Great Friendly professional service. Our 2001 Honda's radiator failed and needed to be replaced during the height of summer. Dropped it off around 3:30 P.M. and had it back by 6:30 PM. I feel we were treated fairly and were not asked to have more done than what was necessary all at a reasonable rate. I know the busines name says oil change but they do a whole lot more. My experience here was great!! I called five minutes prior for an oil change. They attended me right away. I was happy that they were able to use my own oil and filter because I just like keeping the exact same type. I just don't like mixing different brands. But as far as mechanical parts, in general it's highly recommended that you use the parts the mechanic put in. These guys even did my tire pressure. Thank you very much. 2nd visit to this location. I came here the first time because of the positive yelp reviews. My experience has been just as positive as most of the folks here. I have a 2011 car, had it changed with Mobile 1 synthetic, and was amazed at how fast the service was. I was in and out in 30 minutes this morning. Sean, the manager, has handled my car both times I've visited. He's polite, and never pushes services that aren't needed. I look forward to having my brake pads upgraded here next time around. I honestly never write reviews but this place is so welcoming and awesome. I'm a girl in my twenties and I feel like I need no man when I come to get my stuff done here. And they are so quick. My car is notorious for getting nails stuck in the tire and literally all I have to do is come up to them and they park my car and they right there and then make time for me to get the nail put pump it for air and I'm back on the road. They even telk me when my tires need to change but they don't even try to sell me anything they just give advice. And the workers are so credible based of of experience. I even asked them to change the color of my headlights with the ones I bought and although the owner struggled to get them in he still tried and did it and it was so appreciated. I worked with Sean (I believe he is the owner) and he is very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through the process regarding my check engine light. He first advised me to call Kia to check if the potential part would be covered under warranty. I thought this was an integrity move as he could have easily just told me to go through with the repair at his shop. We ended up needing to replace a part as warranty didn't cover it. If I had taken the car to the dealer, I would have had to leave it there for days. Sean was able to have it ready by the end of the day. This is a honest body shop with nice employees. I'd like to stay anonymous as I use to be a regular customer, but over the past 6 months or so the service has been horrible. Some employees like Ron are great! The owner Sean on the other hand isn't so great, he's rude, likes to talk over you, always changes the prices last minute, never delivers on his promises, and he's full of excuses trying to justify his "work". Needed help with my brakes since they were making an odd grinding noise. Sean was very helpful in explaining what was happening at all four tires and talking through how the disc brakes work differently than the drum brakes, especially because this conversation happened right next to my car in the shop and he pointed to the parts as he was talking so I could see exactly what he meant. By the end of it, I understood exactly why certain parts of the brakes were being replaced and how that would change the issues I was having before. I went in for an oil change and asked how much new breaks would cost. Sean could have tried to take advantage of the fact that I asked if I needed new breaks (as most mechanics would) but he told me I did not need them yet and not to worry. I have a 2009 Subaru Forrester. I love the vehicle but have not had good luck finding an honest, competent dealership for service. They were always trying to add other items to my appointment, even when I just went in for an oil change. I have gone to Econo-Lube-N-Tune twice, now, and feel like Sean and his crew are very competent. His prices are very fair and they do excellent work. He explains everything fully, SHOWS you what's going on with your car, shows you part prices on his computer, and gets the work done quickly. Oil change was fast even though they were busy - they did not try to sell new brake pads or rotors or any unnecessary services.
