I was the first one in and the woman behind the counter was kind enough to wait for the other appointment before me since I came 20 minutes early. There was no rush and she was extremely pleasant to speak with, being very clear and polite regarding filling out the paperwork. Small talk led to small talk and about 25 minutes later I was out of there with the high hopes of receiving a new passport within 3 weeks. I did not feel rushed, there was no coaxing or trying to expedite the process and honestly felt very confident in my purchase upon walking out, especially when receiving the blue book in the mail. It is extremely easy to find and convenient on base. I highly suggest using this Post Office for any means of packages or government work!

This seems like an inconvenience, but understand that they are incredibly short-staffed but getting a passport appointment is fairly easy to do while getting one out in town could take 1-2 months. I was able to get an appointment 2 days prior and was unfortunately 5 min late because the location can be difficult to find; still, she had me wait so she could manage the line and took care of me in less than an hour. She is a very nice, joyful and pleasant person to speak to. Please ignore the negative reviews on here as they don't understand she is a one-woman team and can only service so many people that are all demanding something. I witnessed how rude people could be demanding they get what they want when they want it, which is unacceptable behavior on base and these people should instead go out in town. You will not be disappointed going to this location as she will help you no matter what, but you may have to wait a small amount of time.

I went in and asked for it and they said that because people don't pay their rent there, I can't give you the money back, but please come back at the end of the month. I will ask my brother if it's OK if I can give you your money back that's four months rent that they owe me and I am still trying to collect it. It's poor management and very unfair practice. The Mother-Daughter duo was helpful in connecting me to their WiFi, which allowed me to connect to their printer. It was soo smooth, easy, and painless. While we couldn't get the ApplePay medium to work, the owner recommended I pay in cash (my total was only 30¢ for printing two black and white pages), so as I was coming back from my car, a kind fellow-VC resident has offered to pay my dues! Loved my experience from start to finish, will certainly be coming back to support!!

When buying online I usually have the put the Ste 206 on the same line as my house number because this is how it's done up here since it's all post office boxes. HOWEVER, some websites don't allow you to add the Ste 206 or will cancel it out after entering it. When I asked your staff what to do about that It was YOUR staff who said ok to put 92549-0206 in the zip code box and the -0206 is suppose to be my post office box number and would be sufficient! Well guess what I did just that!!!!! I put 92549-0206 in the zip code and your crazy staff sent my package back to the sender!!!! Look on the photos I've uploaded to this review!!! There is NO EXCUSE FOR YOUR STAFF TO KEEP SCREWING UP MY MAIL! This is the FIFTH time now! I'M the one who then has to PAY shipping TWICE BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE KEEPS MESSING IT UP!
