Even talked to the owner and the GM (Owners son, go figure). Broken promises, after broken promises. Failed follow up, after failed follow up. Crooked as the day is long. I lost my job, my credit score went from a 710 to a 601, and I am STUCK with a car payment for the next 6 years, still owing $8,000. dollars on a car that they sold me that needs a new engine! And also have to continue insurance payments on it because it's financed and they require insurance even if it's non-operable! This is the worst experience I have ever had and Dan Arrotta, the owner, is responsible. I won a 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat on an eBay auction. I called to finalize payment and after waiting for them to return my calls they sent an email saying they will not sell the car for that price. I had already paid the deposit and secured financing. The owner had the nerve to threaten to sue me for defamation if I left a review and told the truth. The truth is that the owner and that dealership cannot be trusted to honor a deal and lies. They told eBay that the car was out of stock after I opened a case against them. I went to their website and the car is still for sale and the owner admitted that is not the case. After all this Dan offered to sell me another car! He even offered to sell me the car I had already purchased but for 29k more after telling eBay it was out of stock. How is this not a bait and switch tactic? How could anyone trust someone with an important purchase after they just lied and backed out of a deal? I got an attorney and sent a demand letter. They owner texted me after I told him I'm going to pursue legal action and called my situation bull$hit and threatened to sue me. He also threatened to leave a negative review on my business even though I have done no business with him. If an owner of a company is willing to text a customer something like that it makes you wonder about how other practices behind the scenes. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CAR DEALERSHIP ON SPOKANE We recently attempted to buy a car from them & not only did the motor blow up hours after leaving the lot but they gave nothing but a run around and treated us like complete trash! The salesman we were working with was absolute amazing and did what he could to try and make it right but the general sale manager was complete unreasonable and unprofessional! While waiting for repairs our new car was broken into and things were stolen out of it while in there possession. They argued with me in regards to what was taken out of the car and refused to compensate or replace anything that was stolen. After approx 3 weeks of getting the run around we were told due to the engine blowing up the bank would no longer honor the loan agreement and we would have to find a new car, at this time we requested our trade in back and to go somewhere else to purchase a car. It took over a week to get our trade in back, phone call after phone call was ignored or not returned, when we finally got the call to come and get our car there was evidence (broken glass throughout inside of the car) that our trade in was broken into; also the rear seat has been completely tore out and u can tell the car has been rummaged through, glove box emptied and thrown everywhere. I WAS IRATE AT THIS POINT AND YES WENT IN YELLING! They said they did not know it happened and took the car back and made repairs. Finally we were done! Fast forward 4 week - they did not cancel out down payment agreement and had funds taken out of my banking account THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN!!! && when i call to get it fixed the manager refuses to take care of it. Now I am out money until the end of this month due to there neglect and very very very POOR customer service. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Ashley Shafer went above and beyond to help find and get a car for me. Not only did she help me to find a better car than the one I had initially planned to get, but she shopped for and got a better interest rate as well. I just can't say enough positive things about Ashley. She went above and beyond to serve and accommodate me. And, to add to this, the finance manager Don put the icing on the cake with his over the top professional attitude and friendliness. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Worst car buying experience ever. Took my youngest son there to buy his first car and it was a horrible experience. The wait time was way too long and there were promises made that weren't kept. It's been six weeks and we are still dealing with trying to get my sons license plates. I've never experienced such a difficult process in my life and keep telling my son this isn't how it's suppose to be. We just had to pay out another $300 to get his license plates and on top of that he can't get another temp plate because only two are allowed in a 12 month period. His temp plate expires today and it'll take 2 weeks more to get his actual plates. This is all on Max Autosports. We've done our due diligence to try and get this taken care of but because of a "computer problem" or whatever the excuse of the day my son would get when he called, we are now 6 weeks out from buying his car and it's still not resolved. I feel bad for my son because he should be enjoying his car but instead he has to spend his days off at the DMV trying to figure this out. This should not be like this. It's infuriating. read more
