An array of stamps I purchased at this Post Office not all of them are available now.

Although I live in Upland I prefer this post office. It seems like a Mayberry version of a Post Office. During my Adopt-a-Senior lunacy I was at a post office about 3 times a week, so I got to know the staff here. They are always pleasant and there is a guy that comes out right about closing time, I think he is the postmaster, he has a nice sense of humor. Parking is on the street and this location usually carries quite a bit of current stamps... in fact they display them on a wall so you can see them while you are waiting. I've noticed that most post offices aren't carrying the large priority mail boxes out in front they will direct you to the. However you will find all of the flat-rate envelopes here in all sizes. It's a small post office so when the lines get long and 6ft spacing the lobby area is limited. Respectfully Reviewed.

I love it here ! The service is great and fast! They always have the coolest stamps and never push you to buy more like other post offices.

Claremont post office was my first choice, it's small but it's very quaint (especially the neighborhood it's in.

I just left the UPS Store here in Claremont, and I feel genuinely disappointed with the level of…read morecustomer service I received. I was assisted by a staff member named Alejandra. While I completely understand that she's not being paid extra to go above and beyond but really your job is to push buttons and scan a barcode at a place of business designed to ship and receive packages? I made a very simple and reasonable request: I asked if she could help me lift a small package. I had already brought the item into the store using a cart, and it was positioned directly in front of the counter. I wasn't asking her to carry it across the store or do any strenuous lifting...just a quick hand to place it on the scale. Her response was, "I can't lift it, we're under medical orders." This was surprising to hear from two visibly young, able-bodied employees. It felt more like an excuse than a genuine restriction, especially when the task was so minimal. What was most disheartening wasn't just the refusal to help--it was the attitude. I wasn't asking for special treatment because I'm a woman. I was simply hoping for basic human decency as someone clearly about to give birth. The general demeanor I encountered felt dismissive, almost like "I'm not getting paid to do more than the bare minimum." It's not the first time I've experienced this at this location either. Even walking in with a box, struggling with the door while pushing a cart, no one offers to assist or even acknowledges the effort. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that at a UPS shipping and packaging center, there would be someone available to assist with taking a package. That's the entire purpose of such a business. I didn't bring in something heavy, and I wasn't asking anyone to carry it across the store. I was literally already at the weighing scale and just needed help placing the item on it. The associate, Alejandra, said she couldn't help because she was under "medical orders" not to lift anything. While I can respect that some employees may have restrictions, it honestly begs the question: why would someone who can't lift even a light package or open a door for a customer be placed in a front-facing role at a shipping facility? If there are genuine limitations, shouldn't that be addressed through proper staffing or at least disclosed clearly? Maybe there should be a notice that says: If you need help lifting or handing off a package, please bring assistance. We're not permitted to touch any packages. That way, I could plan accordingly--because as someone who is 39 weeks pregnant, it's not safe or fair to assume I should do everything solo, especially at a location that advertises assistance with shipping and packaging. My expectations aren't outlandish. I expected basic, reasonable help in handing off a return. If that can't be provided, customers deserve to know up front so we can make alternate arrangements. This experience just doesn't align with what a "shipping service" should be.

I have been coming to this store multiple times because it's the one closest to my house. However,…read moreeverytime I have to drop off a package I'm already dreading the fact that I have to deal with the rude staff at this store. To add to this matter, on Saturday I stopped by at 9:10am and there was a lady sitting outside on a walker waiting for them to open. So i decided to go run an errand and come by a little later. I stopped by again at around 9:25am and the door was still closed. There was an older lady standing outside with a load of large packages placed on the floor. I decided not to wait and drove to the store on Central. Guess what?!!! It was open!! And the guy there was friendly and helpful. I guess I'll have to drive further to get better service. The staff at this store on Mountain should be re-trained in better customer service and how to be punctual. From all the other ratings I can see this store has a lot of one star reviews. Come on UPS management, all us customers can't be wrong. Please do something about these issues.

They are rude. They could care less on how they treat people. I wish they would video record themselves because it's not just one employee it's most of them or all of them I've been in there several times luckily I know what I'm doing and what I want, but I feel sad for the customers that don't understand how to Ship items to places don't have ZIP Codes just the overall sarcasm and rudeness from the employees is horrible management needs to address the issue ASAP employees nowadays don't understand that the customer is what keeps their business running these employees take their customers for granted and can care less how they treat or what they say to people. The lack of respect for their customers shows every time I go in there I've talked to people before and nothing is ever happened. I guess when you don't care about your name or your product and you just need a body to fill in the space you just hire whoever or whatever comes through that door no background checks no personality checks it's horrible. I wish there was a closer store to where I live. I would go there Luckily again I just run in and out of there, but in that time, I can see the rudeness and the lack of respect people should have respect for themselves. You have to realize that you are at a job you get paid to help people, but this place lacks that I wonder if UPS corporate knew about this place where they just shut them down It's a multi million dollar industry so we actually need this store. We could probably do without the employees too bad, they don't have self serve machines that you could just work on. I can go on for days and days about my experience that I'm long-winded and I hope this company gets this point And does something about it the holidays are coming up so you will be busier maybe management to take the time to train people on how to deal with difficult situations and how to conduct yourself as an employee. Remember, you're only there because you have customers if you don't have customers, you don't have a job. Everybody should be treated with the minimal kindness and respect. Don't forget I am a customer and don't forget people are watching you and how you treat other people.
