Ramon, who runs the shop couldn't have been about explaining and apologizing. When I went out to drive away, I noticed stains on the paint from the car being parked under a tree. I call to state my case and I was told the car was always parked inside which is ridiculous due to the small space in the shop. I called twice and was told the owners would be calling me back. It is now 3+months later and I'm still waiting. It cost me $250 to have the car detailed to remove the stains. Unacceptable and lacks any professional integrity.
