The customer service I received was over promised and highly under delivered. Purchased my car with negotiations on new tires, floor mats & was promised detailing as Arrotta's only had the car on the lot for a few hours before it was purchased. We left the car at the dealership for 3 days, everyday being told "the car will be ready by tomorrow, it's been detailed we're just waiting for tires." By the third day I decided to pick up my car and schedule those services because I was being told something different every time I spoke to anyone in the sales and service departments. The first time I picked up my car, it was not detailed as the sales department said it was. When I asked if it was detailed, the salesman looked at me and said, "looks pretty clean to me." (I'll add pictures of the "clean" car) The car also had an empty tank of gas, and a broken sunglasses holder that was not broken when I purchased the car. I had to schedule for the tires, mats, and for the sunglasses holder to be replaced the following week and unfortunately was told by the service department when I brought my car back for these services, that they don't do detailing in house.. it's done by a third party. At this point I ask to speak to the sales manager because I'm frustrated and just want to have my new car. He informed me the car was "wiped down by his kids" (I'm guessing he was speaking of his employees, and assumed I would accept that as a car detail) although in the same conversation said the car would be detailed after new tires were put on even though I had zero communication of that happening. And I'd need to wait another day to have my car but, I'm thinking this is great, once it's detailed I can just be done with Arrottas. I pick up my car after it being detailed and I'm honestly not surprised when I drive off the lot and my gas sensor shows the tank slowly emptying. I'm assuming with it being detailed same day, they put the heat on high in order to dry out the car for when I picked it up. It's so upsetting because by husband has purchased a car from Arrotta's before and had a great experience. That's why we had gone back. But each time I had called with concerns about my car or wanting updates, I was given attitude and felt as if I was an inconvenience. If promises about certain services and deadlines weren't made, and if there was actual communication between buyer/ seller/ services - the expectations wouldn't have been set on my end. Now, 6 weeks later, my temp plates are going to expire - I've called the dealership a week before their expiration and was told, "the person who handles licensing isn't here, I'll have her give you a call tomorrow" and never received a call back. I love my car, but I will never purchase another vehicle from Arrotta's. Nor will I have work done on my car by the service department or recommend this dealership to anyone. Sincerely, Ford Explorer ST UPDATE - got ahold of the dealership, they've had my license plates for the past week but never informed even when I called to ask about them. And then they continued to question if I payed my down payment when we had paid the down payment in cash day of purchase.

Nobody needs a GED for that even!!!! Been trying to get repairs done on brand new 2500 HD -- $100,000 + truck and no one seems to know how to order a part let alone get the part. Every time they say they got it -- guess what THEY DIDN"T !!!!! Never return phone calls when they say... Have been driving around with bad mirror and running boards that don't work since we purchased NEW!!!! No one told us that Becker SOLD -- If so we would have purchased through another dealer. During the negotiation process, the first thing I noticed was a "Accessory" charge for $1,500 for ceramic coating the interior/exterior and window tinting on the car I was buying, claiming it was already done. I've never encountered a dealership trying to make the customer pay for work done prior to the sale. After going back and forth and I was about to walk away, they begrudgingly removed the charge. Later, during financing, they tried selling me the same ceramic and window tint package that they had originally claimed was already done. After much back-and-forth, it became clear the work hadn't been done, and I began to feel like I was being misled. Before leaving, I asked the salesman, Kevin, if I misunderstood, and he confirmed that he was told the work was already completed. I tried addressing this issue with Kevin, who barely responded to my texts. After a week of no progress, I finally spoke with Alex, the general manager. He essentially accused me of wanting something for free, even though I explained that I agreed on the car's price because I was told the work had already been done and even came with a 5-year warranty. The owner, Yama(who I personally reached out to)was no better--he dismissed the situation by condescendingly explaining to me that when you buy something, you receive the product. Neither Alex nor the owner would acknowledge that I was lied to about the work that was done to the car. To this day I have not received an apology or even an acknowledgment of what happened. In the end, I paid $500 to have the ceramic coating and window tinting done. I waited over a month, and despite calling almost daily to schedule an appointment I was unsuccessful. I was even told to bring my car in and when I showed up nobody had any idea of me showing up. Finally, after talking to another salesman he was able to make the appointment. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

I couldn't have met a nicer guy. If you go in, tell him I said hi. As far as the finance department, I worked with John. Two of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. Long story short. I went in for a particular SUV, and it didn't work out. However, the one I went home with was a better vehicle, and a great deal. Go visit them when you are looking for a new or used rig. Was sold perfectly clean, O accidents, perfect car!! 6 months into ownership, I check my CarFax to randomly find an accident has shown up from before I was sold the vehicle. The accident dates back a year before the purchase. The dealer not only refused to negotiate with me whatsoever or be reasonable, but instead the general manager Chris Marino sent me an extremely fiery email, to discourage me from asking further questions or pursue damages? I don't know. All I asked for was fair: the value lost from the accident in good will, being I paid a major premium for a clean title clean carfax vehicle, *and I still have the clean carfax stapled to my sales agreement.* ALWAYS be careful when buying a specialty used vehicle, because not even corporate BMW dealers will make wrongs, right.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.
