The overall buying experience wasn't too bad and the vehicle I purchased is pretty much as…read moredescribed. The problem I have is that I was told when I bought the vehicle that the oil had been changed. When I got half way home the oil change indicator came on. I checked the oil and could tell that it hadn't been changed in a while, certainly not as I was told. This may not seem to be a big deal, but when you spend $11=k on a vehicle and come out of pocket with a down payment and then have to pay again to get the oil changed it's kind of a slap in the face. In addition, I have been waiting for a month for my title work to show up and it's still not here. I texted the sales person and was told I just might have to go get another temporary permit because it can take 45-60 days. This again is not what I was told when I bought the car and to be honest I don't know if it's even possible to get another temp permit and if it is that doesn't make it right because it takes time out of my schedule to go do that and I wasn't told this was going to happen. The salesman just told me that if I had an issue I could call and talk to management...Hmmmm, a little different attitude than when they were trying to get me to come buy a vehicle. The bottom line is that you need to verify anything you're told and double check to make sure it's accurate, before you buy, because after you buy the whole attitude changes.

Got there - neither of the vehicles were there. They sold Saturday? But they had a completely different one to sell us. Bait and Switch? False advertising? Just atrocious communications? Talked to Ross about it on the phone and coordinated with him to send a video when it came in. He was super prompt at sending several videos once it came in. I am a 6 hour drive away so couldn't just pop over to look. Ross was great and pointing out any potential scratches (it was a used car) but overall was in great shape. We ended up driving out to buy the car. Everything whet very smooth. First class team. Bob in finance was great to complete the paperwork. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a one-star review. As a hardworking American consumer, I would…read morestrongly encourage others to use caution when dealing with this dealership. The lack of communication between the sales managers and associates created an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I spent several days working with two different sales associates, researching vehicles, test driving, and negotiating a deal. After many hours, we finally reached an agreement. I secured financing through my credit union and also purchased a warranty through them, which the sales manager did not seem pleased about. After the deal was finalized, I purchased insurance for the vehicle and began cleaning out my current car in preparation to pick up the new one. Hours later, I received a phone call informing me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else! The owner needs to take note of his business ratings and send a professional in to evaluate this particular team in his dealership.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oil changes. They too don't want to be slammed on social media just as none of us do going to work, doing our jobs and working hard to make a living. Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything.
