian and Dylan were awesome. They were extremely polite, helpful and professional. They worked extremely hard and took care of my belongings as if it were their own personal items. Working with United Moving Solutions was the best! Just relocated from San Diego to Vegas and trying to find a moving company was crazy. One day Shay had called and put all my worries at ease. She took the time to explain everything about the company and she made me feel like I was a friend. She had assured me of everything from start to finish including the price. I delt with 2 different moving crews, one that picked up my things from San Diego and a second that delivered to Vegas. Their movers are quick, friendly and they took very good care of my things. I would say the name of the other company I have used in the past, but I find that to be tasteless to do in this review. However, you can catch my drift if you check out my profile and see my most recent review of my previous moving company used. This company is way more thorough. They did a video call with me and had me walk through my entire residence so that they could give me a legit estimate. After they gave me their estimate for what they provide, I was totally onboard. When moving day came, I did a lot of what they said they would do in their quote. Because of this, I saved $300 on their estimate, but I spent about $200 doing most of what they quoted me myself. If I had to do it again, I probably would have paid them the extra $100 to do it for me. But, $100 saved is $100 saved. The moving team was very efficient and fast. They worked really hard. My only complaint is that I am missing a shelf from an IKEA shelving unit they moved for me, and they left packing wrap behind on some of my furniture. Other than that, I highly recommend this company and think they go above and beyond the other company I had used in the past. I also have to note that it was pretty annoying that their office constantly contacted me via text and email after my move asking if I had someone moving in the near future that I would recommend them for services. I was happy with their services, but what person that recently moved knows someone else who is about to move around the same time? They need to be more thoughtful about the referral process.

I initially contacted another moving company for an interstate move from San Diego to Las Vegas.
