Great friendly staff however the place looks like it's falling apart. Yes it does look like they're remodeling the place in one area, however many areas need some maintenance or new equipment.

This was the first time I came to Uptown Jungle. My four year old grandbaby had a blast! It was clean, safe, and the staff was friendly and helpful! He didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back!

I have become quite disappointed in this establishment. The facility has become very run down, dirty, and in some instances unsafe. Many of the pads are ripped, and just duck taped. Some of the protective screens have been damaged, and again haphazardly fixed. There are newer trampoline parks in the area, time to check them out!

We LOVE this Uptown Jungle location, the staff work really hard to make it fun (and safe) for all the kiddos. They have Toddler Time where they do a craft, coloring, a bubble party, etc. in the morning time weekdays, and treasure hunts for all the kids to find coins around the whole jungle gym and have the chance to pick a prize from the prize chest. It always feels clean, the staff always jumps to help with anything that needs to be taken care of or to help a lost kiddo find their parent. We visit 1-3x a week as one of our regular places to get the energy out. Huge thank you to the team here!

We sure had a blast playing here. The staff were still in masks and they were cleaning this and that when we arrived. We checked in, they were really friendly and helpful. Got our sockies and bracelets and we hightailed it to the slides. We love grabbing the towels and going down the blue bumpy slides the best. Peanut and I raced down, went up and back down over and over again. She really loved the "ninja gym" section where they can walk on the swinging bars, hang from ropes and zoom down the zip line. I loved the rope bridge, we pretended to be on a mission and had to cross to get the next clues. We rode the horse swing a hundred miles and then went to the Rock wall mountain to finish our mission. It was a blast. We will be back this summer. It's a real workout for us older folks and a fun way to burn off energy for the younger folks. They have snacks. Cubbies for your shoes. Massage chairs to unwind, and a lounge. Really clean restrooms. Benches were dotted all over the play area to allow for the "watch me!!" moments. There were a lot of those Great play area for all ages, highly recommend.

There is so much more than just a couple of trampolines: There is a toddler area that is huge and gated off.

Since we were planning the event from out of town, having a team we could trust was incredibly important -- and Bailey and the entire staff handled everything flawlessly. Even the decorations were set up beautifully and exactly as we had hoped. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Bailey, the Event Coordinator, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was organized, responsive, and made everything feel easy and stress-free leading up to the event and the night of the dinner. The highlight was definitely the Rafter Room -- it was even more impressive in person than in the pictures. The space had a great atmosphere for a rehearsal dinner and made the evening feel really special for our family and guests. Highly recommend The Social Hall for anyone looking to host a private event in Tempe.

If your kitchen can't handle a simple order in a reasonable amount of time, don't accept DoorDash orders in the first place. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of respect for customers' time. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no reason a two-item order should take longer than two hours. Accepting orders you clearly can't fulfill is misleading and incredibly unprofessional. I won't be ordering from Social Hall again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time either. Do better.

As a guest at an August 1 evening wedding at Superstition Manor in Mesa, Arizona, I was very…read moredisappointed by how poorly the venue handled the extreme summer heat. The outdoor ceremony was held in full sun with no shade structures or any apparent effort to mitigate the 115-degree desert temperatures. A professional event venue in Arizona should know how to prepare for these conditions by providing sail shades, functioning misting systems, or other measures to help keep guests safe and comfortable. The experience was further diminished by a strong sewer odor that lingered throughout the event area, the lack of air conditioning in the restrooms, and having only one bar serving approximately 150 guests during cocktail hour, which resulted in excessively long lines. The wedding itself was beautiful, and the bride, groom, and our family and friends made it a truly memorable celebration. Unfortunately, the venue did not live up to the occasion. Guest comfort and safety should be a priority, especially during Arizona's hottest months. As a lifelong Arizonan, I know what it takes to host outdoor events in the summer. Superstition Manor should know as well.

I believe when tribute bands play it's called The Venue at the Canyon House. Just sat in the regular seats in the front row just behind the tables that are more expensive. Sound system was great, the screen behind the band was a little distracting as there were different camera angles. If someone sits in front of you at the tables that is tall or in the row of seats, there is no graduated seating to see the stage. The venue was not full the night we were there and the restrooms near the stage were closed, I tried. As far as the women's restroom goes there is one stall and one bathroom, I believe it's the same for men's. I don't know how this particular place gets away with one women's bathroom when it suppose to seat 500 people. I probably would not attend here on a regular basis just based upon the bathroom situation. Apparently they also have a clear bag policy which I adhered to, but it didn't look like anybody was really checking and there seems to be a lot of security which might be a little overkill, but after all this is in Mesa,Arizona which in the winter months is a lot of snowbirds which is age 55+ -probably not going to be very many issues, but I guess when you throw alcohol in there you never know. Also the band was required I believe by the venue to take a 10 to 15 minute break which it's not necessary in my opinion.Let the band play, that's what the audience wants. Love to support live music but I'm not sure this is the place for us. Another venue that we go to quite often to see tribute bands has plenty of bathrooms, great sound, light system ,restaurants to eat dinner before the concert, and graduated seating so all can see the stage and musicians and even dance on the sidelines.
