I placed an order for a 15 person party bus for prom and was hesitant because of mixed reviews. The bus arrived on time and was beautiful and clean. The driver was very nice and helpful with everything we asked and made sure the back was cleaned before we entered. Sam from is Bargain limo is extremely caring and helpful. He really does care about his customers and in all honesty, the company made this night memorable for all of us. I recommend them for sure. I don't normally write reviews for places but I honestly have to let people know how terrible the service was for my best friends wedding. First of all they promised a certain type of limo (which was paid for) and then the day of the wedding said they had to replace it with a different one. Afterwards they were suppose to pick us up and went to the complete wrong locations, which cost us a bunch of time when we were suppose to be taking pictures. They also told the groom that he owed a bunch of money that was actually paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If i could give this place no stars, I would. I booked a bus from this horrible company for my senior prom. The bus arrived pretty much on time which was the only positive thing I can say about my experience. The guy sam was very abrupt and quick to snap back at me on on the phone whenever i spoke to him...super unprofessional. I had been speaking on the phone with sam for well over five months. My school made it clear that they would not allow us on a bus that wasn't registered to drive in the area where I live. I asked him several times if he was registered. He said yes. one, the bus looked nothing like the photos. Once at the prom our sketchy bus driver took off with all of our stuff, cameras, phones, bags, clothes, and $600 in cash. The police had to chase him down to get our stuff back and they gave him about 30 tickets for violations. He was not registered to drive where I lived. I called Sam and he refused to believe me and said he was sending a larger bus. He called me a total of 27 times harassing me, saying I couldn't make him send buses that I wouldn't get on. The second bus he sent was also not registered.. meaning WE COULD NOT GET ON. He finally agreed to give us a partial refund. THANKS FOR RUINING MY PROM SAM YOU SUCK and so does your shitty business. Couple years later and this company still sucks. Our belongings were stolen by the bus driver there's no doubt about that he was stopped by police, I can send a pic of the report lol. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! WARNING! They came 1 hour late to pick up my co-workers for our summer outing. Driver refused to drive until we paid him $900 (we already paid $1800 full). Music didn't work, door was closed with a rope. Driver tried to drink alcohol while waiting, and then he took us back to the WRONG location after confirming 100 times. Was very disappointed with this company. On my big day for my wedding.. I originally book a party bus for 24 passengers. The only reason why am giving this a one star was because of the driver he was very nice and understanding. I didn't even use my whole for 4 hrs and yet I still had to pay the full amount. I contacted the owner and let a message and he never called me back. Not a good deal at all.. especially when you where expected to have 24 passengers bus and get a 20 passenger. I ordered a limo for my b-day and the limo I rented was absolutely horrible. The limo was pitch black as none of the lights in the vehicle were working and the air conditioner wasn't working well either. It was extremely hot that day and so was the inside of the limo. The hdmi ports were not working even though I payed money for the limo to come with hdmi ports. The driver was very rude and unprofessional. I paid to have the limo for a full 8 hours but only had it 6 as the driver didn't want to deal with myself or the passengers any longer. I recently used US Bargain Limo for my daughter's wedding. We rented a party bus and a coach bus for after the reception. The party bus was amazing, the kids loved it. Both buses were clean and the drivers were great! It was a pleasure dealing with them, from the first phone call for information to the last ride. I would definately recommend them!! read more

Terrible Company! We booked the bus a month in advance and periodically spoke with the owner throughout the month leading up to make sure everything went right. We had 25 people ready to go to the city, and had already purchased tickets to a venue. 30 minutes before pickup they called us and said the door to the bus wouldn't open and they might be 15 minutes late. That was fine - but then they called back and said they didn't have a driver! You would think they'd have everything ready ahead of time, especially since we spoke with the company several times leading up to the night. Of course we were angry/upset with the company for this last-second cancellation, and they didn't offer any sort of remedy for the situation. To add fuel to the fire, he LAUGHED at me over the phone like it was some kind of joke - very unprofessional! We ended up having to completely change our plans and didn't even go to the city. The only good that came out of this was a full refund of our deposit, but they completely ruined our night; a birthday celebration nonetheless. 100% would NOT recommend. read more

I would not recommend this company at all!!! A group of us booked the 35 passenger executive bus but when it came 30 minutes late it was not what we booked. Because the driver showed up 30 minutes late we had no choice but to take it. The AC on the bus was terrible. It hardly blew any cold air and it was 90 degrees and humid the day we took it. we had about a 45 min drive that turned into over an hour due to traffic. The driver was very nice and helped load and unload coolers chairs ext for tail gating. Bathroom was clean but hot. The sales man Sam didn't seem to care that the wrong bus was sent and that in they were 30 min late. He would refund 100$ only if a bad review that the person who booked wrote was removed. Stay away from this company not worth the headache. Furthermore the driver did not even work for this company nor was the bus that showed up from his company. Us bargain called his company last minute which is probably why he was late. Oh and definitely recommend the best route if possible since they are not able to take parkways. And I only gave it 1 star because I didn't have a choice. read more

They were on time, but they refused to leave with my husband and groomsmen until he paid a $700 balance that he ALREADY PAID. This company is both unprofessional and untrustworthy !!! I reserved two limos through this company for my daughters wedding a Rolls Royce Limo and a stretch. I had requested several times that the Rolls be air conditioned as this was a hot august day and didn't want my daughter to be uncomfortable. I was assured my the agent and the dispatcher that the 1959 Rolls Royce was fully air conditioned I should not worry. On the day of the wedding it was 92 degrees and humid and the Rolls had no air what so ever . I asked the driver and he said it didn't work and had never really worked. When I called the office I was told that there was no cancellation after delivery and they could not get a replacement anyway. So we were forced to ride in a totally uncomfortable vehicle for the day ! That was not enough half the wedding party was left waiting for the other stretch limo because the driver was late by 40 minutes . Then he got lost bringing them to the church another 40 minute delay. So in short they lied about the quality of the Rolls Royce($1300.00) and sent an unprofessional driver for the second limo!! I just turned 21 and wanted to get a party bus to the Boardy Barn. There was a mix up and I did not get the bus with a bathroom which was a problem. Fortunately, the driver pulled over at a gas station when I told him we need to use the restroom. The driver was very nice and respectful even with us playing music loudly and standing for parts of the trip. The owner also reached out to me, very professionally, and apologized for the inconvenience about the bathroom. All in all everything worked out. read more

This company is no good. I book with sam from this company. On the day of our trip he sent us the oldest bus with no air condition working and his fees was doubled of what the bus company is charging. he is a scam telling you something else on the phone and is not giving the service. He even sent us the pic of the bus of what we will be getting on the day of our trip and we end up getting the cheapest bus. he has ruined our trip. Even the bathroom has no sink. This company need to be sue for ruining people special day. don't ever believe what they are telling and showing you. read more

We had a very fun trip. The driver arrived right on time. The bus was very nice and the bathroom was clean. We had a such a good day we were on the bus an extra 3 hours. When booking be sure sure to review all costs. A couple times some unforeseen charges came up that I was not pleased about. The company does take your feedback and will adjust when it is fair. I received an initial quote, and the next day when they called to get my payment information for the deposit they tried to add an extra $150 in tax that wasn't mentioned in the quote. I argued and proved the tax was never mentioned and they waived it. The night before our trip after already receiving a confirmation call earlier in the week they mention we will owe $60 in tolls. Was disappointing as this too had never been mentioned. Finally, we had an extra woman on the bus who seemed like a babysitter. We all are in our late 20s, we did not need her. She was miserable as well. Overall, we very much enjoyed ourselves and had a good experience. read more

We booked a mini bus for transportation to a birthday party. We needed the bus for around 3 hours but the company required we book 4 hours to avoid a steep penalty if we went over 3 hours. Since we didn't need the full 4 hours we asked them to show up early. They ended up arriving over 30 minutes late and blamed traffic...which is comical because it was Friday afternoon in NY...there's always traffic and they should have been aware of that. The mini bus had over 250,000 miles on it and was not well kept. The driver had no idea where he was going and we were almost 45 minutes late to a 2 hour party. When we were ready to leave at the scheduled time the driver and mini bus was no where to be found. We finally made contact with the driver and he rolled up to the location after we waited another 20 minutes. We called to complain about the situation and the company could care less...terrible experience. read more

My daughter was quoted a price by another company for a party bus for her Sr Prom and when we went to finalize everything, they wanted her to pay almost double the amount! I contacted US Bargain Limo and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice (I called late Sunday afternoon for a Prom that coming Friday!) The Office Manager Sam was polite and helpful and the price he gave me was only slightly higher than the original amount from the other company. I paid the requested deposit Sunday night and there was a little confusion on Monday when I went to send back the signed contract. I didn't speak to Sam and instead one of the other office staff was assisting me. Since they were not aware of what Sam and I discussed, there was a bit of back and forth where I was asked for more money for the deposit. By that point I had saw some reviews and started getting extremely nervous. I spoke finally spoke with Sam on Thursday and expressed my concerns. He was very understanding and clarified everything . Friday evening the party bus arrived about 10 minutes early, the driver was quiet but polite and had no issue writing out on paper for me the amount he received in cash. The bus had working air conditioning and the interior was clean and neat. My daughter tells me that there were no issues getting to the venue and back and there was no issue with them stopping to take pictures. The contract was until 11:30pm and they arrived at the drop-off location with 7 minutes to spare. I would definitely consider using this company again should the need ever arise. My advice to anyone considering using this company is once you start working with one of the office staff, try and continue to work with that same person to avoid confusion. read more

They left our wedding party of 20 stranded in the heat at the hotel and we were all scrambling to find alternative transportation at the last minute. We ended up being late to our own wedding as we didnt have a ride to get there. Our plans to take family photos beforehand never happened as US Bargain Limo never showed to pick us up- we tried to reach Sam and US Bargain limo over 100 times on our wedding day but NO ANSWER and NO SHOW. They are a scam artists as they are very quick to take your deposits but will not provide the service that you paid for. I wish I could have used another company to re-do our wedding day and pictures- these people just didnt show up. They are absolutely the worst- I will never recommend this company to anyone- and wouldn't want any other family, brides or grooms to go through what we experienced on our day. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. I was recently a bridesmaid in my lifelong friends wedding. A day we've been dreaming about for YEARS and they completely ruined it for her. They caused so much unnecessary stress, anxiety and frustration (and also over a thousand extra dollars because they needed to extend their wedding time since they were late). The driver showed up LATE to pick up the groomsmen demanding more money even though it was paid in full and the invoice was shown to him - after wasted time arguing this out, they finally took the men to the church. When the driver finally realized he had to go get the bride he finally got them to the church AN HOUR AFTER the ceremony was supposed to begin. He also continued to argue about driving to the venue after with the bride as she was lined up with her father about to walk down the isle! They also sent the wrong car and lied about cars they had. WORST SERVICE EVER. They ruined what was supposed to be the best day for these two people. read more

This is the WORST limo service ever! The AC was very poor when it was about 90 degrees outside so we had to open the windows. The lights were not as bright; it was actually not bright at all. We were barely able to see one another. The limo was rented from 8pm until 4am & the unprofessional driver refused to take us anywhere else because one person out of the group was sleepy due to her drinking. It was about 11/11:30pm & he told us he had to take us home & was not going to take us anywhere else. We got to the drop off destination around 1/1:30am. Aside from all of this, the radio was not working as advertised & when we asked the driver for help, he refused to help us. He was VERY NASTY the entire night & very unacceptable. I spoke with the supervisor Sam & he refuses to reimburse me & had the nerve to offer me a voucher for next time use for ONLY $50. I told him no thank you because I would definitely NOT use them again or recommend them! read more
