Package delivered somewhere and photo is not my front door. I waited over an hour on hold and still waiting as I write this review. This company has repeatedly delivered my packages to other houses. It so often that you might say it was deliberate. Every time I call them I just get excuses and have to fight them to get my money back as a result of their less than intelligent employees. 4/10/2020 Yesterday a package labeled as CRITICAL was dropped off at my neighbors doorstep. Not only is this paid for by the VA but the packaging clearly indicates that my Husband's medical provider went to great lengths to ensure his safety. The box is padded with intricate material and filled with 3 bags of dry ice. A pretty expensive method of shipping, I am told. My neighbor brought this package over to us today. In the meantime, it has sat on her doorstep for over 24 hours, in the rain and sun. I called UPS TOLL FREE. I spoke to a very nice gentleman. He's located in Central America! Guatemala, to be exact. He took all the necessary info., and forwarded it to our local carriers office. This led me to this location in Nuevo, Ca. Within the hour, Evelyn from Nuevo, called. I expressed my concern. She stated she will forward my concern to a supervisor. So far, this is where we are. I will update if and when we get a call from the area Supervisor. In the meantime, I am desperately trying to get a hold of VA Loma Linda to inform them of how this shipment went down. I'm positive, they would be interested in hearing how UPS continues on their track of inefficiency. It costs America needlessly to have this continue. Ordered a package from torrid on the 5th with overnight delivery, it's the 13th still haven't received. I called and gave them apartment gate code just in case that was what was holding them back butthey keep giving me the runaround. Where it says they attempted to make a delivery is a lie, I been here all day. Besides that all they have to do is put the package by the door, not so hard. I'm handicap and sometimes have to use a mobility scooter to get around, I was at this facility the guard at front gate would not unlock the handicap gate so I could mail my package?? What the guard told me to drive down to the main gate where the brown delivery truck come in & out which I thought was dangerous because my scooter is low profile I haven't been there since!!! read more

Despite UPS's terribly inefficient and extremely non-transparent shipping methods the folks running the Will-Call and same day pick up are the exact opposite. Both April and Alexis were awesome and actually went out of their way to find my package and ACTUALLY called me back to give me an update even if it wasn't ready yet. My son will get his graduation present in time for his part thanks to those two taking care of me! Definitely recommend contacting them if you really need help with a package! read more

Called UPS customer service and you have to jump through all these hoops just to get hung up on, and in a very rare case, finally push the right combination of phone buttons and get to speak to someone. It took me 6 calls to finally get a hold of someone, a person. I called the sender, and advised that the package never made it, and they started a refund process. Guess what, at 7:30 the package arrived! So why the hell did the tracking say it arrived at 3:28 and was left on my doorstep? I've had a total of 7 packages gone missing. One order (2 boxes) was back in October 2021. Arrived at Romoland then went missing. shipper had to replace the order. Another order (1 box) arrived at Romoland on March 31, 2022. Went missing. Shipper had to do a claim on it. Currently being processed. Another order (4 boxes) arrived at Romoland and the packages were delivered to an Amazon distribution center in Perris. It's been 2 weeks and packages have not been located. Don't know what is going on over there but this location needs better management or personnel. When I see my orders get delivered to Romoland, I kiss my orders goodbye because they will go missing. read more

If I could get negative points I would.. I have been battling for months, spend hours on the phone with different people and still I have no refund from the packets they lost.. I have jumped through a multitude of hoops they have them either close out their service prematurely we're lose all the information that I sent them... This is not the first time I've had issues with UPS, only this time it's over $800 and I'm convinced by the turn of events nobody wants to pay it although it's been noted and documented but they screwed up... Something with you with romoland in Riverside is like a beer muta triangle we're things just magically go missing... I'm not looking forward to having to call them again and spend another hour or two on the phone but it looks like it's an endless. These people are not customer friendly. Absolutely f'ing worthless! As if I didn't hate UPS enough already. They have a bad habit of holding packages until their original delivery date. FedEx will deliver a package early if they receive early. UPS will just say F you, and leave it in their warehouse out of spite. Oh and you can't go pick it up until they try to deliver it. What's the point of that? It would be better for UPS to have less shipments to make. Instead they just punish customers for not upgrading to a more expensive service. I'd argue it probably costs them more money to be difficult than to just deliver the package early, or allowed it to be picked up. UPS delayed a delivery to my house because of a "mechanical failure". The delivery was then scheduled to be delivered after I left for vacation. I used the website to have UPS hold my delivery for pickup until after I got back. Well guess what? These f'ing morons returned the package back to the sender before my pickup date. I called and attempted to correct this and the idiots in India were absolutely apathetic. They couldn't understand that they weren't at fault for returning a package early. They had the nerve to suggest I need to call the shipper and arrange the package be returned again, even after they created this mess. This was one of the most frustrating situations I've had to deal with. UPS screws up my delivery date, then they rerun the package early, and then they have zero desire to fix the problem. Customer service at the counter was great five stars. Getting to the counter is another story. Rent a security guard was an arrogant pompous rude person. Everyone has phone and keys. There is not a huge line like the airport. You are not protecting the nuclear codes. Does it really matter if I go out through the door you said or the gate when I am exiting? It is not a matter of national security. Will not return solely because of the security guard on a power trip. Harassing honest people is TSA's job not UPS rent a security. Also, hours 1pm to 5pm. UPS Romoland said they delivered my package 12/18/19 at 1:25 pm at the front door. They didn't ring the bell or notify the occupant. We checked for any package deliveries at 2 pm and 3 pm and 6pm and the next day and no package has arrived. UPS has always been awesome to deal with! Never a single issue, much less a problem, and I am 59, so that is a long long time dealing with the professionals at this service. . . That is until we moved to Riverside and had to deal with them about a package that we have been having nothing but trouble over. . . We are not able to reschedule or transfer the delivery without a large surcharge, and long delay, and the service people at the Riverside area UPS service center are rude, bordering on nasty: and that is when you can find one that you can understand! Apparently UPS has decided to hire mostly non-English speaking employees at their telephone service centers, and when you call in you simply cannot understand what they are saying. A delivery driver, LIC plate #90670P2, truck #664567 and I believe he said his name was Manuel. This is not the first time that I have experience an issue with him. He was supposed to be picking an Amazon return. He BANGed on my door although I have a door bell, and walked away almost immediately; not allowing time for me to come to the door. When I walked outside, he was parked with his music BLASTING rock music so he didn't hear me when I called him. So I walk to the passenger side and asked him if he was the person who banged on my door. He still didn't hear me and then slowly turned his music down. I asked again and he told me that he knocked left a tag so I didn't have to "get an attitude who him". I became responded that he was uneducated and would be in the same position his whole life. He then called me a Bitch. He then became to make gestures with his hands and flipped me off. My neighbor who later told me the reason he came out and began recording the interaction because he later told me that he heard him call me a bitch therefore came out of his home and began recording the interaction. When I saw my neighbor outside recording, I asked if they could record his license plate number. The UPS driver then responded with arrogance "I GIVE you my license plate number. I don't care". He proceeded to get out of truck, walked to the back of the truck and started writing something down. Because I had his pin pad, I was able to run in the house and get my phone to record his behavior. He called someone, who may have been his supervisor because he began to tell his fabricated version of the story, telling the person that he called me a bitch and then stated, again with arrogance "so she's going to be calling you I guess..." he then left. I can't be believe UPS is okay with his behavior to customers and continues to employ him with no action taken for his behavior. And from the contents of his conversation with the person he was talking to, they were accepting of his behavior. It is disgusting. Still having problems with UPS deliveries: although some good UPS drivers get it right, we continue to have problems with some UPS deliveries, particularly those that "require adult signature", such as wine shipments, for example. This time, as before, a delivery was supposed to happen yesterday, and we were home, watching the driver's route, live, via UPS' "follow your delivery" app, and we could see he was close by. We have an electric gate and UPS has the gate code, and even if they didn't want to look up the code in their driver's system, they could just hit our "Call" button and we would let them in. But rather than making any attempt at all, the driver *lies* and says "delivery was attempted and no one was available to receive the package"!!! They have done this several times before. And if we don't spend an hour on the phone each time, trying to get through to an actual human to explain the problem, then they will repeat this lie 2 more times (2 "re-delivery attempts") and then end up taking the package to a UPS warehouse where we will then have to drive to, to go pick up our package. There is absolutely no excuse or explanation for this, because it is actually easier for the driver to press the Call button while still in his vehicle, drive up to our house and deliver the package, and use our turn-around, than it is for him to try to find a place to park on the narrow street in front of our house. But they are either not trained properly, or they are too lazy to read the instructions stored in their own system, and so they end up making life more difficult for themselves and us, out of pure stupidity. And the thing that rankles us the most, is that this problem keeps happening, despite my calls to "supervisors", which means their management has no clue how to manage this, no clue on how to correct bad behaviors or properly train new drivers. Sending a package via UPS is not a good option if you are sending to a new address. They rely so heavily on GPS tracking that they cannot or will not even attempt to find a new address that isn't on Google Maps yet. Then trying to contact UPS via phone is worse. Their voice recognition cannot understand simple English. I tried four times before I was able to actually speak to a human being and then had difficulty understanding the person to whom I was speaking. Was promised a re-direction of my package and then switched to another Customer Service rep to discuss an additional fee. Say what? This person told me that the re-direct was not in the system. I still don't have this situation resolved. Waiting for a call back. Like I have time to sit here waiting for that. My time isn't valuable. I had a delivery missed me at my house by a few minutes so I had to come here at 8pm to pick up my package or wait till Monday for a re-delivery. I was concern since I thought most UPS places were closed by 5. Not this place, you drive up to the gate, there's a security desk and they'll point you to a door a few feet down. Stand in line, show them your ID and pick up your package. It was simple, but my only issue was that, that wasn't clear to me that they'll still be open at this time. Then the woman in front of me didn't have her ID and didn't know any of her previous addresses (weird) so the wait was a bit long after driving to the middle of nowhere late at night. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday 7-22-19. I stayed home all day. At 8:25 PM I get an email saying undeliverable no access. I called Amazon who called UPS to ask them to turn around that I'm home because I called within seconds of the email and they said that the package never left the facility. Lie so we called back UPS then stated that they try to deliver it at 11:00 AM but undeliverable no access. Lie.. so they were supposed to call me but never did. Today 7-23-19 they put a red flag on my order then finally UPS finally called me and the woman was rude and raised her voice to me when I try to explain to her that nobody tried to deliver the package at 11 AM and she kept insisting yes they did when I told her I had proof that they did not. I have been an Amazon prime member for quite a while but every time I've had a shipping issue it has been from this facility. Two years ago my daughter didn't get her birthday present (which was a giant trampoline) because it arrived at their facility and they immediately sent it back to Amazon. They didn't contact me, they didn't attempt to deliver it, nothing. I was furious. Between then and now I have gotten several packages claiming to be delayed for weather reasons when there is absolutely no bad weather going on and every single time it is this facility. I'm only about 20 minutes from them so I'm sure the weather is not drastically worse where they're at. I have a feeling it is employed by some lazy people and if they don't feel like making the trip, then they won't. They don't seem to care. I am so angry! UPS were supposed to be on their way with a package of medications for me which has taken 6 days to get here. I saw it was in Romoland since very early this morning and out for delivery. All of a sudden tonight, I checked my tracking just before it should have been delivered and it said I refused the package and it was being sent back to the company. I called Romoland UPS and they told me that someone would be calling me back in the morning and delivering it. Got a call back 10 minutes later and another woman said that the package was being returned because it was damaged. People, we are talking about a medication delivery, and one that I need to take daily and could be sold for a lot of money on the streets. Nothing can be done until the package is returned to the medical pharmacy, I was told. I plan on filing a police report if that package isn't returned to them within a few days so they can resend my medications. Why was the package not brought to me and shown to me it was damaged and I could decide if it should be sent back? And why did they lie to me and say at first that they tried to deliver it to me but I refused it and told them to send it back? I have my suspicions that is was stolen and now someone is either selling my medication or taking them. I am not going to let this go. I am taking action and I think I have read enough bad yelp reviews about this place to file a law suit. They lied and at least should have brought me the package to show me it was damaged before sending it back. read more
