Almond croissant and flat white
Francisco L.

Warm welcoming cafe. Had a great flat white. My friend had a pot over and a ham and cheese croissant. And my other friend had a banana bread and Americano. Very rich frosting in the banana bread. Easily accessible. We are out- of-towners and staying at the Westin down the street. Plenty of room to sit and have a nice little coffee date or come in and get some work done. Staff is pleasant.

Cute little coffee shop, and the barista was so fun to chat with. Loved the raspberry mocha and the red velvet latte. Wish there would have been a few more snack options available when we visited but looking forward to checking back.

Beautifully clean and laid out coffee shop perfect for studying hanging out with friends or just enjoying a good cup. I had a mocha. It was perfectly crafted and taste amazing. Service was very friendly and welcoming.

You can tell that the staff at Urbana really cares about coffee and their customers. It comes from the top down as Daniel is one of the kindest humans you could meet. The Pendleton location has a ton of workspace and also an outdoor area for you to sit and enjoy your coffee. Make sure you grab one of those pastries made in house by Moxy. Thank

Iced vanilla latte with oat milk

I've been to the other location in Walnut Hills. This one is a little larger, more windows, modern. There was one barista...he was cranking out drinks as fast as he could! The line kept growing! I got an iced vanilla latte. Oat milk obviously. The espresso in it was too light. Sad, but the texture was perfect! It's diagonal across from Boomtown. They've moved a block down.

This place is cute! I love that they encourage "In person interaction." They have a sign that mentions that they don't have wifi for the sole purpose for people to have community with one another. I totally thought I had a picture of that, but unfortunately, I took the snapshot in my head : ) I went there actually looking for a particular baker that sells her items at their location. But I had heard great things about their place anyways, so it was a 2 for 2! They had a "snickers" bar (dairy free gluten free) made by Laura Healthy Delights which was mmmmm so good. And then I also had a vanilla latte that was also quite delicious. The location had several cozy sitting areas that continued to extend way to the back. They also have an outdoor patio area as well! One suggestion I would make is to have a list of the ingredients on hand for the staff to refer to when it comes to any of the baked goods. It's helpful for customers who have allergies or food sensitivities. Especially for the baked goods that aren't made in house and are provided by another vendor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my experience there and will definitely visit again!

Adorable coffee shop and delicious bites to eat! We came in to catch up and work on our 2021 goals. We loved the big and spacious table space and the beautifully done cups of coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and this space is taking COVID precautions very seriously. I saw them frequently wiping tables down and the space was already fresh and clean to begin with. If you're looking for a great local place to grab a cup of coffee I would recommend checking this space out. Looks like there are a few locations too. I'll definitely return!

London Fog

The mocha is better than the London Fog! I was also able to sit outside in their patio which was really nice. I had it to myself other than a squirrel that kept scampering around. They still seem to be more expensive than most places (my Mocha in a mug was over $6) but enjoyable nonetheless.

Caramel Latte + Smooth Nitro

Urbana Cafe began as a mobile blue Vespa Apé at Findlay Market but has since expanded to two brick-and-mortar locations. The owner/founder had converted this truck into a mobile espresso cafe in 2013, showing up at farmers markets and festivals around the city to serve coffee, espresso drinks, pastries, etc. Our visit took us to the Pendleton location, which opened in December 2015. It's located in the heart of the Broadway Square next to Nation Kitchen + Bar. It claims a bit of an Italian flare and offers a cute, rustic modern interior with an urban coffee shop vibe. Seating seemed a bit limited inside. The staff were quite helpful, offering info on the various pastries available and answering my husband's questions about the different varieties of coffee available. They even offered him a sample of one he was curious about, which sealed his decision. I inquired about which pastries were made in house, and I ended up trying the lemon bread. It was moist with poppy seeds and a flavorful, crunchy crust. My husband made a much better decision by ordering the pear tart. This was reminiscent of an authentic French pastry - which is a really good thing considering we were told it was dropped off by a French baker that morning! The crust on this tart was incredible - flaky, buttery - and the overall taste was light and satisfying. Regardless of the pastry quality, we were there for the coffee, and I absolutely loved my caramel latte. It was so smooth with a light sweetness and no bitterness. My husband ended up with the Smooth Nitro, a cold brew coffee with almond milk. He loved it. It was creamy and had good, strong coffee flavor without the usual bitterness Verdict: We loved their coffee. It is so smooth and not bitter. And that pear tart...just as good as something you could pick up on the streets of Paris.

This is one of my favorite coffee spots on earth. Five star atmosphere, five star service, five star coffee. I usually get the iced vanilla latte which isn't my regular coffee order but I really enjoy it here. If you have never been the place is a little hard to find, but look for their little blue van icon out front. (I am from Arizona so I wasn't familiar with the area).

Coffee lovers, this place is for you! We visit this place all the time! They are located in Pendleton, and they do have a location at Findlay Market as well. Their coffee has a great taste, and their location has a cool vibe. If you need a place to wind down, or wind up... then this is your place. Support local coffee shops! Cheers!

Carmel Latte, $4.5, 12oz

The vibe of the place is great, they have a good selection of coffee. I got the Dirty Chai Latte which was $5 and Carmel Latte which was $4.5. The drinks were good but I've had better ones. There is a paid parking lot right next to the cafe which is convenient.

Great service. Left my card, and the barista actually chased me down the street to return it. The layout of the place is really awesome too.

Menu is small enough to make you want everything on it - started out with the mochi mochi panic, which we all loved. All of our entrees were worth the wait - super delicious, warm, and hearty. I got the Wagyu Smashburger, which I've had at least 3-4 times now and will continue to get every time I come!

Overall it was a bit overfilled so it was very messy and hard to eat. I could have done without the hidden coconut shavings inside. KIMCHI & EGG CROISSANT 5 I had this one for breakfast. I warmed it in my air fryer for 6 minutes on 330 so it didn't overcook. The croissant was flaky and delicious, and the kimchi added good flavor without being spicy. I would have liked to see a little more mozzarella but overall it was tasty! SOBACHA CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE 4 Also tasty, oversized cookie. Soft and chewy texture. CINNAMON ALMOND BLUEBERRY TOAST (THURSDAY/FRIDAY ONLY) 5.25 Very good. The cinnamon filling reminded me of a brown sugar pop tart. I warmed it in my air fryer and it was perfect. Would order again. I just wish they had an espresso bar!
