I honestly never write reviews but this place is so welcoming and awesome. I'm a girl in my twenties and I feel like I need no man when I come to get my stuff done here. And they are so quick. My car is notorious for getting nails stuck in the tire and literally all I have to do is come up to them and they park my car and they right there and then make time for me to get the nail put pump it for air and I'm back on the road. They even telk me when my tires need to change but they don't even try to sell me anything they just give advice. And the workers are so credible based of of experience. I even asked them to change the color of my headlights with the ones I bought and although the owner struggled to get them in he still tried and did it and it was so appreciated. I worked with Sean (I believe he is the owner) and he is very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through the process regarding my check engine light. He first advised me to call Kia to check if the potential part would be covered under warranty. I thought this was an integrity move as he could have easily just told me to go through with the repair at his shop. We ended up needing to replace a part as warranty didn't cover it. If I had taken the car to the dealer, I would have had to leave it there for days. Sean was able to have it ready by the end of the day. This is a honest body shop with nice employees. I'd like to stay anonymous as I use to be a regular customer, but over the past 6 months or so the service has been horrible. Some employees like Ron are great! The owner Sean on the other hand isn't so great, he's rude, likes to talk over you, always changes the prices last minute, never delivers on his promises, and he's full of excuses trying to justify his "work". 2nd visit to this location. I came here the first time because of the positive yelp reviews. My experience has been just as positive as most of the folks here. I have a 2011 car, had it changed with Mobile 1 synthetic, and was amazed at how fast the service was. I was in and out in 30 minutes this morning. Sean, the manager, has handled my car both times I've visited. He's polite, and never pushes services that aren't needed. I look forward to having my brake pads upgraded here next time around. Needed help with my brakes since they were making an odd grinding noise. Sean was very helpful in explaining what was happening at all four tires and talking through how the disc brakes work differently than the drum brakes, especially because this conversation happened right next to my car in the shop and he pointed to the parts as he was talking so I could see exactly what he meant. By the end of it, I understood exactly why certain parts of the brakes were being replaced and how that would change the issues I was having before. I have a 2009 Subaru Forrester. I love the vehicle but have not had good luck finding an honest, competent dealership for service. They were always trying to add other items to my appointment, even when I just went in for an oil change. I have gone to Econo-Lube-N-Tune twice, now, and feel like Sean and his crew are very competent. His prices are very fair and they do excellent work. He explains everything fully, SHOWS you what's going on with your car, shows you part prices on his computer, and gets the work done quickly. This place is a gem! Went in for an oil change and to check out a squeaky noise with the brakes on my moms car. Oil change was fast even though they were busy - they did not try to sell new brake pads or rotors or any unnecessary services. Wow - an amazingly positive experience. I used to live around here, and now I wish I knew how great they were before I moved away. I came in here last Saturday at 5pm needing to get my rear brakes checked out after suddenly experiencing screeching noises. I called 15 minutes beforehand in a panic after three other shops told me they could not fit me in before closing. I was reassured by the gentleman on the phone (can't recall his name) that they had time to take a look. I show up and they immediately take my car in. They pop it up on the lift, and bring me out to show what the issue was - my rear brakes badly needed alignment. It was awesome that they showed me what was going on directly with my car and answered my questions. They also were very upfront about the reasonable costs. I waited about a half hour for the technician to take care of it, and then I was good to go! All in all, easily the best expeirence I have had from an auto shop. I was quite stressed as I had to drive back to LA that night, but working with them and getting it fixed meant everything to me. I'm considering making the hour drive back to them next time I need service - they were that great! read more

Hacks. I Brought my car in for a check engine light, Sean called me to inform me of his "findings", I authorize the repair, they "fix it" and I pick up the car. Well I've returned 3 or 4 times for the same issue ever sense Sean "fixed it". Finally I was told to just "take it to the dealer" because he couldn't figure it out. Don't recommend ONE BIT!!!
