1 star was for quick booking, she got me apt really fast after I texted her. I came here because I saw so many pretty pictures posted on here.. but I wish I didn't come 1st time I ever lost so much hair after coming to a salon service . Had my hair done on Thurs and washed my hair on Monday ... omg my much hair fall off as I lightly washed my hair in cold water.. I barely brush and a bunch of hair fall off I should have never come when I saw another person wrote review in here that her coloring services was very fast.. so she applied bleach 2x for me and she put me under a head heater to speed up the process, so all was done around 4 hrs, of course my hair would fall off when I was sitting under the heater instead of let it slowly processing. When I told her it felt too hot she just ignored me and told me to just endure it After bleach she told me she'll tone it an ashy blonde instead of asking me what tone I like. I told her I don't like this tone since it made me look darker and doesn't match my skin tone her respond is just wash it a few time then it'll be lighter ... she totally ignore what I want and just do whatever she wants. I feel like she only care about money, and not my hair at all. I really wish I didn't come here Another thing is .. I asked for partial highlights and she quote me at $160 and up, but when I got there she said I need babylights not hilights.. I said I can't afford and she said she'll give it to me for $200, I thought she's being nice, but nah, her service is not even worth $200, I really regret tipping and going out of my budget for something I didn't like at all. Now I'm be stuck with the hair color I don't like for a few months and worst this also happen on my bday week. read more

Got a haircut from Diane who I've gotten a haircut from before. I showed her the first photo as a reference (which she barely looked at) and only asked for 2-3 inches off. She even reassured me she was going to cut 2-3 inches bc she held the ends of my hair up saying "is this ok?". I agreed and told her yes because I still wanted it long. Then she cuts off half of my length. And I didn't even realize it until it was gone because she turns the chair away from the mirror. She cut my hair straight across when I wanted layers in a V shape. And the layers are blunt and choppy. She was also working on other people also while giving me my haircut.. I was there for an hour but it probably only took her 10 mins altogether to do my haircut. How do you mess up that bad if you've been doing hair for so long? Most places these days want to charge an arm and leg for simple manis and pedis. They literally just soak your feet for 3 minutes and glaze over the cuticles with their cuticle clippers, which is scary enough. There is really no thorough cuticle clipping. Vivian does a great job going over your nails making sure the cuticles are clean and the toe nails and nails are well trimmed. There's no one quite like her. This is a small, quaint hole in the wall with no bells or whistles. They don't try to offer you champagne or drinks to dull the level of shock when they show you a basic pedicure is 60 plus dollars not including add one. Expect a simple great job read more
