Finally visited the new Tustin location! I've dined at the Costa Mesa location, but I am so happy there is a Uroko Poke closer to me! The new location is located in the same plaza as Cream Pan and there is lots of parking compared to the other location. The restaurant was clean and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating available for customers. In terms of food, I ordered a poke and was extremely satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. The staff were extremely friendly, and they offered me a free miso soup! 10/10 looking forward to coming back here! I hope more restaurants open in this plaza because it is such a wonderful location with lots of opportunity. read more

The protein we picked (tuna and shrimp) were fresh and there's a lot of choices on toppings, sauces, proteins, etc. The place was clean and well lit. The price was reasonable... actually, less expensive than our old poke place. Most of all, we appreciated the smiles of the workers there especially the girl who helped us. I know I'm late to the Poke party but I've found my favorite place in Uroko Poke. Uroko is a great place for newbies. They patiently explained the options and the process and the outcome was so delicious. Very clean and very organized. All of the options were clearly labeled and protein offerings are diverse. I felt like portions were generous and staff were friendly and efficient. Drinking water is offered in an attractive urn. Indoor seating looks comfortable and when weather permits the outdoor seating looks inviting. I'm loving this new addition to this shopping center. read more

*GASP* Uroko has opened a third location!!! And this time it's so much closer to me I was randomly looking for a quick lunch spot when I saw Uroko pop up with a TUSTIN location... I thought my eyes were deceiving me! I couldn't believe my favorite poke spot in OC opened a new location near me. This will be dangerous for my wallet LOL but now my poke cravings are going to be satisfied. Located in the far back corner of the El Camino plaza, sits the wonderful Uroko poke. It was pretty hard to find in the huge parking lot but I knew I was in the right area when I saw a bunch of Uroko Poke flags throughout the parking lot. Plenty of parking spots since it doesn't get too busy at the plaza! There's lots of seating in the store, a good place to hangout with a big group, study, read, etc. I love how they have such a huge table for a work lunch or a group hangout. Some outdoor and indoor seating. They have free wifi available! *There's a promotional event on 10/20 so be on the lookout for that!* The food and atmosphere were comparable to the Costa Mesa location. Nice employees, big portions, and plenty of options to choose from! I was able to sample a sauce since I've never had it. I will say I'd appreciate some more salad when I chose the half rice half salad. I was very pleased with the other portions though. And you def can't pass on the free avocado scoop they offer! for the price point, it's really good. i've never had poke from hawaii, so i can't say anything about the authenticity, but i always come here when i want something healthy and low cal. they have all the options i want in my poke bowl and im really happy with the quality as well. at one point i was coming here multiple times a week solely due to the quality and variety of the toppings and fish. read more

I've always loved the original Costa Mesa location so I was excited that there was a closer Uroko..but the new Tustin spot still has some room for improvement. While the fish was fresh, the overall experience wasn't quite the same. The staff didn't seem as well trained, and the balance of ingredients was off--way too many onions and cucumbers compared to the other toppings. The sauce wasn't mixed in well, which affected the flavor. Hopefully, with some adjustments, this location can live up to the high standards of the original location read more

DONT EAT HERE, FOOD POISONING, BAD SERVICE! I love eating all kinds of raw and cooked fish as well as lots of Asian dishes, but my choice to go eat at uroko was the worst I've ever made in my entire life. To start off, I walk in and right off the bat, the workers are chatting it up and standing around as I'm waiting to start my order. After they finished their hilarious conversation, they start making my bowl WEARING NO GLOVES after being on their phone and touching every surface in reach. After receiving my bowl, first thing I noticed was the bowl was warm, like it sat in the sun. The fish felt gross in the mouth, like it was old and slimy. The sauce tasted bitter as acid. The fish just felt so low quality and like they used old expired ingredients. after only consuming literally less than half, I feel the immediate urge to throw up. Straight to the trash. I couldn't even finish it, that's how disgusting it was. Only 10 minutes later arriving home I threw up all of it. It's been 3 hours and I'm still puking. Overall, I mean come on? Buy better ingredients and fish! Raise the price if you have to! And I get it don't pay much but at least be kind and use basic cleanliness? Will I ever come back? Absolutely not! read more
