Fantastic service from Ross. I was searching for a car long distance and saw they were getting one…read morein I was looking for. Talked to Ross about it on the phone and coordinated with him to send a video when it came in. He was super prompt at sending several videos once it came in. I am a 6 hour drive away so couldn't just pop over to look. Ross was great and pointing out any potential scratches (it was a used car) but overall was in great shape. We ended up driving out to buy the car. Everything whet very smooth. First class team. Bob in finance was great to complete the paperwork. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a one-star review. As a hardworking American consumer, I would…read morestrongly encourage others to use caution when dealing with this dealership. The lack of communication between the sales managers and associates created an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I spent several days working with two different sales associates, researching vehicles, test driving, and negotiating a deal. After many hours, we finally reached an agreement. I secured financing through my credit union and also purchased a warranty through them, which the sales manager did not seem pleased about. After the deal was finalized, I purchased insurance for the vehicle and began cleaning out my current car in preparation to pick up the new one. Hours later, I received a phone call informing me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else! The owner needs to take note of his business ratings and send a professional in to evaluate this particular team in his dealership.

WOW --- Below ZERO RATING!!!! This place is a JOKE !!!!!!!!!! I don't know where to begin to be…read morehonest. Most basic thing a business can do is answer a simple phone call .... Nobody needs a GED for that even!!!! Been trying to get repairs done on brand new 2500 HD -- $100,000 + truck and no one seems to know how to order a part let alone get the part. Every time they say they got it -- guess what THEY DIDN"T !!!!! Never return phone calls when they say... Have been driving around with bad mirror and running boards that don't work since we purchased NEW!!!! No one told us that Becker SOLD -- If so we would have purchased through another dealer. Service with this new company is flat - outright ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. How embarrassing for you and your employees. PLEASE- PLEASE DO NOT DO BUISNESS with this place --- You will be sorry if you do !!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at GMC of Riverfront was the worst car-buying…read moreexperience I've ever had. During the negotiation process, the first thing I noticed was a "Accessory" charge for $1,500 for ceramic coating the interior/exterior and window tinting on the car I was buying, claiming it was already done. I've never encountered a dealership trying to make the customer pay for work done prior to the sale. After going back and forth and I was about to walk away, they begrudgingly removed the charge. Later, during financing, they tried selling me the same ceramic and window tint package that they had originally claimed was already done. After much back-and-forth, it became clear the work hadn't been done, and I began to feel like I was being misled. Before leaving, I asked the salesman, Kevin, if I misunderstood, and he confirmed that he was told the work was already completed. I tried addressing this issue with Kevin, who barely responded to my texts. After a week of no progress, I finally spoke with Alex, the general manager. He essentially accused me of wanting something for free, even though I explained that I agreed on the car's price because I was told the work had already been done and even came with a 5-year warranty. The owner, Yama(who I personally reached out to)was no better--he dismissed the situation by condescendingly explaining to me that when you buy something, you receive the product. Neither Alex nor the owner would acknowledge that I was lied to about the work that was done to the car. To this day I have not received an apology or even an acknowledgment of what happened. In the end, I paid $500 to have the ceramic coating and window tinting done. I waited over a month, and despite calling almost daily to schedule an appointment I was unsuccessful. I was even told to bring my car in and when I showed up nobody had any idea of me showing up. Finally, after talking to another salesman he was able to make the appointment. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.
