I found US Bargain Limo online when trying to book a party bus for my wedding. We needed a bus that could fit 25 people and would be available for 6 hours. Comparing the prices to other limo services, near our venue, US bargain was the most affordable option and met the demands of bus size. In booking the bus, they took down a small deposit to hold the reservation, another deposit 1 week out and cash day of. The tip was included in the total bill. Day of the wedding the driver called to say he would be 15 minutes late. Not an issue because we had him come 45 minutes early. Make sure to book at least a half an hour early so you dont run into trouble. For the Driver Bruce and his son Matt (our back of the limo party host) the two of them were awesome. They bought complimentary bottles of champagne for us. Made a stop at a beer store. Connected our music to the Bluetooth stereo and Matt served up our drinks. Bruce and Matt even came into the church to help open doors and make sure every one was aligned right to walk down the aisle. All in all, i would definitely recommend US Bargain Limo services. We were really on the fence as to whether getting a special car for our wedding day was worth the cost, and in the end we decided to go for it. We were really surprised by just how much we enjoyed our vintage Rolls Royce on our wedding day! Patrick our driver was superb! He not only was a pleasure to work with, but helped with my giant dress, coming in and out of the church, and with photo ops. He was also on the spot with the glasses of champagne for my husband and I before heading off to the reception. Bus company gets 3 stars. They were fine and everything worked out, as in bus came on time and took us where we wanted to go and brought us back. They did give the wrong number for the driver, made me resign and send the contract the morning of the ride and wanted to charge $30 for using a credit card for the final payment. Which made things a hassle. The driver (Ellis) gets 5 stars Arrived early and waited for us to leave at desired time. Showed us how to use stereo. Was outside venue when show was over to take us home. No issues. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! My phone fell down a cup holder to where they had to take out a section of seats to retrieve it. Wow, these guys are awful. I rented a Limo from them for my wedding guests. they were 45 minuets late, and i let him go 30 minuets early as many of my guest wound up driving themselves and he was a useless bad driver who cared more about smoking cigarettes on the side of the bus than driving people in it. They also had me pay them most of my balance in cash and refused to give me a receipt for the cash paid out. I hope IRS audits these scumbags read more

Definitely the worst vendor for our wedding. Here's a list of pain points: * After we settled on the scheduling, they kept contacting us to modify it. * We had someone handling vendor communication, they ignored that, and incessantly contacted us directly. * At the last minute (day of), they told us the SUV limo we booked is not available, and they will be sending another one in its place. It wasn't an SUV limo. * On the day of, they kept calling us (and I mean all of us - bride, groom AND coordinator) with changes to the schedule of the Rolls Royce. Schedule had been set way in advance, and as you'd expect we're on a tight schedule as it is. * Then comes the time for the Rolls Royce to pick up the bride...it was a no show. I don't need to go into the cascading effect this had on the schedule, suffice to say it was a HUGE set back. Overall, I'd recommend you stay away. Our driver was older and experienced, he took us to numerous bars and clubs from Queens to Manhattan and back. The bus was clean and updated with a great sound system, lighting, restroom, fully stocked with water and soft drinks. I am not a review writer, but I feel like I had to share this information with future customers whose day will depend on the service from this company. Also, my wife's review was deleted! This company was also recommended by a friend and we went on their recommendation. Also, this company was the only one who had the cars we wanted. (Or at least this was according to their website!) I called to reserve a Stretch Hummer and an antique Rolls Royce. The company tried to convince me to get a black Escalade instead, but my fiancé really wanted the stretch Hummer. I booked everything. About a month before the wedding I called the company to submit my final payment and confirm the reservation. Again, they tried to convince me on the black Escalade, but we still wanted the hummer. I paid the remaining balance. Three days before the wedding, they called to tell me that the hummer is waiting for a part and will not be available for our wedding. They are going to send the black Escalade. At this point, it was too late to find another company. Personally, I don't think they even have a stretch Hummer. The black Escalade arrived right on time on the day of the wedding. The driver proceeded to tell me that I owed $700. I showed him the PDF invoice on my phone, and he showed me a meaningless text message from his boss. He refused to drive us until I pay the $700. Neither of us were able to get in touch with the company to confirm the information. After about 20-25 minutes of arguing he finally decided to drive us. The driver did not know where to go and made several wrong turns along the way. (Despite us trying to guide him, which we shouldn't have to do.) He claimed that he did not know the area well. He finally dropped us off at the church, and went back to get the ladies. He went to the wrong place to get the ladies. He finally pick them up and my bride was 45 minutes late to the church. After the service we went to get into our "rolls Royce" which was not a Rolls-Royce! (Please see the attached photos!) Not only that, there was no air conditioning or champagne that was promised! I would not rent a car in June that does not have air conditioning. At this point, the driver tells me that I owe $300 for them having to work overtime. I insisted that it was their fault that they were working overtime. Another argument and we are on our way to the reception. This driver also did not know the directions and I had to guide him most the way with a few wrong turns along the route. During the ride, we were either sweating because the windows were up, or having her dress and hair blown all over the place because the windows were down. Again, due to the lack of air conditioning. In the meantime, I had to call the reception hall to extend the wedding an hour which costs a bunch of money. When we finally arrived, the driver would not let us out of the car! He was on the phone with his boss trying to figure out what to do with our payment. I almost felt like we were held hostage. He finally lets me out to argue with him, the other driver, and whoever was on the phone. Further keeping me from my extended reception. Please message me if you have any questions about this review. I WAS A VICTIM OF BAIT & SWITCH! This is not a FAKE review! This will be lengthy!! After spending close to $60,000 on my only daughters wedding, $6,000 with this company. I rented from Us Bargain Limo because they offered all of the types of vehicles that I needed for our wedding weekend. They also had outstanding reviews! I reserved a Shuttle Bus for the rehearsal, Limo Bus for the Bridal Party, Rolls Royce for the Bride and her Father and a Coach Bus for guests to go round trip from the Hotel which that driver had on sweatpants and a sweatshirt, so unprofessional for a Black-tie Wedding! The pictures of the limo bus from their website, that I ultimately decided to rent for the Bridal Party, was nothing like what showed up and was the worst one to show up that day. It was a Crap Hole from the ghetto that, showed up late, had duct tape on the back wall that fell down, the smell of marijuana, wet floors, no radio, nothing stocked, no lighting and a stripper pole in the middle that was not even clean, it was horrendous!! I was mortified! The woman driving, which was supposed to be a man and dressed professionally, was dressed in a flannel, she was apologetic, in saying the owner didn't care about the wall, just to use duct tape or screw it back up! It was so embarrassing to say the least to have the grand parents of the bride as well as the groom and his parents in there experiencing this. I should've taken pictures, called the company and yelled at the driver. But that would have put me in a crappy frame of mind for the rest of the day, and I wasn't about to let that happen! I called Sam on Monday after thinking about how horrible it was, he only apologized, said the bus I was supposed to get was in the "shop", at that point he should've called to let me know and tried to fix the situation, he then proceeds to say he went with another company to rent a limo bus for us, which was a lie, the company he said was "All Around Transportation", it's not a real Limo company. I googled it. I believe US Bargain Limo uses a Bait and Switch scheme on people. It's sad to think that this is what we are subject to when we are just trying to give our child the best day ever experience. He only offered me 250.00 refund after I spent close to 6,000 for all the vehicles, I accepted it because I knew I wouldn't get a total refund. He should've given me a full refund for that horrible auto that he sent, especially if he went to another company, I didn't rent from them I rented from him. Not a very good Business ethic to have, not contacting the customer first about the situation, even though I believe the story was total BS!! Obviously customers satisfaction is not a priority. I wanted a Sprinter van to drive my 8 friends around NYC. I was very hesitant when I made my initial booking. But Sam was great to work with and reassured that the Van would be as described and the price would be good. I was concerned when they asked for half of the money up front, and had a no cancellation policy (I believe within 14 days). However, Sam was great in communications and reassured that everything would be great. On the day prior, he reached out and texted me our driver's name and phone number. The driver called me and was promptly at our hotel for pick up at 10am (we booked from 10am-8pm). The van was new, cleaned, and all that we could hope for. Temperature control was great. there was bluetooth for audio and usb chargers on board. Jackie was a great driver and new his way around town. We made stops and he was also there to pick us up. Wrote this email for a discount, bad customer service through off my whole wedding day schedule. If you want tardy and unreliable service, this is the bus/limo for you! We had quite a few mistakes with our contract and our driver. * Driver had the wrong pick up location, which caused us to be late to the first shoot and delay our schedule *Driver put in wrong address for 1st drop off and was lost. We know he had the right address because we saw his drop-off sheet. Delayed us again. * Driver gets lost AGAIN on the way to drop the girls off The driver also drove like a maniac (probably because he made us so late and had to make up time) and a few of us were car sick. DO NOT BOOK! I urge you to reconsider booking with this shady company before it's too late. After booking a mini bus for over $1200, we received a broken down old school city transit authority bus with a broken door, broken windows, NO radio, dirty seats and handles, dirty floor, and no navigation. After the driver (who was actually very nice but later we found out was hired from a separate company) came 30 minutes late and pushed back all of our ready-made reservations, my husband had to practically sit with him to tell him which parkways to drive on and what roads to turn at because he didn't know. I have to note that the driver was actually super sweet and actually felt bad for us bc of the condition of this bus. He knew it wasn't right to do to us but couldn't do anything bc he was hired by Sam. It was a complete mess that was meant to be a special birthday celebration and took WEEKS of planning and coordinating a reunion for myself and 30 other friends. Some of which paid good money for the bus and got a hunk of junk. Since the trip, I've called the owner, Sam who was nothing but disrespectful and patronizing acting as if his mistake giving us this bus was not his fault as he had to use an alternate company for whatever reason which he did not make clear. No matter what the reason was he should've known what types of vehicles he was letting his customers get into. He took zero accountability and when we asked him for some kind of reimbursement of at least half of our money back he offered us 10% ($124 dollars!) Again, don't trust this guy or the website which advertises beautiful pictures of high end fleets of vehicles- Super shady- even his employee Brenda who we gave our credit card info to didn't know his last name or how to get in touch with him when we called to speak to him. I used US Bargain Limo for a corporate trip I was planning. I reserved the 35 passenger executive mini-bus. When I got on the bus, I saw that it was not the same bus as was pictured on their website. I reached out to them several times asking for photos of the bus we would be receiving, and I was told each time that it would look like the one pictured on their website. So that was a lie. The leather on the seats was tearing and it looked low class. In addition, as soon as you stepped on you could smell the toilet. It was disgusting. The driver sprayed air freshner, but then it just smelled like a mix of toilet and air freshner. Not at all a good experience and won't be using them again. read more

They let us know we could get a different limo or cancel. So we decided to cancel. Then they told us we couldn't cancel and that we wouldn't be able to get our money back because the limo was fine and didn't need to be repaired. But they literally told us 5 minutes ago that my limo was broken so how is it already fixed?? We thought that was odd so we kept insisting that we wanted to cancel and get our money back. The company them said we can't cancel or get our money back because the limo was fine when in reality I don't think it was since the only reason they called me was to let us know we need to change the limo we wanted. We continued arguing with them until we decided that was enough. We still received a bill from the company when we didn't even use their limo services. They didn't even arrive the day of my event even when they said they would still make it. I was able to find a limo from a different company that could service my event even if it wasn't the one I wanted in the first place. My point is that they didn't want to cancel my limo because they knew they would lose money but were willing to lie to me and probably give me my limo that was in need of repairs for my event. That is dangerous and extremely unprofessional. I tried calling and leaving voicemails starting an hour before the scheduled pickup time to confirm things. No one at the main office picked up or returned my calls. The driver did not pick up and had a full voicemail box. Literally over 10 unreturned calls. 15 min after the scheduled pickup time, I embarrassingly had to tell my guests to organize Ubers for themselves that I told them I would pay them back for. Just after that, the driver finally calls me back to tell me he's on his way but needs more time... WHAT?? The contract they make you sign is worthless. I booked a 24 passenger bus with a bathroom to take my family and friends into NYC for a Watson Adventures Munch Hunt. It was easy to book and I called to confirm the Wed before and the day before there was last minute paperwork. They were very helpful getting it done. Wayne was our driver and he was 10 minutes early which I really appreciated. The bus was clean and looked new. Wayne did a great job getting us into the city and he was 5 minutes early picking us up. (I did my initial review as we waited for and hour in the city to get picked up). there was alot more i forgot to add and i want to make sure no one uses this company because if they do they will have a terrible night. it all starts when my friend books these scum to pick us up from our pre prom. this company was an hour and a half late to pick us up, because of this we missed half of our prom, most of the food, and all the stereo typical picture that you take in the beginning. Everyone was in a bad mood but as we started to drink more we cared a bit less and were grateful that we were on the way. I can't say enough about Sam and US-Bargain Limo! Searching for a party bus on line, you're always skeptical with the unknown. US-Bargain Limo did not disappoint. The price was right and definitely more reasonable than other companies, Sam was an absolute delight to deal with...always available on the phone when you needed him, and the day before the event he was in touch with me with the name and number of the driver...he even checked in with me the day of the event to let me know that all was in order and would be on schedule. The bus arrived ten minutes before the scheduled time; it was clean and the interiors really cool. We booked the 20-passenger bus for a post-junior-prom ride, and the kids had a ball. The sound and lighting were great. Andrew, our driver, was super-sweet and showed the kids how to activate their bluetooth devices. He was such a nice man, and I had total trust in him to take these young adults and make sure they all made it back in one piece. I gave him a list of the passengers, as I knew the kids would probably get out of the bus in NYC to take pictures, and Andrew made sure to use that list and do a roll-call when they all got back on in Times Square for the ride home. Sam, the manager, was so accommodating and was able to recommend the perfect type of bus to fit our budget and needs. I can't say enough great things about this company! This company really deserves a zero or at the very least a change in the management system. I urge anybody looking for a limo service or car service to PLEASE another company and SAVE yourselves from the STRESS and money stealing schemes they try to pull over their customers. My very good friends spend over a year planning their for their wedding after setting enough time to make sure everything was perfect as well as saving for their special day. On the day of the wedding, this company tried to pull one over their heads and told my friend that he had to pay a balance of $700 before they could take the groom and the groomsmen to the church.!! It was very unprofessional and on top of that my friend had proof that the balance was paid off because he had saved the receipt.!!! None the less the driver did not CARE about the receipt nor that it was A VERY SPECIAL and important date for this couple and all of us in the wedding party!!. On a wedding day everyone knows that there is a TIME LIMIT for everything and organization is KEY. After arguing for about 30 min about the balance that had been paid, the driver finally began to drive the groomsmen to the church. Well the story does not end there. This company was so unprofessional that the driver completely forgot to go back and pick the bride, the rest of the wedding party and I and take us to the church. The maid of honor kept trying to contact the company to figure out what was happening while the bride was about to have a panic attack. When the limo arrived to pick us up we were already almost an hour late for the ceremony and on top of that they had a good amount of older family members who were waiting in formal clothes at the church on a HOT SUMMER DAY. Not to mention the panic from the rest of their family and friends who were worried something tragic had happened. Overall, the whole day got pushed back an HOUR because of the driver and the company's LACK OF COMMUNICATION as well as their lack of CONSCIOUSNESS for their customers BIG DAY. I had honestly thought the whole nightmare was over but then the vehicle that the groom and the bride had requested was damaged and had NO A/C. My friends spend a lot of MONEY on an expensive car to drive them to the venue and that LUXURY VEHICLE had a worse A/C system than the 20 year old car I drove around in high school.
