    I'm blessed with a two-hour lunch break at my workplace, therefore have time to run errands. I decided to pick up my package at UPS. I also feared I was going to miss the UPS delivery person and not get what I've been waiting for too. A bit of a line when I arrived at UPS -but moved adequately (I'm easily entertained, waiting in lines with my phone) as there was two attendants retrieving packages. Have your tracking number ready. Within 5 minutes, my package was retrieved from the back and I was off and on my way ... Small, free parking lot. Staff is wearing masks for COVID prevention. Just bring your inner "Greg Packer game" when you come get your package. (FYI: Greg Packer is known as a "professional line sitter" and bought the first iPhone, camping outside 5th Avenue Apple Store for 4 days). Stay safe Yelping out there :)

    Liars!!! Delivered 1 out of my 6 HUGE boxes from overseas to a completely unknown address. When I opened the dispute, NO ONE communicated with me, NO ONE gave an apology or explanation. But... sent an email to my contact from overseas claiming I agreed to come and pick up a HUGE package from their location when 1. I never talked to them, 2. Never agreed to pick up this package I wouldn't be able to carry myself, this is why I paid ups to deliver it, 4. And opened their dirty month to tell me theyll charge me if I don't pick up the package. Down below is a picture and an email they sent. Needless to add this is a condition the first package arrived in.

    Weird working hours. I was told on the phone to come here and pick up a missed delivery, came at 6pm, turn out they open at 7... and they were open till 2pm or something. Weird. Don't use ups if you can avoid it. Edit: added a photo of the line 10 minutes before it is supposed to open at 7pm. And that's a line of people who need to pick something up from a delivery service.

    Great employees and I was given my package very quickly. The only thing I am lowering the score for is the opened box.

I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

    Let me first start by saying, I get it, it's an entry level job for most of these kids, but you…read morewould think the acting manager on duty should at least have some grasp on common sense. I got off work on 12/10/25 and made it to the door 3 minutes late with a tiny, but urgent scanning task (that would have literally taken me a couple of minutes to complete at self serve and leave) probably before the others inside even finished with their own tasks. This manager walks up to the door, I humbly explain to her the urgency of my situation (4 pages to scan to submit for a pending mortgage loan. I beg and plead, but all I got from her was "I'm sorry, but we just closed." Maybe it's just me, but It was 8:03pm and even a few customers inside came up to her with disbelief. But she was pretty firm and would not have it any other way. Really FedEx? Has the candidate pool gotten this shallow? You certainly picked a winner with this one. I didn't catch her name, but she should stand up and take a bow, as she single-handedly chased a regular customer away for life. People generally review the extremely good and the pathetically bad, because they were emotionally moved by a standout employee. This piece of work must have fallen asleep during her orientation. Clearly clueless about Customer Service, the notion of going above and beyond the call of duty to shine like a star during a customer's desperate moment. The other reviews speak for themselves. Just some food for thought for the top brass, who will hopefully stumble upon this scenario from an ex-customer's perspective and perhaps consider investing in a little more training - at the very least - about common courtesy. Will never use FedEx again!
