    Bruh they said they delivered it to my door but now it says delivered in romoland. This is so frustrating and all i get is a run around instead of a confirmation that they have it. I cant just rebuy the same product since its a film camera that i got on depop. They even paid for 3-4 day shipping and now im all paranoid as hell. If i could give 0 stars i would

    4/10/2020 Yesterday a package labeled as CRITICAL was dropped off at my neighbors doorstep. Not only is this paid for by the VA but the packaging clearly indicates that my Husband's medical provider went to great lengths to ensure his safety. The box is padded with intricate material and filled with 3 bags of dry ice. A pretty expensive method of shipping, I am told. My neighbor brought this package over to us today. In the meantime, it has sat on her doorstep for over 24 hours, in the rain and sun. I called UPS TOLL FREE. I spoke to a very nice gentleman. He's located in Central America! Guatemala, to be exact. He took all the necessary info., and forwarded it to our local carriers office. This led me to this location in Nuevo, Ca. Within the hour, Evelyn from Nuevo, called. I expressed my concern. She stated she will forward my concern to a supervisor. So far, this is where we are. I will update if and when we get a call from the area Supervisor. In the meantime, I am desperately trying to get a hold of VA Loma Linda to inform them of how this shipment went down. I'm positive, they would be interested in hearing how UPS continues on their track of inefficiency. It costs America needlessly to have this continue. Finally, we are in the middle of a global pandemic. Our neighbors handling our parcels is NOT acceptable. On a good note, Evelyn at the Nuevo office was professional and polite on the phone. Thank you.

    To this day... I have moments in life... where, i stop and wonder... DID UPS CHOOSE BROWN ON purpose?!?! ... or is it all just a big coincidence !?!?

    Ordered a package from torrid on the 5th with overnight delivery, it's the 13th still haven't received. I called and gave them apartment gate code just in case that was what was holding them back butthey keep giving me the runaround. Where it says they attempted to make a delivery is a lie, I been here all day. Besides that all they have to do is put the package by the door, not so hard. And I have a ring doorbell camera that clearly shows ..... nothing. Nobody attempted to deliver anything!

    Day three waiting for a package to come in from this distribution center. Pretty sure tomorrow will be day four, being the package has yet to arrive to my door. I honestly would blame COVID for delayed shipping IF the tracking hadn't said it was out for delivery since Tuesday morning... Will see how this Edit: Package finally arrived on Monday, June 22, 2020.

    Despite UPS's terribly inefficient and extremely non-transparent shipping methods the folks running the Will-Call and same day pick up are the exact opposite. Both April and Alexis were awesome and actually went out of their way to find my package and ACTUALLY called me back to give me an update even if it wasn't ready yet. My son will get his graduation present in time for his part thanks to those two taking care of me! Definitely recommend contacting them if you really need help with a package!

    Only if the package has a designated UPS label on it. A lot of Amazon returns are done through UPS, but if it has an amazon return label, it can't.

    I've always had good experiences at this location in the past, but today was a completely different…read morestory. I brought my grandparents in for a simple notarization, which should've been quick and easy. While I was having a normal, casual conversation with my grandmother nothing disruptive or related to the document the notary suddenly stopped what she was doing and told me to stop talking. I told her that she might want to work on her customer service skills, and honestly, that could have been the end of it. But instead, she decided to keep arguing with me, as if she couldn't just let it go. What really stood out was how she repeatedly felt the need to remind me that "everyone always compliments her customer service." I'm not sure why that mattered in the moment, because her attitude during this interaction was the complete opposite of what I'd call good customer service. It didn't stop there. She leaned over the counter toward my grandfather in a way that felt condescending almost like she was questioning whether he was of sound mind to understand what he was signing. That was completely unnecessary and honestly insulting, considering he is perfectly healthy and fully aware of everything he does. At that point, my grandparents were so uncomfortable they refused to stay any longer. We went to UPS immediately after, and not only did they notarize the document quickly and politely, but even they found it surprising that someone would act like that over something so small. There was zero issue at UPS with me having a simple conversation, and they treated my grandparents with the respect they deserve. I've always given this location the benefit of the doubt because of past positive experiences, but this visit was disappointing and unprofessional. If you're in customer service, you have to be able to handle simple interactions without turning them into unnecessary conflicts or making customers feel uncomfortable. Hopefully this location addresses this kind of behavior, because it's not at all what I've come to expect here.

They all welcome me and are very pleasant. I am always kindly greeted when I come in and leave. I have no problem coming here and have done all sorts of business.     NICE NEW STAFF! I remember when this place was ran by not-so-friendly "Karens", therefore I was…read morehappy to walk-in and be greeted by friendly new employees! The girls working the desk were very helpful and packaged my Mom's items quickly. Also, the staff never made us wait unnecessarily. The store is pretty neat and orderly. Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...

Rather than making me feel stupid, the clerk kindly explained it to me (like you wish someone would treat your most dear loved one) and even though I got my mistake immediately, I was super grateful that she was so kind. Regarding hostility & mansplaining: A young guy was making a loud public scene, and the whole team of women working there handled it so professionally and respectfully, I could not have been more impressed. It made me happy to "have their back" if they needed it. Post Office boxes are a good value here and I'll probably get one when I find time. Way to go, ladies!
